This is drive through review. This is an older location the window service was very polite and fairly quick. We were in an out in around 10 minutes, I have waited much longer at other locations. Its was an added bonus that the young man was so friendly and seem to really want to please. Made the drive up feel like table service. We ordered the Acai Cocoa Haze and the PB_Swizzle. I have been going to this smoothie king for almost a decade, and have always had great experiences. The management is top notch and on top of her store, and her attention to detail is spot on. However, today I ordered two $25+ smoothies from the app. I walked inside and saw two newer employees I had not seen before behind the counter. The first smoothie I ordered (large gladiator) was absolutely undrinkable, watered down, and tasted terrible. I logged back onto the app and ordered another smoothie that I usually get in order to make sure it wasn't my weird custom order making my smoothie disgusting. I went back inside and picked up the next smoothie (large hulk) and it was once again, watered down, disgusting and undrinkable. So $50+ in undrinkable smoothies - straight to the trash. Had the mango ginger smoothie. I liked it as I could taste the ginger and mango and a bit of spinach - yes, spinach. The only issue I keep having with these places is that they dump so much ice into the blender, they end up pouring about 1/3 of it down the drain. I did get some of it in a sample cup but I hate to see how much gets tossed out. Maybe next time the amount of ice will be less, or I'll just ask for less ice. read more

My experience was as follows: went through the drive through, asked a single question and had two people trying to talk over each other to answer it. Then I heard them joking around on the mic I was trying to decide what I order, not really listening to me. Finally I said I want this certain smoothie, but please remove the bananas because I am allergic. It was on my receipt they removed the bananas, they read my order back to me saying no bananas, and I smelled trouble when a third, different person handed me my smoothie in the drive thru with a very very dirty shirt and hands as well. Don't expect to get a smoothie 15-20 minutes before close as I came to the to drive thru today around 8:40-8:45 and the attendant tells me they stop accepting orders 20 minutes before close. Seems rather odd as you're open until 9pm? Won't be back. read more

Every place I go to, I hope will be 5 stars. I start at the top of the ratings and go from there. The staff at Smoothie King in Keller cause their rating to be the Worst, a 1 star. I drove up at this location recently at 6 minutes til closing time. As I drove to the drive thru, my headlights caught the attention of two employees I could easily see inside. The forlorn expression on both their faces said, "Oh no, we're so close to closing time. Not one last customer, please!" I drove to the order area. Sat there with long dead silence. Backed the car up, drove over the activator again. Dead silence still. I backed my car up toward the window we'd seen each other through. Gave my horn a very light tap-tap, saying "I'm here to order, please". Drove up to order area. Waited the longest yet. Still dead silence. After a while, tapped the horn again. Waited. Nothing. So, I pulled around to the pick up window. One of the employees was there, couldn't wait to tell me they were closing. At this point it's 3 min til close. I said, "I got here 3 minutes ago. Had you taken my order then I'd be driving off with my smoothie at 3 min til close now." She hem hawed some gibberish again, then the second employee popped her head around the corner, saying the same lame blah blah as the first employee. As I drove off, I hadn't made it out of the parking lot, and one of the employees already was in their car with lights on, ready to leave. Employee attitude and action start at the top, so obviously there's a culture at this SK location that promotes laziness, cutting corners and store hours, and not taking care of your patrons who come to your establishment during operating hours. This is my first time in atleast 10 years coming to smoothie king. The idea of spending money on a smoothie when I can get one equally good at home is what keeps me away but I came because a friend told me how good the angel food smoothie was and I passed by this location on my way home so I decided to give it a try. I got the smallest one which is 20 ounces and you can see by the picture it's plenty, actually it was bigger than I needed. It's about 4 dollars and change so not bad for how much they give you. The smoothie consist of strawberries, bananas, non-fat milk and I believe vanilla ice cream. I love strawberries so I was looking forward to this smoothie but unfortunately it missed the mark for me. The reason being is because it was very heavy on the banana flavor. I have a love/ just ok relationship with bananas and unless bananas are in a dessert I need them to stay in their lane and be subtle and it was the dominant flavor in this smoothie. If I were to come back I would probably ask for extra strawberries but honestly I dont see myself returning. read more

This Keller location was very pleasantly staffed but the Smoothies were the worst we've ever had (and we've had hundreds). Heavy on ice, watery, low on fruit. Very disappointed. read more
