Ok I had to give a 5 star to the two amazing gentleman at Jersey Mike's Subs. Why you may ask we had worked some long hours today and needed some food but the time was 8:50pm the store closes at 9pm. We were greeted with a smile and hello the two gentleman Jarden and his co worker were ready to make our subs with all the fixings. Overall excellent customer service and they made some top notch subs. read more

The food is YUM! The service is AWESOME! The ambiance is CHILL! I took one star off, only because the prices are pretty expensive, and I wish they would have a bit thicker cuts on their meats and cheeses. I am regular, because their subs are always good! read more

I've always had a great experience here at Jersey Mikes Alliance. The staff is friendly efficient and food is great. I totally recommend.

Love this location! The staff is always friendly, and the food is always fresh! Never had any problems with the food, and I LOVE the Italian as a salad. The reason I'm writing this review, though, isn't because of the great subs and salads. It's how I'm treated as the last customer of the night. I try hard to never show up somewhere minutes before closing... Especially not a place that serves food. Because of the amount of serious cleaning this place must have to do just to keep the food safe, I'm sure it takes a lot of time. Nobody ever wants to be the reason someone stays late or has to re-clean! Instead of attitude or frustration, the staff here always tells me "no problem" and nobody gets ugly over the fact it's closing time. They gladly make our food- nothing is ever "out of stock", even when it's literally 5 minutes to closing. I love that about them. We've been other places where you can tell you've upset them by showing up close to closing time. This Jersey Mike's will forever be our 'go-to' location, this staff deserves a giant THANK YOU! read more

Not one to get a tuna sandwich at a sub shop, enjoy the fresh made tuna here, layering on point, never soggy and heavy on flavor. Nice job

Love our Jersey Mikes location. The food is always amazing! We will be customers for life.

Gabriel, Scarlett and Dontay are world class sandwich makers- the sandwiches they make are works of art.

I would give no stars if I could. We placed an online order for 2 sandwiches, when we got to the store it took over 30min to even give us our food. None of the workers knew how to work together and they couldn't even do the bare minimum of their job, Couldn't even call out names for orders. It should not take a full hour to get a sandwich. read more

Yesterday evening my family and I went over to jersey mikes in hopes of a delicious dinner, but instead we were hit with the worst food poisoning we've ever had! My friends would always tell me that they never came to this location because they've had their own share of bad experiences as well, but I had never wanted to believe it because i've always been loyal to this location and had grown to love it along with the employees here, but after this experience i don't think i'll ever crave jersey mikes in my life. Now im not sure what it was that made us sick, we did notice that the ham/turkey on our sandwiches was looking a bit gray, but nothing too crazy to make me return the whole sandwich. Both of our sandwiches only had the bacon in common, and I believe it's what caused us all to spend the whole night in the bathroom. I've never had something like this happen, and I never expected it to be from my favorite restaurant either, I just hope nobody else has to experience this the way we did. read more

worst experience ever!!! I waited 30 minutes for one sandwich. totally unacceptable! The manager was just standing around and 5 other employees with no sense of urgency. Don't waste your time going there. I will not be going back! read more

They take really long in making an order took their sweet time in everything they did and also looked annoyed that you are there

It makes me sad to give 3/5 stars, because we really love Jersey Mikes subs, but not when the bread can't really be called bread anymore because it's so soggy that it just dissolves into mush. Yeah, gross, I know!!! We placed an order on Thursday for pick up. We arrived, BEFORE, the order was even made. My husband waited for the gal to make the order, who was SOOO slow. She made the pick up order, then set the bag behind her. People came and went, he said, did you have that order ready for pick up? Oh, oh yeah, so off we go. Literally, doesn't even take 5 minutes to get home. So it's not like it the subs sat Mike's way, which is the only way, for a long time, literally minutes folks, and yep, unwrapped, plated and .... you guessed it, mushy bread!!! it was not even edible at that point. So, unfortunately, won't be back. read more

Our go to sandwich shop locally. We have never had a bad sandwich or service. The best cheesesteaks we have had here in TX, both beef and my favorite the chicken. Live the hot pepper spread. read more

I had an excellent experience at Jersey Mike's subs. The staff was extremely friendly and the food came out hot and delicious. I got the buffalo chicken cheesesteak which was awesome. I was thrilled to see that they cut their own meat so I will definitely be in again to check out some of the cold sandwiches. Definitely check them out. read more

Can't believe I haven't done a review on Jersey Mikes as many times as I've been here. Every time we walk in they greet us pleasantly and very friendly. It's very clean and some of the best sandwiches around. Today we had the chipotle cheese steak and my bride had the club supreme. My cheese steak was excellent! Fresh Ingredients and they cook it on the grille right in front of you. They got slammed as we were waiting in line and had at least ten people backed up. They handled it so well and were very friendly and worked quickly. This is why it's one of my favorite sandwich places locally. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Chipotle cheesesteak! Amazing!!! - Delis Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

We've been coming to this Jersey Mike's for a while now and the sandwiches are always great. Today I ordered online like I usually do, when I went in we found out I had ordered at a different location. Not sure how it happened but it did. I was waiting for the manager to tell me to drive to the other location pick up my food, or for me to call them cancel my order and re-order with them- pay twice wait for a refund. But instead, The manager William, called the other location himself, ask them to refund me, made my order as I was standing there. It sounds simple but the customer service went above and beyond and I really appreciate that! Thanks for making a situation that could've been frustrating into a situation that was easy Peezy lemon squeezy! read more

