This is drive through review. This is an older location the window service was very polite and fairly quick. We were in an out in around 10 minutes, I have waited much longer at other locations. Its was an added bonus that the young man was so friendly and seem to really want to please. Made the drive up feel like table service. We ordered the Acai Cocoa Haze and the PB_Swizzle. Both our bowls were delicious and refreshing. We drove to the house about 10 minutes away and enjoyed our frozen treats in maximum comfort still frozen solid. read more

Smoothie King - Pb Swizzle already dug in before pic. Couldn't help myself - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Keller, Texas

I do not recommend this location. 2nd day they have been out of bananas. They also charge more for Add Ons like enhancers. The other location I go to charges less. Red flags. I will not return to this place. read more

I don't even know where to start with Brodie Cox because this man is on a completely different level Came in just expecting a normal smoothie run and somehow witnessed what can only be described as a full-on superhero origin story. Brodie wasn't just making a smoothie... he was commanding it. The energy, the focus, the absolute intensity--unmatched. You ever see someone take their job so seriously that it becomes an art form? That's Brodie. One second he's standing there calm, next thing you know it's like he's hovering with pure determination, locked in like the fate of the universe depends on that blender. I swear the smoothie didn't stand a chance Customer service? 10/10. Efficiency? 10/10. Entertainment value? 1000/10. This wasn't just a visit--it was an experience. I walked in for a drink and left questioning reality. If you ever get the chance to have Brodie Cox make your smoothie, just know you're not getting something average. You're getting peak performance, raw energy, and possibly witnessing something supernatural. Give this man a raise, a promotion, and maybe a cape read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Keller, Texas

I have been going to this smoothie king for almost a decade, and have always had great experiences. The management is top notch and on top of her store, and her attention to detail is spot on. However, today I ordered two $25+ smoothies from the app. I walked inside and saw two newer employees I had not seen before behind the counter. The first smoothie I ordered (large gladiator) was absolutely undrinkable, watered down, and tasted terrible. I logged back onto the app and ordered another smoothie that I usually get in order to make sure it wasn't my weird custom order making my smoothie disgusting. I went back inside and picked up the next smoothie (large hulk) and it was once again, watered down, disgusting and undrinkable. So $50+ in undrinkable smoothies - straight to the trash. Needless to say, I'll be going to a different location now. read more

Had the mango ginger smoothie. I liked it as I could taste the ginger and mango and a bit of spinach - yes, spinach. The only issue I keep having with these places is that they dump so much ice into the blender, they end up pouring about 1/3 of it down the drain. I did get some of it in a sample cup but I hate to see how much gets tossed out. Maybe next time the amount of ice will be less, or I'll just ask for less ice. read more

Always fast, super friendly, fun atmosphere, perfectly blended smoothies, has a drive thru, you can walk in or order ahead skip the line and pick up inside for convenience. read more

Seldom go for smoothies, but dietary changes have us looking at healthier choices and routines, so we came in for some "lower fat" options. Britney was holding down the whole show by herself and doing mind-bogglingly well (drive-thru & inside). She deserves some help, but that aside, she even had suggestions and ideas, were in and out quickly and it was delicious. read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF ALLERGIES! My experience was as follows: went through the drive through, asked a single question and had two people trying to talk over each other to answer it. Then I heard them joking around on the mic I was trying to decide what I order, not really listening to me. Finally I said I want this certain smoothie, but please remove the bananas because I am allergic. It was on my receipt they removed the bananas, they read my order back to me saying no bananas, and I smelled trouble when a third, different person handed me my smoothie in the drive thru with a very very dirty shirt and hands as well. Guess what was in my smoothie? Bananas. Thank you smoothie king for the emergency room visit. Do not come here if you don't like cross contamination, or getting your order right. read more

Don't expect to get a smoothie 15-20 minutes before close as I came to the to drive thru today around 8:40-8:45 and the attendant tells me they stop accepting orders 20 minutes before close. Seems rather odd as you're open until 9pm? Won't be back. read more

Whether it's busy or slow for them, expect to wait 15 minutes for a Smoothie. By far the worst smoothie king to visit. I would recommend driving the extra 5 minutes and go to the one of the two off North Tarant Parkway. read more

Amazing smoothies, nice and fresh and really good! Workers are kind and work quickly. You get the nice juicy smoothie you've always wanted

