Still my all time favorite place. Been coming to this exact location for almost 40 years. Love how it's still the exact same just upgraded booths.

To Braum's Corporate Office I have a customer complaint about Store #89 on 5/23/2020 at 8:20pm. The manager on duty at the time was rude and unprofessional. There is a video camera in that store. If you review the video I'm certain that you can witness it for yourself. Items of Complaint -------- 1) Absolute worst customer service for 2020. The manager yelled at me as soon as I entered the store because I wasn't social distancing from another family member whose in my home. There were other customers who were not socially distancing (as you can review in video) but for some reason I was singled out. 2) The manager did not honor the $5 gift card that was to be given when an employee forgets to give a cash receipt to the customer. I followed the instructions which were to contact the manager to receive the gift card. She publicly berated me for no reason in the presence of her employees and other customers. I was cordial and I did nothing to provoke such behavior. Then realizing that she was in the wrong she instructed her employees to give out receipts whether customers asked for them or not. All I requested was the $5 gift card according to the sign that was clearly displayed at their cash register desk. This behavior is not becoming of a Braum's employee, but even more unbecoming of a manager of a Braum's store. I still seek my $5 gift card because the Braum's policy was not honored. I have attached a photo of the policy that was posted on their countertop.

We visited Braum's today April 20 2019 and was a little surprised to find the restaurant was in need of some serious cleaning. The floors were extremely sticky,and the table seemed to have not been cleaned in some time. There also appeared to be some type of water leak coming through the wall. Very let down on this location. I am worried that the owners dont know this location really needs a lot of work done. I am concerned that the lack of cleaning might cause people to get sick. Please address this issue as soon as possible. Other alternative would be use the Braum's in Flower Mound until this location has been cleaned and updated.

Not one of my favorite Braum's locations as the building is older, smaller, and does not offer a drive thru, however I've never had a problem with the service or food. My favorite deal is the $2 double dip cone, which translates into two HUGE scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone! Favorite flavors are birthday cake, cookies and cream, and butter pecan, but honestly anything you choose will be good. Okay service, but food is very reasonable, and ice cream is delicious.
