TROPICAL SMOOTHIE HITS ALWAYS AFTER A MORNING RUN! My bestie and I came in one Sunday morning and got our usual peanut paradise (one size) and we share. Jenny and Kate made our smoothie, and they were very intentional of giving us our moneys worth. So sweet. 10/10 would recommend! Now feeling refreshened to Go praise the Lord! God bless you and may his face shine upon you Jenny and Kate read more

I got a smoothie bowl with Nutella and WOW--it was so yummy. Creamy, flavorful, and just the right balance of fresh and sweet. I think I've found my new favorite obsession! The fresh fruit is my favorite after the Nutella. I ordered through the app and they had my order on time. I waited two minutes only because I was on time. The location is super convenient, and the service was quick and friendly. Honestly, it's hard to even want to try other places because this spot hits it on the head every single time. Definitely coming back again (and again)! read more

I bought a smoothie from the Grapevine location a few days ago and it was amazing. I really wanted another one, so my husband went to the Ft. Worth location near our house and we absolutely got ripped off. The smoothies from this location must be half ice. They are very watery tasting and have very little detectable fruit fiber. The smoothies we purchased today were not sweet, but a little sour. So if you want a bland slushy, I guess this is the right place for you. If you want a real smoothie bursting with flavor that leaves you feeling healthy and happy- go to the Grapevine location. We will not be patronizing the Ft. Worth location again. I even paid extra for add-in fruit and vitamins. I'm so disappointed. read more

First time coming to this location. I ordered 2 bahama mamas. Unfortunately, they tasted very watered down so informed the employee and she did admit that she may have forgotten to add the white chocolate so she made me new ones free of charge. Sad to say, the next batch didn't taste like a bahama mama. I feel like there was probably too much ice added each time so it tasted watered down or ingredients were simply missing. Very clean location and a lot of parking. There is no drive through at this location and they do not offer happy hour deals. read more

I'm rating this a 5 because of the guy with the curly hair and the red and white shoes. I walked in and I felt him look at only me and smiled. This is great because , it was alot of people there. His greeting followed inviting me in and consciously letting me know he was ready to serve me. I know this sounds weird, but great customer service isn't common like it use to be. I asked about a small and he showed me options that would downgrade my total and my experience...so I went with the larger drink. I ordered a simple drink, and the guy with the red and white shoes, called my name and smiled at me ...like I'd seen him do every man and woman in there when he delivered their food. Everyone was smiling and happy....and probably hungry, and we were satisfied customers....no happy customers. My strawberry Banana thingie was amazing !!! Thank you to the guy in the red and white shoes for a respectful, happy, uncommon, experience!!! read more

Cute Asian guy worked quick to make my food! Great experience, would go back to ogle him.

I usually order a smoothie, but today I ordered a three-cheese quesadilla. The picture shows chunks of chicken with cheese. However, I was provided with just a cheese quesadilla with no chicken. read more

Amazing service! Riley makes the BEST smoothies! My Buffalo chicken wrap was stunning! WE LOVE RILEY! hehe

Cute Asian guy with glasses had great service, kind, polite, respectful, and I'd love to see him again during my next experience. Five stars

During COVID, they have signs for social distancing and I believe for wearing masks. The employees wear masks as well. The employees are friendly and I love that they have new flavors or smoothies to try. The quality for the quantity you get for smoothies is impressive. I tried their limited edition watermelon mojito smoothie it's juicy and flavorful. This smoothie paired well with the chicken pesto sandwich which was full of flavor. Their Jamaican jerk sandwich is delicious as well. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I will definitely be back. read more

Love the flat bread sandwiches and the smoothies are amazing!!! . Been here a couple times now and everything has been great with a good price. Highly suggest to anyone that wants a wrap/flatbread and smoothie for a meal. read more