Every place I go to, I hope will be 5 stars. I start at the top of the ratings and go from there. The staff at Smoothie King in Keller cause their rating to be the Worst, a 1 star. I drove up at this location recently at 6 minutes til closing time. As I drove to the drive thru, my headlights caught the attention of two employees I could easily see inside. The forlorn expression on both their faces said, "Oh no, we're so close to closing time. Not one last customer, please!" I drove to the order area. Sat there with long dead silence. Backed the car up, drove over the activator again. Dead silence still. I backed my car up toward the window we'd seen each other through. Gave my horn a very light tap-tap, saying "I'm here to order, please". Drove up to order area. Waited the longest yet. Still dead silence. After a while, tapped the horn again. Waited. Nothing. So, I pulled around to the pick up window. One of the employees was there, couldn't wait to tell me they were closing. At this point it's 3 min til close. I said, "I got here 3 minutes ago. Had you taken my order then I'd be driving off with my smoothie at 3 min til close now." She hem hawed some gibberish again, then the second employee popped her head around the corner, saying the same lame blah blah as the first employee. As I drove off, I hadn't made it out of the parking lot, and one of the employees already was in their car with lights on, ready to leave. Employee attitude and action start at the top, so obviously there's a culture at this SK location that promotes laziness, cutting corners and store hours, and not taking care of your patrons who come to your establishment during operating hours. Buyer beware of the Smoothie King in Keller. You may well get the same inexcusably poor service as I. I won't be back. read more

Very good customer service and very nice always very accommodating. the atmosphere is very good and the smoothies are always amazing.

Guy at front gave us all free smoothie sizes. He was very nice and made them really fast

this smoothie king was insane. the smoothie was fenaminal and I would recommend to everyone stopping by in Keller texas.

First of all I love this place and they make a great smoothie, but they don't have enough staff to cater to the drive through. It took 40. 40, minutes to get a smoothie. I feel bad there was only one person working and 8 people in the drive through. Do better smoothie king. read more

This is my first time in atleast 10 years coming to smoothie king. The idea of spending money on a smoothie when I can get one equally good at home is what keeps me away but I came because a friend told me how good the angel food smoothie was and I passed by this location on my way home so I decided to give it a try. I got the smallest one which is 20 ounces and you can see by the picture it's plenty, actually it was bigger than I needed. It's about 4 dollars and change so not bad for how much they give you. The smoothie consist of strawberries, bananas, non-fat milk and I believe vanilla ice cream. I love strawberries so I was looking forward to this smoothie but unfortunately it missed the mark for me. The reason being is because it was very heavy on the banana flavor. I have a love/ just ok relationship with bananas and unless bananas are in a dessert I need them to stay in their lane and be subtle and it was the dominant flavor in this smoothie. If I were to come back I would probably ask for extra strawberries but honestly I dont see myself returning. read more

Smoothie King - 20 ounce, pretty big and filling - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Keller, Texas

Smoothie King has usually always given me the smoothie I've asked for without fail but today they failed it. The smoothie was obviously made incorrectly, and when asked for a remake they handed my boyfriend a free smoothie card and said there was "nothing they could do". It's just disappointing that I've been able to order the same smoothie so many times before but today there is suddenly a problem. :( read more

to say that i'm upset with smoothie king would be an understatement.. I AM LIVID WITH SMOOTHIE KING!! ABSOLUTELY LIVID!! first of all the music is absolute cheeks! absolute buns! poppy cock! i know that the workers are trying their best but it just seems like they're understaffed and that's not their fault. so whoever runs the store needs to fix that ASAP (as soon as possible) read more

I frequent Smoothie Kings all over the place (Dallas mostly) and we buy peripheral items such as vitamin supplements as well. This Keller location was very pleasantly staffed but the Smoothies were the worst we've ever had (and we've had hundreds). Heavy on ice, watery, low on fruit. Very disappointed. read more

I waited 30 minutes for a smoothie, and also ordered a protein bar...which was EXPIRED!

Giving this place a 3 because the smoothies are good, but this place needs lights!! We almost passed it twice because there's no lights on the building, no lit sign, and the menu isn't lit either. Bad for business! read more

Today I went to smoothie king and I sat in the drive through order line and I was sitting directly in front of the ordering monitor. No one acknowledged my car's presence and the fact that I existed until 7 minutes had passed. When the worker finally acknowledged me, she was not nice and took another 5 minutes to make our smoothies. Thank you for your time. read more
