All of the employees were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and courteous. I received a FREE Eucalyptus (Organic Soap), and a FREE recyclable bag. Petra was the sweetest cashier person I've seen in a long time. I'm telling ya it must be the areas that I'm visiting lately cause they're all showing me that niceness is still a thing. Natural Grocer has great selection organic produce, good supplement selection, very best organic coffee beans at best price, eggs yet periodically out of stock, tasty meats. People are friendly helpful, prices are high like most grocers offering similar quality products. read more

When they actually stock their shelves, they have good stuff. But it doesn't matter what day of the week we go, we find that they are consistently out of basic foods items like milk, eggs, tortillas, bread. When asked, they always give excuses. They say that they order items, but they just don't come in. Sometimes they even still use the "supply chain issues" excuse. Then they should follow up or maybe find new suppliers. Figure it out and get the shelves stocked. Covid is over. They were actually better stocked during Covid almost 5 years ago. Seems like a management problem that just keeps getting worse and worse. If they don't start stocking shelves soon, we will have to find another place to shop. This has been going on for months. One other thing to note is that you have to be careful to check expiration dates on boxed, bottled, or canned items as they are often expired or will expire in a day or two. I've even picked up ground beef that had expired. read more

Felt right at home when I walked in. I was warmly greeted by everyone as I checked out each of the aisles. This was my first time in any Natural Grocers store and it very much reminded me of a smaller and quieter Whole Foods. You are able to walk up and down each aisle without bumping into anything or anyone. It was a super relaxing shopping experience. The selection is awesome for a super small store, but the prices hurt as to buy all your groceries here would clear out your wallet. I do love that they do not use any bags for groceries and just recyclable boxes. They encourage you to bring your own bags as well. The check out experience was super simple and smooth as well. When one of my coupons would not scan the cashier simply called a coworker and fixed it. She was so pleasant about it all the way through. I would love to come here regularly to shop as the selection is great and the service is so positive. However, my budget could not handle it. I will be back for a few items, but not all my groceries. read more

This grocery store has the friendliest service! If they don't have something, they will order it for you. Their selection of vegan items surpasses all other grocery stores. For you meat eaters, the have a selection for you too. They have hard to find items you can buy in singles instead of having to order them in bulk from Amazon. Bring your own bags but if you forget, they'll give you a box to carry out your stuff. read more

I love this place! Wonderful location. And the store is well organized clean neat and tidy exactly what you would expect from a organic/natural food grocery store! Loved finding this chain while in TX! All organic produce has me in love. The quality is hit or miss, which is really unfortunate. I love they have seasonal and varied produce but, like a lot of farmers market co-ops type places, the quality can sometimes be sketchy. I appreciate their natural meds, supps, etc. Sometimes you can find some good deals there, or if they have sales. I don't buy a lot of other packaged items because the price is just a bit higher than competitors. Something else I appreciate is the associates are always helpful, engaging and sometimes even educational. Haven't gotten a chance to take any of the classes offered, but I also love that aspect. read more

I am a fan of this Natural Grocers. The employees are all welcoming and friendly. The store is sparkling clean. All of the produces are organic ones and they sometimes do have clearance items for super discount prices, so you can try something new to test it out. Any products they carry are well selected for their own policies. I'm glad to have this store in my neighborhood. I was excited when I saw it being built, but am totally underwhelmed by the experience. Produce section was scant, and the items that they did have were overpriced. Itty bitty selection. Keep going down Grapevine Highway. You're better off going to Sprouts, Central Market, or the Tom Thumb, all nearby. I was the only customer in the store and no one bothered to greet me, ask me if I needed anything, etc. At least they donated 5 cents to the TAFB because I brought a tote bag. read more

The two stars are only for the cashier I met the first time shopping here. He was very kind and talkative and made me and my boyfriend feel very welcome in the store. My last experience was the opposite. The woman at the register was passive aggressive and made us feel stupid for not remembering to bring a bag from home. She then went to grab us a box but ended up not grabbing one and just walking back to the register. We then had to grab a box and put all of our items into it ourselves which would have been fine but I know that it's part of their job to put it in the box, at least every other time I've been there. She also made a weird comment about us grabbing a larger box even though all the other boxes were too small to fit all of our things. read more

If you're vegetarian, vegan, healthy, or experimenting this is your store! Natural Grocers sells very few meat products, but plenty of alternatives. Their vitamin section is almost 1/4 of the store and you will find anything you need. If you want meat there is a Sprouts down the street, but I noticed the prices on produce were higher at Sprouts. Natural Grocers' product is 100% organic! I liked that the people working here are knowledgeable. The other day I came to return some Stevia and the cashier informed me of how easy it was to grown your own Stevia plant! As we become more aware of how are foods are being made and what goes in them, stores like this will be popping up more and I'm happy to shop here! read more

She is so willing to attack you verbally for not wanting to buy a 0.50 bag and make you feel horrible. The big beautiful grocery store in Southlake Town Center has everything including pastured butter and other pastured dairy. The little organic/natural grocery store at HWY 121 & Glade Rd has all the supplements you'd every need - AND they have locally ranched pastured beef that I've been buying for the last 19 years. With Sprouts and Whole foods making an appearance in the mid-cities area ... here comes Natural Grocers a I guess smaller chain possibly that I've not heard of before. I came in as my neighborhood gets coupons in the mail for free items. Honestly their selection is somewhat lacking, as I'm used to the before mentioned stores which are larger. I ended up just picking up bananas because we needed some anyway, another customer and I looked for the free almonds in the nut section & couldn't find them so we went to check out and found out they keep the free promo items at the cash register. I'm not sure if every free promo item will be as the last one we got was cheese; but I'm sure the non-perishables will be kept there. Will we go back, sure as long as we get the free promo coupons, I'll pick something else up if we are in need. Otherwise I don't see myself making a special trip here when I know I can get everything I need in one solid trip somewhere else. Best of luck guys and gals! read more

Aw this store is too cute!!! Okay so it is small. This isn't Whole Foods and it has a real neighborhood vibe but like a good neighborhood not a sketchy one. Their selection is varied but small so you never feel overwhelmed by the numerous options. My favorite part was their staff. Again I brought my two little batty children and everyone was just so nice to them. I felt very welcomed here. It's nice to visit these small establishments because you will find products that you don't see normally. They have a book section as well like a nook and it's quite big. I didn't have time to look in there I'll check it out next tome. Okay y'all they have about at least two vitamin isles. Vitamins for any need you may have. They kind of lack in the meat selection but I understand why. Finding responsibly sourced meat that is organic and affordable must be extremely challenging. Overall the prices about the same as anywhere else. This isn't the "Aldi" of grocery stores if that's what you're thinking. I spend about the same when I shops like at Kroger because I try to buy what I can find organic anyway. This is my way of investing in my health. So now I'm just happy to have found another stop for me when I grocery shop. You can sign up online for free and get discounts at the register. I surprised that I saved 2.00 on my organic pasture raised eggs paid 3.00 for them. I don't play around with my eggs. Oh next to the registers you will find freezers I recommend you pick up a frozen pop as a shopping reward. I tried the guava one and I think it the best flavor I have ever had. read more

I've been to lots of Natural Grocers in various states, and this one has to be among the very best I've ever gone to. All the products are restocked as quickly as possible. Everything is kept fresh (especially vegetables, fruits, dairy, eggs, and other refrigerated items) and the store is always perfectly clean and maintained. Last, and maybe best of all, I've never been anywhere where the folks working there are so helpful and kind. If you tell some of them you are struggling with an illness, they are immediately willing to pray with and for you for your strength and recovery.
