Unfortunately I have to update this to one star. After ordering online the same drink I get weekly in the summer I waited in line with no cars for 5 plus minutes. When I did receive the smoothie I looked at it and said are you sure this is a watermelon hydration? It was melted and looked like it had never been frozen and it takes like lemonade. I've been here numerous times and I've had great experiences each time. The customer service has been excellent. I'm always greeted, the employees are friendly and always in a good mood and seem to enjoy their job. I've had numerous smoothies such as the Holiday Pecan Delight, Apple Cinnamon Cheer, Island Impact, Lemon Twist Strawberry, Pineapple Surf, Strawberry Kiwi Breeze, and the Berry Interesting. All the smoothies have been very tasty and consistent in flavor. The strawberries and mangoes are usually sweet but not overly sweet. The consistency is thick but not too thick to clog your smoothie straw. I've tried the some of the add-ins like the immune boost and you can taste the difference in a good way. I'm a regular customer and I also use their app as they offer a free new smoothie probably a kit once a month! If you can order ahead also for quicker service as the drive through gets backed up with new orders. read more

Overall, the food was good. We had the pork belly ceviche, 2 tacos and 2 drinks (based on the price, let me specify, non alcoholic beverages) with a 20% tip. Almost $50. We probably waited 15-20 min for 2 tacos. We love to try the new pop ups, this one didn't bring it home for me. read more

This location is so inconsistent. I just know they are leaving out ingredients at times. Sometimes the color and taste is off.

The smoothies here are packed to the brim and have great flavor. We love that it comes with different ways to add protein and thought that almost every item on their menu was super nutritious but fun to drink. Their menu is large enough for varieties to pick from, but each drink is also actually really different to suit different palates. The service was prompt and the staff were very quick to process our transactions/make our drinks. read more

I used the app for the very first time today and it was easy peasy! I took my granddaughter to get top braces installed and the staff at the orthodontist office said she can have smoothies and then told me that a Smoothie King was located just 1 mile further down on US 380. Awesome!! I preordered 2 kid sized 'Lil Angels (12 oz. strawberry and banana) smoothies with the app. It was easy to enter my credit card info so I could have it paid for already, including a tip! I arrived at the drive thru line and gave my name at the ordering station and was told my order would be ready after the car ahead of me pulled away. I drove to the pickup window and was greeted warmly by a young gal with a big smile and handed my two drinks and some coupons to use on my next visit. She was just so pleasant, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. Even though our interaction was brief, she was just a ray of sunshine to my day! The only thing I would say negative is one morning around 7:45am there was a long wait because there was only one employee working. She was clearly overwhelmed because when I got to the drive thru window she was crying and apologizing for the wait, saying she was the only one there. read more

The staff is very helpful. Between the two of them working I got the perfect smoothie for my current dietary restrictions. They have a drive through window here too which is nice but I think the service was faster inside. The only thing stopping this from being a five star review is that the floors were dirty with some sort of limestone or chalky rock that was scattered about the walkway leading to the register. I placed a delivery order today to be fulfilled by Door Dash. After receiving confirmation of the order and ETA for delivery, I received a notice from Door Dash cancelling my order. I called Smoothie King and the manager confirmed our smoothies were made and still waiting in the freezer for the Door Dash driver. He, too, was frustrated and wanted to make it right for us. Terrible long waits in the drive through every single time. They always get the order wrong and the line gets backed up-it's like they have young kids working here who don't give a dang anymore. The owners at this location care about customers! They're professional and organized. I came in early in the AM and my smoothie didn't taste right, so I saved my receipt to ask them to remake it when I came back. Tony (the owner), and his wife took good care of me, remade my smoothie and gave me a $10 gift card. Tony's wife is very sweet and offered to remake me a 3rd smoothie. The staff is incredible, but it is unreasonable how long the wait is here. Any other smoothie king I've been to comes with a wait, but not more than five minutes.
