I've seen a few posts about this bakery in Las Vegas and wanted to try it. So while in Dallas, we stopped by for an after dinner coffee. There was a pretty large seating area for both small and larger groups. The place was cutely decorated and the cases of cakes was pretty full. They also had baked goods on the shelving, but it was more sparse. The service was fast and the coffees ordered were pretty good. I would go back to try other things. read more

The tiramisu coffee is good and the bakery items seem to be very high quality- all the items I grabbed were fresh and delicious (and with that in mind, very well priced). Their selection is large, so my best recommendations would be the spinach feta danish and the egg tarts- you won't be disappointed with either, but of course I think you should get both ;) read more

I drove 25 minutes to try this coffee shop and was really disappointed with the experience. The cashier rushed me while I was ordering, and when my drink was ready, I was handed a coffee tiramisu latte instead of the tiramisu matcha latte I ordered. When I pointed this out, the barista argued with me before reluctantly saying, "I'll remake it, but next time order it right." So I came to this area wanting to get ice cream. Unfortunately the place I was going to go to was closed for Labor Day so I chose this place not knowing what I would expect. I had not realized what I was missing out on until I went into the place. For those that have not been to the area, you may want to scout out the restaurants near by if you're ever hungry. It's a complex with restaurants that have different Korean food and services that are available. They even have a hair salon but I had to pass it up as my taste buds were craving something sweet. The first thing you see when you walk in is their bakery items and it has a nice assortment of breads that you can choose to purchase either before you order your sweets or on the way out the door. The place definitely has some decor. I remember being amazed at how lit up the room is and though the place was filled with people it was quiet enough to feel relaxed. When you get to the purchase counter they have a beautiful glass display of the desserts. The lady that takes the orders was ready right when I walked up to order without hesitation. There are some things 'in the menu that you just don't know what could they be. Not have Ade before I thought about asking. The lady explained it so well which perked my interest to try it. I also had to get a slice of the delicious cake in front of me so I chose the Blueberry Cloud Piece. I would have given it 5 stars but the only thing that I couldn't stand was their pagers. They hand out a pager to you so then they know where you are when they bring the food and drinks out to you. WOW was it loud. I think they had put some tape around it or maybe that was for the number they put on it. Maybe the number can be a printed label on the back but I think they should find a way to turn down the volume a bit on them. The cake was so rich and so delicious. The ade I learned you have to mix a little bit but it was so delicious. By the time I was done I definitely wanted more cake but I had a guilty conscience not to. I wasn't sure what to do with the plate but saw others were just bringing it to the counter rather than leaving it at the table. This is quite literally the BEST bakery that I have ever encountered in my life! Everything from this place is so fresh and even though it's a bakery full of sugary sweets, most of their stuff is rather light and fluffy. Definitely a legit Korean franchise location in Carrollton compared to the early location inside H-mart. Good Variety of pastries that are available for people with different taste. I like that they do have a lot more authentic vibe of Tous les jour in South Korea. I loved the triple delight coffee cake (slightly crunchy secrets in the cake), potato cheese mini bun(?), and their Kaya jam bun. I would say this is not the type of studying venue, but instead, perfect for coffee time or casual meet up venue to hang out. the venue is maintained very clean. I personally think it is respectful for this kind of business that people to not stay here for way longer duration of the time(4-5 hours for example) unless people are buying enough pastries to justify time they spend there to study. There are 5 booths, 1 large table for a group and 1 outdoor patio seating from what I remember. white and wood are their main theme of decoration which gives very modern and clean atmosphere. This particular location of Tous Les Jours is perfect for grabbing pastries and coffee with friends and family. There is good amount of seating and the cafe has an intimate vibe. The pastries are decent but can be pricy. I recommend their cake slices for a sweet treat. They have seasonal items as well that they rotate. The drinks and coffee are not bad. Given the area is full of restaurants, this place makes for a great stop after dinner as a dessert. read more

The cakes are decent, not as good as the location inside Hmart Carrollton, however we come to support them because they are 2 minutes from our house. The other location is 7 minutes, honestly doesn't make a difference but we like to support new businesses. We have 15 people, ordered 15 drinks and 2 whole cakes. Only 10 of us want the cake so I asked if they sell paper plate, they said no and I then asked if we can use their plates. They reluctantly gave us 2 plates and said that is all they have! Lies! That was 8 pm on Sunday June 8th and there were no other customers but us! If each of us ordered a slice of cake and asked to eat there, they will have to give us a plate for each slice, but they only gave us 2 plates for 2 whole cakes. Horrible services! This was my second time visiting an actual Tous Les Jours in the States. The only TLJ's I've been exposed to are the ones inside Hmarts, but this was a standalone cafe. The only other standalone Tous Les Jours I've been to was in Syracuse. We finished eating dinner in the plaza, and Petit Four was absolutely packed so we decided to come here instead. Tous Les Jours is a famous Korean bakery chain that has several bakeries in the US, but as I mentioned in my last paragraph, they are mostly inside Hmarts so you it's not really a cafe feel. This location, however, is its own standalone cafe and we visited late on a Friday evening, so when we entered, most of the breads were gone/sold out. We weren't going for bread anyways so it was okay -- we ordered a green tea bingsoo. Their shaved ice isn't a snow bingsoo; it's a traditional bingsoo so be aware of that. The green tea bingsoo was pretty good. It honestly just tasted like your typical same-old bingsoo. Nothing was too special. The green tea powder was a little overpowering but I do love my matcha so it didn't bother me too much. Overall, I liked how there was a TLJ standalone cafe. Tous Les Jours has a relatively mediocre repuation compared to its rival Paris Baguette, and it's true because PB's breads are better - but I'll definitely be back if I'm in this plaza! read more

Very. Wife enjoyed a green tea with ginger flavor I think. Plenty of parking in the little k town plaza they are in. I don't get down there often but will go back! My less food adventurous wife was not as excited as I was. She was happier with the rainbow visible from the parking lot. But there were a dozen or more pastries I wanted to try. In hunt for some specific pastries I drove over to this location. I came later in the day so they were sold down on items. They have a large variety of cakes to breakfast pastries to macron, breads, drinks, and more. They have other locations as well in the area. One I came I for was the macrons. A frustration point was that the top of the case is covered in signs so as I was pointing and advising of which I'd like, it turns out they didn't hear me correctly. I didn't notice until I opened at home and with allergies some we had to toss and not eat. ***please remove the signs so you can hear the order requests. The strawberry soft bread was just phenomenal and this was a new try for us, just delicious. Coffee Kaya is always delectable. Everything else I was able to pick up myself was just great. It's a location right off the highway so easy to make a stop and I do encourage anyone looking for delicious treats!! read more

To have something to nibble on with afternoon coffee, my wife and I picked up two items: soboro bread and an almond croissant. Both were very fresh and tasted great. You would think all TLJ locations would have identical items and taste but we found over the years that there are slight differences with each location. We've been to TLJ locations in many states and this one is definitely one of the better ones. The store was well stocked even at 2pm and the employee provided quick service with a friendly smile. read more

Everybody's always so sweet there and they always walk your order over to you which I think is a huge plus overall highly suggest this place if you're craving something.
