I ended up going to a competitor as there are several within a 1.5 mile radius. I've been there a few times over the last couple years and didn't have this experience, but the experience today turned me off. I don't want anyone there to get in trouble, but customer service training will help prevent the next guest from leaving and going to a competitor.
