Truly very disappointing experience. This one star is for the nice staff. Location smells like sewage when you walk in. They won't let you swap ingredients from bowls. I got a bowl woth quinoa and chicken, i got maybe 1/2 cup of chicken and full bowl of raw kale with little bit of hummus, i asked for couscous on the side (only decent thing). Very disappointing for a $20 bowl. My husband's gyro is probably the worst he has ever tried, same for me i tried it as well. Pita bread is like wet paper with tasteless meat and mediocre fries. We paid $40 for gyro, bowl and side of couscous. Will never go back since it's not worth nearly as much. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that. read more

I will start by saying how great the service was here. The man who took our order and served our food was so helpful, and he had our food out to us within 5 minutes. The restaurant was also very clean and the booths were very comfortable. As far as the food goes, we were very surprised. All of the dishes tasted so fresh. The pita was perfectly warm, the falafel was freshly cooked, and the chicken was juicy. The only thing that could have been better was the gyro meat, it was on the dry side. If you like mediterranean and dont mind a short wait for your food to be made then this is the second best spot in flowermound for it - sorry luna but Istanbul is still king. It's good for lunch, feels healthy but you're probably getting high doses of salt to accompany the rich flavor. We have had great "Food To Go" every time we have come here. I really think the food at this Luna Grill is tastier than some of the other locations. We have tried Luna Grill in Southlake. The parking at the Southlake location is very tight. They have plenty of parking at this location. The restaurant is in the fast casual space. Every time we have come, the service was friendly and prompt. We ordered the family meal for 4 to 6. I have seen some previous reviews complaining about the price but you do get a pretty good value on the family meals. The Beef Kebabs and Chicken Kebabs were tender and had a lot of flavor. The Salad was a generous portion and Salad Dressing had a Mediterranean twist to it. The Rice was excellent too. We got some additional sides of Red Cabbage Salad, Spicy Hummus, and French Fries. The Spicy Hummus and French Fries were delicious. I would pass on the Red Cabbage Salad next time. The only hiccup was that I was using the app to order and had a "discount code." I came back to order on my phone a couple of hours later and added some more sides. It kicked out the "discount code." The young man at the counter could not help me get the discount since I already paid in the app without noticing. That's OK. It will give me another excuse to return. read more

Delicious! I stumbled on this place when searching for a restaurant nearby where I could get food quickly, but also find a healthy menu, with dairy-free options and free WiFi. It was exactly what I needed The service was fast, I had food brought to my table in only 5-10 mins at most. And the food wasn't just good, it was great! I definitely will come again when I'm the area. I loved both the lemmon vinaigrette and the Tahini sauces I got on the side too. So much so I am taking the extra sauce home LOL. No issues getting on the WiFi, and I like that the music in the restaurant wasn't so loud that when I put my AirPods in I couldn't hear my own personal music/playlist. The staff came by twice to check on me, and even suggested a cozy, quieter corner when they saw I needed to get some work done while enjoying lunch. Celebrated my birthday at this low-key Mediterranean spot and it did not disappoint! The trio of dips was amazing. spicy feta was my favorite, and the hummus was spot on. The chicken platter was a highlight: perfectly charred and paired with delicious sides like fries and a tahini Caesar salad. Loved that the Caesar had crispy chickpeas- it was such a perfect touch. The staff is nice. The food is good, but they do so many takeout orders, and some of them are huge orders, almost like catering, and I've been sitting here now for 35 minutes waiting. So if you go around 11 or 12, and that time you're going to wait, but if you go in mid-afternoon, it's good. read more

I love eating here. The food is always so good. I order the flat iron chicken plate and a baklava for dessert. The manager , Sara, is always so welcoming and friendly. I ate here yesterday around 3:00 pm and the new lady, Angelina took my order. She was not friendly at all and did nothing to help me with my order. She did not ask what sides I wanted to order. She was very short with her answers. I hope they didn't make a mistake by hiring her. She is not welcoming at all. I may give it another chance to see if she changes her attitude. We will see. Jay Vaughn, who was the assistant manager was so friendly and customer service oriented. But, he is taking over the new Plano Luna Grill and I am afraid this girl was hired to replace him.
