First time visitor. Decided to go at 6am and glad I did. Donuts were super fresh and delicious. Loved that none of them were overly sweet. Was able to eat 4 without feeling icky. Customer service was great too, the guy helping me (think he might be the owner) was really nice and helpful when I was trying to decide which donuts to pick. He even threw in some free donut holes. Their glazed donuts are consistently soft and moist! The only downside is this flavor is usually sold out by 9-10am, so I make a point to come around 7am after a night shift. The sweet Asian couple always throws in complimentary donut holes, and kindly heats up the kolaches/sausage rolls without me asking. They're open 5am - noon EVERY single day, which is crazy considering how early they have to get up to bake such fresh batches of deliciousness. I always bring cash because it's faster to tip. But no amount of tip can measure up to the kindness of the shop owners and how much happiness their food brings us! read more

I had a glazed donut. It was dry and not very glazed. I understand this may be ok for some but it's not for me.

These donuts are actually/literally the best donuts. There have been donut places that I thought were really good, but after having Maple donuts realize that they can't hold a candle to Maple donuts. Their's are so fluffy and perfect. I'm not sure how they get them this way and and why other places can't. Now, I refuse to buy donuts from anywhere else because I know it won't be as good and I don't want to pay another sent on a mediocre donut ever again. So when it comes to donuts, Maple donuts is the only place that gets my money. read more

What an awesome little shop! I get donuts for my new hire classes at work and was excited to find this place relatively close to work. The lady that runs it is super sweet, and the donuts are fresh and very tasty! Also, it's probably the most reasonably priced place I've seen. Just get the large one -- it's worth it. The bread is SO SO SO soft. It's like a little cloud up to the heaven that is the rest of the kolache. I love this place. It's right next door. The lady is always so friendly and remembers me. I typically come in right before closing and she will bring donuts back out for you even after she closed up. My favorite are their old fashioned. I loved their coffee ones, but they discontinued them. Jalapeno cheddar kolaches are also sooo good. She always throws in free donuts. I'm a teacher who recently had to change classroom recently after starting the school year. For those who aren't in the loop, it's a lot of hard work, so I really appreciated all those who chipped in to help me. Maple Donuts is a little out of my way, but I wanted good donuts for these great people and Maple Donuts has good rating. I parked right out front. There are like 5ish parking spaces, which is more than enough for a small donut shop. I walked in, checked out the menu, asked for recommendation and clarifications, which the donut man politely provided. I just got a dozen random donuts and a dozen kolache for them and a jalapeno cheese kolache for me. The jalapeno cheese kolache was delicious. Spicy, cheesy sausage with a soft doughy outside. I also snuck a blueberry donut, which I also commend. It's like a blueberry muffin, but a little bit heavier/thicker. My students loved the donut holes he threw in free of charge. While I didn't get to try the other donuts, everyone looked pleased with their donuts. read more

The two employees (man and women) who work here are super nice! I dont live far from this store and I will usually go a once a month to two things. Glazed donuts & BOUDIN kolahces, For those of you who don't know about Boudin its a sausage with rice and meat (pork). The older lady with glasses is a riot. So much energy, super cute, and extremely entertaining. I was told to come get the apple fritter and blueberry donut, and Omg these are amazing. The blue berry donut looks like a cake donut, which I hate since cake donuts are usually dryer, but this is pretty much a blueberry muffin that they glazed and made into donut form, so if that sounds appealing to you (and it does to me), you don't regret it. Next was the apple fritter, and this may be the best donut and apple fritter I've ever had. Perfectly soft, crispy, airy, and flavored. I don't kno how else to describe it except *drool*. Their kolaches are pretty tasty and I didn't try the donuts but they always throw in some of their donut holes to leave you wanting more. My coworker and I have been hopping around donut shops in Dallas for the last two weeks and bringing them to work for everyone to taste test. These were a hit! The dough tastes really good and everything was as sweet as it should be. Their signature maple glaze is very good. The creme filling was a little tart, which was unexpected and was kind of a cross between lemon and vanilla. My coworker loved it, I did not. But their cake and glazed donuts were on point! Really yummy! And very nice woman inside! For the price I thought I was going to get cardboard but it was actually amazing. A donut, small kolache, water, and coffee was a little over $3. I stop in here at least twice a week. It's take out only but I live right down the street. Excellent donuts, donut holes, baked goods, breakfast burritos, and all kinds of kolaches. The proprietor is an older, Asian lady who is just as sweet as she can be and always offers to head up my kolaches. Honestly, I'm not sure how she can afford to stay in business with the prices she charges. Last time, I got a dozen donut holes, about 4 different donuts, a large cinnamon roll, an eclair, and several large and small sausage and cheese kolaches, and coffee for something like $17 and I might be leaving something out.
