Always a nice spot to visit for a frozen treat. The only drawback is the staff never greets anyone as they come in. Actually, it's also difficult to get the add ons without having to crouch down to get anything if you are tall. The flavors are good and the place is really clean and well kept. read more

We wanted something sweet to eat and we have come here before, the last time we were in Dallas and we love this place! This place has dairy-free watermelon sorbet and it's so good! It's tart but sweet at the same time. It is perfect if you can't have dairy or don't want dairy. The other flavors of froyo ranged from your basic vanilla or chocolate to tart cherry, which was my boyfriends favorite flavor! When you get to the toppings you have to try and hold back a little because it's priced by weight. I wanted to add much more toppings to mine but I know if I put everything I wanted, mine would be over $6 or more. Together our two cups of froyo was under $10! The first thing I have to put in this review is that they charge you by weight! This means that as tempting as the many flavors are you have to be smart about how much you're putting in the bowl because it all adds up. Also, frozen yogurt (with all those yummy toppings) is actually pretty filling so the large bowls they provide are very misleading. It doesn't take much to make a great snack out of what they provide, and when you don't do a bunch it doesn't cost much for some froyo! The reason I'm only giving three stars is that the flavors are very hit or miss. The cake batter/cheesecake were both good but the seasonal ones for pumpkin and pecan were both terrible and oversweet. I tried a few bites of one of the fruit flavors and it was pretty good, but tasted more like yogurt and less like the fruit it was supposed to be. Overall it's a good snack and pretty healthy if you watch what you're topping it with! Just taste test a bunch, I know I would have been happier had I taken the time to taste test more! read more

My fiancé considers it a display of restraint when he manages under a pound! Still, just because I'm jealous I didn't come up with this million dollar concept myself doesn't mean I don't love it. Sad. I've always enjoyed going here but a recent visit to this store is where I saw a cashier's blatant disregard for customers. Customers at the register actually had to wait for her to put down her cell phone to help them. I was one of those people. Normally, when I walk in, I receive a friendly hello or greeting. She unfortunately couldn't see any customers through her large cell phone screen. She did not make the slightest effort to hide the fact that her phone was her biggest priority. I am sure what went through her mind was, 'Customers are assholes...why don't they just pay my wage and go away.' She clearly was inconvenienced and I had to interrupt her texting/social media to ask for sample cups which handed me 4 cups without a thank you or an acknowledgment. She quickly went back to her primary concern, her beloved cell phone. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt by thinking that maybe she's mute and only able to communicate via her cell phone through texting a note to her customers, but turns out she was just a shitty worker. The "manager" or shift lead was a kid who was walking in and out, but did not address the blatant disregard for customers. Doesn't this make him just as culpable since he turned a blind eye? Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it did. It seems cell phone girl got hungry from all the texting and surfing on the net. No worries...she'll just grab a snack from the off from the line. She took a scooper of some topping and shoved it in her mouth. Yuck!! At the very least, this is gross. At the very most, this is a fucking health code violation and hopefully goes against store policy. Not sure how many times this happens during a shift. Hand on money. Hand to mouth. Hand money to annoying customers and successfully transmit germs. Wish I had a free snack bar when I went in there, but of course, I'm just an annoying paying customer, so it's not an option. If I did what she did, rest assured, I'd be in the middle of Yogurt Zone, on my stomach, with an Irving Police Officer's knee in my back. This girl has a dream job. Help customers when I absolutely have to and get paid to be on my cell phone at work all day. For me, unfortunately, I have to go to work to make money so that I can patron an establishment that clearly does not have a cell phone or eating off from the line policy, nor does it enforce it. Go away is the body language and overall behavior. Go away I will, to another business that appreciates customers and treats repeat customers respectfully. I will go annoy some other business happy to accept my money and hopefully doesn't have grazing munch mouth employees. read more

This is a weird one because the yogurt is good and so are the toppings however the 1 star is due to the staff and the owner. The cashiers are mostly aloof and really don't care much. The owner is a weird guy who gives a bad stare to everyone. I'm not sure if he wants customers or not. As some other reviews mentioned he has tangled with a few customers. He obsessively cleans the yogurt toppings section which is good but the toppings area is SO FCKING POORLY designed that everyone has to awkwardly bend to get stuff which increases the chance of dropping stuff and the way he puts the scoops is really not practical.
