The image depicts the exterior of Kung Fu Tea in Keller, TX, at night. The storefront features illuminated signage, including the Kung Fu Tea logo and a sign indicating a grand opening with balloons on either side of the entrance. The area in front of the store is a parking lot with a car partially visible in the foreground. The scene is lit by store lights and some external lighting, with reflections on the wet pavement.

Kung Fu Tea has opened a new location on 377 in Keller; so I opted to give them a try since it had been since their how to train your dragon promo since I had been there. Staff was very personable and helpful. Drink was pretty good; as it was one of the first on their normal menu I had tried. There are only two tables for seating; if you're wanting to sit to get some work done. Other than that it's a nice spot!

I was in Fort Worth for a week and managed to visit Gong Cha several times! All the staff were…read moresuper friendly and accommodating when it took me forever to make up my mind. Lol I tried their lychee tea and their milk tea. Both were good, but I preferred the lychee one for the sweetness. Their boba was cooked well too. They have a ton of drink options but not many topping options. My family and I were bummed that they didn't offer lychee jelly. A few of us ordered their coffee jelly and they were huge chunks. It was hard to suck up the straw. Extra points for their music playlist! They had lots of kpop playing while I visited and I just loved it! They also are one of the few locations that are carrying the limited edition BTS Idol tumblers. As an army, I was super excited to see this!! Super convenient, right off the freeway and tasty drinks!

This location may need to work on their customer service training. When I walked into this location…read moretoday, the young lady at the front counter didn't greet me or ask what I would like to order. When I said hello to her, she said nothing back, so I looked up at the menu, thought about it, and decided to walk away without ordering anything. I ended up going to a competitor as there are several within a 1.5 mile radius. I've been there a few times over the last couple years and didn't have this experience, but the experience today turned me off. I don't want anyone there to get in trouble, but customer service training will help prevent the next guest from leaving and going to a competitor.

They personally reached…read moreout to explain that they recently received guidance from the health department not to accept outside cups due to cross-contamination concerns, and I really appreciated them taking the time to explain that. They also shared that the employee helping me was in her first week, which gave helpful context to the situation. As a kind gesture, they sent me a $10 gift card, which I thought was very thoughtful. When I came back in to use it, they recognized my name from the situation and took the time to talk with me in person and explain everything again. That really meant a lot and showed how much they care about their customers. Customer service and communication go a long way, and I'm grateful for the way they handled everything. I'm looking forward to continuing to support them. Old review: Melby's has really great drinks and the atmosphere is honestly one of the reasons I keep going back. It's a cozy spot and the coffee itself is consistently good. That said, the customer service can be hit or miss. The employees often come across as a bit unpleasant, which takes away from the experience. One thing that's especially frustrating is their refusal to allow personal cups. Almost every other coffee shop I visit is happy to accommodate this, and it doesn't require much effort, many places simply set the cup on the counter and pour the drink without even touching it. It's a small thing, but it makes a difference for customers who are trying to reduce waste or just prefer using their own cup. I really do like Melby's drinks and vibe, but improving the customer service and being a little more flexible with simple requests like personal cups would make the experience much better.

The reviews were great, so we were really excited to try them out -- and as a self-proclaimed wing nut, I had high expectations! The wings did not disappoint -- they're large, super crispy, and packed with flavor. I went straight for the spiciest option on the menu, and while they weren't quite as hot as I expected, they were still delicious and well-seasoned. If you're looking for extreme heat, you might not find it here, but the flavor more than makes up for it. They also have a ton of great egg roll options -- we've tried them all, and honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them. Each one is fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and patient, and the dining area is always clean and welcoming. Keeks has definitely earned a spot in our regular rotation!

A TIKToker's review lead us here for lunch today…read more Let me start by saying the restaurant is immaculate and the folks are super friendly and helpful. Simply put we ordered way too much food today. Their Chicken wings are huge...meaty. I'm not a fan of wings that are as heavily breaded as these were. The buffalo wings for instance were ok. Nothing special. Same with the lemon pepper. The Asian style wings with "fish oil" were our least favorite. The Creamy crab egg rolls were delicious and unique. The chicken eggs rolls were ok. I'm on the hunt for egg rolls that are stuffed with cabbage. These, like the chicken wings are little too heavy on the breading. The Garlic Noodles are sooooo good. Tasty with the right amount of spice. The Kim Chi "stew" was tasty.
