Overall good doughnuts, they are fluffy, not too sweet which js much appreciated. Place is clean and well kept, not too crowded, fast service and friendly staff. One thing i would say $5+ for one doughnut is pretty steep for what it is. Yes it was delicious but not $5 delicious. Overall decent place, would not come out of my way to show it to someone to be honest. We had tiramisu doughnut it was filled woth white cream all throughout so i thought that's pretty cool. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could win make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. I've been wanting to try this place since it opened! The store is adorable inside and I liked how many options they offered! Service was good, the girl at the counter quickly helped up get a couple options. Sadly the donuts weren't very good. I was very excited for the butter pistachio donut specifically but the one we received seemed slimey? We assumed they were made fresh since we went around 10 am but it seemed like it might've been old? I don't know if that's how it's meant to be, but I really didn't like that texture. The flavor was okay, I was expecting more pistachio. We also had the crème brûlée and that one was more bland than the pistachio. The caramelized sugar on top was only torched in a small area. 3/5 is considered okay on the yelp scale, and its very just okay. the actual donut does not compete with any mom and pop Korean donut shop around town, so this new import donut is set for failure with its taste. A new spit opens in Carrollton, its a fun experience! These are different style donut, light, not overly sweet. At 3 pm on Saturday they had about 6 different flavors to pick from. In the AM, they advised they have a much larger selection. You can order from a kiosk to the right or from a person in front, and service was fast even with a line. The staff we're efficient and kind. It appeared that one of the owners and maybe the general manager were out on the floor ensuring the milk was restocked and customers were happy. Honestly not bad at all. I didn't see any advertisement around these donuts, and looking at the already submitted reviews, this place seemed to have been hyped up, but let reviewers down. I wouldn't say they were the best donuts that I've had, but the ones I got were pretty dang great. I highly recommend the Butter Pistachio and PB&J. The Choco Crumbl was alright, and the Cream Cheese was pretty much a non sugar coated Maladada with a slightly sweet cream cheese filling. If in the area, I'd probably go back for a butter pistachio again, but just the one, since these donuts range from $3.80 to about $6 Worth a visit if in the area. read more

Probably not coming back... It's not bad, but not great either. Since the donuts have cream inside, they chill the donuts (I think) which makes the dough/bread kinda harder/dryer than normal donuts. Very little filling compared to the pictures they advertise and the taste is kinda average. Abour $20 for 4 donuts, plus tips. Jarams Donut and Paris Baguette definitely have way much better donuts. read more

Service was fine but she didn't really say much about the donuts, not sure if she assumed we've had it before but we did ask her what the best sellers were, so maybe she didn't take the cue? Idk. They didnt have a lot of flavors compared to other donut places. I got the sesame and it's has a cream filling inside that reminds me of green onion spread, similar to a bagel flavoring. If you're craving a donut, idk if you'd enjoy it that much, but it's not what I was expecting. It's more of like a sweet bread pastry if that makes sense; not like a soft krispy kreme donut but more firm. It was still nice and I enjoyed it. I've seen the hype on these donuts all over social media so after hearing there was a location in Dallas I was excited to try it! We went around 3:30 pm and they were sold out of everything. They told they'd have more at 5 so we waited for them to reopen. When we got there again, they only had a smaller selection of flavors none of which were the more popular flavors we wanted to try but we still got some to try. I got the tiramisu and almond salted caramel. I also tried the PB&J and Cookies and cream. Each donut is around 5 dollars. They do come colder which was questionable but all flavors were pretty balanced. Overall I think the tiramisu was the best out of all of them, the cocoa powder on top is a bit off putting since it's so dry though. After hearing all the hype around how soft they were supposed to me, the donut itself just felt like a regular donut. I recently visited Old Ferry Donuts and was disappointed with my experience. After placing my order, I discovered that the donuts were ice cold--like they had just come out of a refrigerator. I've had these donuts before in California, and they have never been served cold, so this was surprising. When I brought them back, the lady at the counter told me that "nobody has complained about it," and her attitude made the situation even more frustrating. She even told me to get back in line just to request a refund. As someone who has worked in food service for almost 10 years, I can say confidently that you never respond to a customer like that. Maybe other people don't mind cold donuts, but I prefer a traditional, room-temperature donut--not something that tastes like it's been sitting in a refrigerator for two days. To be fair, the male manager was very polite and handled the situation well. But the woman's attitude alone is enough for me not to return.
