I walked in, and barley got five feet in the store as I headed to where my friend was, when the rude African woman behind the counter started screaming " ma'am, excuse me.... We are closed." I just stood there as several African people in the store just stood and stared at me. Being the only white woman in the store, I told her that I was with him ( pointing to my African friend was standing). When she found out that I was with my friend... It was different! I just looked at her and said if I am not welcome because I am white, I don't want to be here! Buyer and the curious beware ..... If your white this African market is NOT FRIENDLY NOR WILL IT WELCOME WHITES!

Everything should be labeled for transparancy and it's not. A small bag of chips almost $7 is crazy. I had no idea they triple charged me for masa preparada bc I did not know how much is normally costs. The meat is super expensive as well. Just go to the big box stores.