It was my first time visiting any Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and the experience was a tad bit less than pleasant. Though the Chia Banana Boost (Strawberry) tasted great, the customer service wasn't what I was expecting. We were the only ones inside at that moment, but we felt unwanted. In the future, I will try other Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations but probably not this one. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I really wasn't expecting much and I was super happy with the results. I ordered a sunrise sunset smoothie and a chicken caesar wrap and both were truly excellent. The menu is on the back wall and I do wish that it had the ingredients laid out, or something that I could hold that told me the ingredients so I could pull things out that I didn't want, but they are willing to take the time to let you know what's in everything. I also had a side of kale apple salad thingy - it was awesome. I'm not sure why I got it, but I'm glad I did. Prices are great too! If you get a wrap / sandwich & a smoothie the smoothie price drops to $3.00. I will 100% be returning here as its easily the healthiest place in the area. Check them out! read more

Came in here to try a "healthy" smoothie. I had the girl write down what was in it, as we track our macros and needed to be sure we entered properly. The smoothie was over 150 carbs, due to the fact that they add sugar to the already sweet smoothie. I ordered the chia banana, and added peanut butter. She forgot to add chia. Unfortunately, with the added sugar, it's not really the healthy meal replacement I was looking for....I'll keep looking! If you want a sugary treat, don't hesitate to pop in! read more

Horrific experience and I'm still shaking, I was JUST treated like a piece of dog crap by an older gentleman who was foreign ( Khodor) and I can only assume he was racist because NOBODY else there was treated like me, He was extremely rude right when my order was taken and to be honest I'm afraid he spit in it so I tossed it. When my order came he had zero eye contact and looked out as he sat my order on the table, No Thank You, No have a good day , Nothing! Then he walk away, I'm Praying he ( Khodor) isn't the manager because that's not a good example to set especially while dealing with the public. read more

I've been coming here daily for the tropical smoothie, as it's my fav. I always leave a tip. Very disappointed from my last visit l as I asked for an extra bowl for the chai oatmeal pudding to split with my kids and he said no because he couldn't charge for inventory. Which is understandable but I don't think two bowls would really affect inventory that much. Considering the water cups also are free of charge and must be accounted for with inventory. But fair enough, Business is business I guess. read more

This is my go-to smoothie place, not just because it's 2 minutes down the street from my home... F O O D / S M O O T H I E S I have to be honest, I've only really ever ordered their Avocolada. Mainly because I really don't need to order any of the other ones, it is my absolute favorite go-to drink. I've even tried making it at home... and I would much rather order it here. The food, for me, is a hit or miss. I'm not a huge chicken fan, and most of their lunch meals include chicken. My boyfriend has had it, and loves it. Their breakfast foods though... I'm in love with. Absolutely amazing. A M B I E N C E Great little place to come in and sit down for a smoothie or for lunch. I'm pretty sure they have free wifi, so if the local Starbucks is packed... this would be a great place to come to for studying and having a healthier drink. P A R K I N G Plentiful. 'Nuff Said. Best tropical smoothie I've had in the FW area. The staff were nice and attentive as well.

I'm going to say "a-okay" 3 stars. There was three of us and so we tried three things. Two out of three were so so, but the winner was the Cuban sandwich (my item). So two out of three in my book doesn't really cut it. I'm not really into smoothies either, so no points, plus or minus, for that from me. So my Cuban was OK, and I don't even remember what the other two food items were. I guess that says it all. Not bad, just did not impress me all that much. I still might give it another try, but the first impression was not all that great. Bottom line: It is a bright clean interior. read more

This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. At first, I thought it was really cute. They had a lot to offer with their wraps and healthier choice smoothies on the menu. However, if you want a 'water downed fruit infused agua fresca no flavor deserted island' type of smoothie this is for you. This was absolutely horrible. I could of done so much better at home. All they do is add fruit and water and over charge you for what it is. Future customers, enjoy the water. You're definitely on tropical time now! read more

I woke up craving healthiness so we decided to try out this place. We ordered an Island Green, Jetty Punch and and a vitamin C smoothie for kids. We also had the Cuban sandwich, a chicken bacon club and kids cheese quesadillas. I have the worlds pickiest eater for a daughter and she loved everything! The Cuban sandwich was so good, the meat was tender and flavorful. The chicken bacon club was fulfilling and the smoothies were the perfect blend with our meal. I love that you are able to choose between chips, fruit or kale apple sauce. The staff was extremely nice and patient, answering all of our questions regarding popular and favorite smoothies. We will definitely be back again, it was a really awesome experience. read more

