Quite easy to order with the tablet, there was no actual person there (could be a problem when they're busier bc there's only one station) the space itself is pretty small with no seating, just a small counter top by the window. We initially ordered the mochi puffs and they gave us the souffle. We probably should've said something but opted not to we just ordered another one and it was right this time. The matcha and ube noods were okay. Couldn't taste much. The fruits definitely made it better. I might opt for the soft serve next time. Didn't care much for the souffle. It was soft and not dry. The mochi puffs are better. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, I also think it's more worth your money. I remember driving by and seeing this place was under construction and yesterday I found out it was finally open! I saw they had soufflé pancakes and I was very excited to try them out. My friends and I went yesterday after kbbq. The menu is pretty simple they have either soufflé pancakes or mochi balls and you can add soft serve ice cream on the side (flavors: vanilla or ube or twist) and you can also add some additional toppings. We pretty much ordered everything on the menu and family styled it. Everything was delicious but the soufflé pancakes were the best. They were so soft and so fresh. The mochi balls were good too but I prefer the pancakes. There is no seating inside of this store, however we went to TP tea next door and they let us eat our dessert there. Such a great new business that has soft-opened in carollton recently! When you arrive you either place an order at the counter or on their ordering screens. It's truly a choice your own adventure experience with so many different combinations. I highly recommend adding fresh fruit and the homemade whipped cream! The Ube noodles, made in-house from purple Japanese sweet potatoes, were a nice touch for a subtle sweetness and fun texture. The kume cakes are so soft and taste like souffléd pancakes, while the mochi are like crispy donut holes. The twisted soft serve was sweet and slightly savory which was so great on the kume cakes. After they prepare your desserts, you get to choose your toppings! I chose PLENTY of drizzles (the Nutella and custard were my favorites) and the crushed oreos and various cereals were such a fun touch! The entire shop is beautifully decorated and filled with colorful murals of cute cats which makes the space feel cheerful and inviting. This place is in Carrollton, I saw it on Facebook clips and decided to take my mom there for Mother's Day. She really loved it. Everything tastes good but the mochi puffs were the best of them all. When you walk in, you have to go to the counter there's a kiosk to place your order then you scan a code. It will tell you the approximate time for your order they have fizzy floats that is soda and ice cream, soufflé pancakes which they called them kumocakes and mochi puffs. You can add ice cream, drizzle, and toppings. The inside is so cute the service was a big slow, but they were very busy. I placed my order at 5:25 and got it five minutes till six but it was worth it. Next time I'm going to add ice cream to it. read more

first my personal favorite things: 1. the cute cat murals on the walls 2. the fruit was exceptional, it was like every fruit was the best version of itself. the bananas were cold and firm, the blueberries were large and sweet, the strawberries were sweet but still crisp. very very good. 3. the dessert was so fun to watch being made it was so freaky 4. the employee was very kind 5. the ube noodle spaghetti situation was so good, i didn't get it but my partner did and i kept stealing bites now some MYTHBUSTING i've seen a few complaints about this place that are either valid but i didn't mind it or just not true. 1. they have a sign at the register that explicitly states that it needs time to cook, and if it's busy that could mean it could take up to 15 minutes. my personal experience was that we got ours within 5. obviously if you are impatient or in a rush you should just not go for everyone's sake. 2. there are some benches along the wall and a little bar type ledge by the window. there are also benches and tables outside. i personally could not care less that there were not a bunch of tables inside, the building is narrow and a bunch of seating would have made it cramped and impossible to walk around. if you need a bunch of inside tables that bad, just don't go for everyone's sake. 3. the souflee pancakes. now i got the mochi balls, they were warm and the perfect texture, so i had no complaints. however, my partner got the pancakes and while they very much enjoyed it we did agree we preferred the mochi balls. i mean, the place is literally called kuMOCHI. wasn't expecting the worlds most excellent kuPANCAKES yknow? but to each their own. i still liked them. read more