Went here for lunch with some coworkers, I ended up having the fiesta chicken quesadilla and a smoothie with kale, spinach, mango and banana (one of the favorites of most), but forgot the name of it ... something ...-green. The smoothie was an add-on for $3.50, and it was massive. The quesadilla came out quick and was delicious, so did the smoothie. The size of the smoothie was, for me personally, a bit overkill. The quesadilla was excellent, service was fast and friendly and the place was clean. Would definitely go back again. Quick, clean eating for around $10. read more

Staff was notified about a severe peanut allergy when ordering and they acknowledged it. While driving away I took a sip and noted there was a peanut taste. I immediately spat it out but it was enough to trigger my allergy and the use of medication, albeit not anaphylactic. Upon returning to the store, they admitted they used a blender that had been used to make a peanut butter smoothie and had not washed it. Their negligence could have resulted in a hospital trip. read more

I just came back and the smoothie was the same, it didn't have the same flavor, and was icy like a slush, when I realized this I went back in and asked for a new smoothie...they made me a new one right away and it was a million times better. On my most recent visit, smoothies were good, the new bbq enchilada was excellent, however none of the employees wore mask (didn't even have one on them), they did not practice social distancing whether during food prep or idling in the back, and only a few employees wore gloves prepping orders. Love their chia banana smoothie!! I always call on my way home from school and they're so friendly and prompt. I love this place!

I LOVE this place. My husband and I were hanging out at home when I decided I wanted a smoothie. I'm really weary about random smoothie chains such as Smoothie King. My fear stems from being food poisoned by Jamba Juice once upon a time. Anywho - we've driven by this spot a few times before but I never wanted to stop by. I searched on my phone for smoothies and was pleasantly surprised to see how high the reviews were. I told my husband and he picked me up a Peaches n Silk smoothie and a buffalo chicken wrap. My first indicator that it was delicious, my husband texted me saying it was. My second indicator that it was delicious, was when he handed me the cup and a good amount of my smoothie was gone. The buffalo chicken wrap was also delicious, a little too heavy on ranch, which I don't like, but besides that it was mouth-watering. We split the buffalo chicken wrap because we just wanted a small snack, and immediately I wish we had ordered another. Overall, I've been here a few times now myself and have loved each time. The owners are super friendly and sweet as well. Definitely check this spot out! read more

Great menu with many healthy options. The smoothies are excellent, you really can't go wrong with any selection made. Sunrise Sunset and Blueberry Bliss are both amazing. I enjoyed the turkey apple sandwich. Great flavor, bread was super fresh and the balance between the apple crunch and moist turkey was awesome. My wife enjoyed turkey bacon ranch on ciabatta bread and couldn't stop praising it. There's a small kids menu to select from a few basic sandwiches. For a small up charge you can also order a kids smoothie, which is nice. The shop is brand new. It's a little small- not a ton of seating inside (and nothing outside if I recall) but you can always take your food to go. There are no fountain drinks- only bottled sodas and water. But seriously, get a smoothie. read more

My fiancé went on a business trip to Florida and raved about Tropical Smoothie, so I was shocked that we had locations in North Texas and I hadn't heard of them. What I don't understand is how on earth Fort Worth has 2 locations and Dallas only has 1 and there are no locations in between. Ugh...but luckily for me this one is somewhat close to my work so I have been a few times. The food and smoothies are wonderful, but I wouldn't go so far as to call this place healthy. If you're getting an Island Green Detox or Totally Green smoothie I would consider that healthy. Make sure you look at the rest of the menu and nutrition info closely because the choices are as healthy as you make them. If you're not careful you can get a 1000 calorie "healthy" meal here. But it will be tasty! The restaurant is bright and clean. You can order online for pick up. You get a huge smoothie for about $5 and it tastes much better than Smoothie King's powdered tasting drinks. My favorites are the Island Green if I'm keeping it light or the Avocalada, Bahama Mama, Peaches N Silk if I'm throwing my day out the window. 5 stars for yummy food, 4 stars for being in Fort Worth and not in Arlington...or Euless....or Irving...or Grapevine...I hope someone who wants to open a franchise gets my hints. You know they're building that new shopping center in Euless...it would be so nice to get a smoothie after the gym and give Smoothie King a run for their money...just a suggestion from a frequent customer. read more