So I've been eating at this location for a week straight and I must say their subs makes me speechless. I consider myself a sub connoisseur too. Jersey Mike's definitely blows their competitors away and I've tried all of them. I order the #6 the roast beef and provolone and I must say their roast beef has a slight pink to it and the best tasting roast beef from a sandwich shop I have ever tasted. You should always get it mike's way because it has the perfect blend of seasoning. Another reason why I come back to Jersey Mike is the root beer. They have their own special brand of root beer that blows me away. It has the perfect blend of creamy and vanilla. read more

Jersey Mikes is one of our favorites but after visiting this location for this first time, I will never go here again. The man taking my order was extremely rude. My son is allergic to dairy which I told him while ordering. He did not acknowledge my order or the dairy allergy and proceeded to start making our sandwiches. I did notice him wiping down the slicer in between sandwiches but with a 3 year old bouncing around I wasn't paying a lot of attention. There was a small kid sandwich with cheese on it next to our sandwiches and I simply asked him if that was our sandwich. He turned to one of his co-workers and started making rude comments about me and making fun that I asked him if that was my kids sandwich. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone with any kind of food allergy or any simple questions about the menu to visit this location!! read more

Holy **** this was the best sub sandwich of any fast food place I've ever been to! Makes Subway look like an overpriced McDonalds, blows away Jimmy John's, Which Wich, Firehouse and Slotzky's put together! I had the Mike's Philly and it was sublime. Not even a full service restaurant like 54th could make a better cheesesteak sub on their best day. read more

The chick with the purple hair sucks, I hope she's not the manager, she was interrupting customers including myself and slamming food down and overall had a very negative attitude, and when I asked her if she could make my sandwich with less lettuce because it will be really messy to eat it while I drive she gave me a snarky "sure" Definitely never going back to this location again. read more

I walked into Jersey Mike's in Fort. Worth with with a card for a free Jersey Mike's bowl. The lady behind the counter was happy To take my order until she realized that I had a card for a free item. It made me feel a little guilty so I turned around and grabbed a can of root beer three dollars by the way, And I told the lady I'll buy this can of root beer. She replied i'm glad At least you are. buying something. I thought it was very rude. I was embarrassed standing there. I will never return to Jersey. Mike's in Fort Worth. read more

I just picked up a Big Kahuna, light Jalapeños, extra mushrooms and the lovely dude that made my sandwich.... Killed it! The best sub I've ever picked up from this location. The bread was toasty and everything!! read more

I am a major Jersey mikes fanatic. I eat at one of their locations at least once a week. It's my first time at this location and the staff was very friendly. However, the kid who made my sandwich had "I hate my job" written all over his face. From counter to table, this is how I found my sandwich. Sad and sloppy. Tasted great as usual, but made my lunch a lot messier than it had to be. Very disappointing and probably won't go back to this location. Just seemed like he had 0 cares for my sandwich or his customers in general. read more

Walked in was greeted with a hello. But when ready to order was given a "well what do you want?." As I was checking out I asked about my free birthday sandwich, on my birthday... lady told me no. I didn't have the points in the app for that. I said well in the years past I got an email the night before my birthday and this year I didn't. I think it's crappy to make someone pay for their BIRTHDAY sandwich. I had my app open showing yes today is my birthday. The customer service was not it. read more

Our families favorite sandwich shop! Always fresh and delicious no matter what you order. The staff is usually great too!

Mixed reviews for this location. First of all, we came last year and they were temp shut down for remodeling and so they gave me a free sub to come back after remodel. Had no idea that it expired shortly after but I drove 20 min over there to use it - to be told that they wouldn't accept it in a condescending flat tone. I was ordering other food as well so it wouldn't have hurt them to go ahead and honor it. 2nd of all, it is so aggravating as an in person customer to have phone orders answered and prepared while you are standing there and are waiting to order. Food was good like it usually is but will not be back to this location when I have customer friendlier options. read more

Went in to pickup an order today which I've never done before and the young girl behind the counter was so rude and disrespectful! I had to wear a mask and she yelled that couldn't understand me which is very hard to even speak in a mask. We love this location but she needs to be kinder to customers! read more

I sure wish the owner of this location would hire good help!!! Not sure why we gave this locatiin a second chance, but we WON'T be going back! If the workers take little care and concern in making the sandwiches, makes me wonder how much care and concern they are giving to all other areas! Ordered online and all 4 sandwiches were not as ordered! I will post a picture of my tuna sandwich that had the THINNEST layer of tuna! All sandwiches were missing toppings that were ordered! Warm subs were cold! And the service was horrible! As we waited for our order, the employees were goofing off while there were several customers waiting to be helped. read more

Since this Covid-19 ordeal has been in effect, I have not eaten out much. On this particular day, I had a challenging day at work (nurse) & decided to drop in for a quick sandwich. The employees were all so kind & helpful, I couldn't help but smile. On top of all this, the young man made my sandwich perfectly, just the way I had asked. It was so fresh & good! So good in fact that I had to return the next day for another one!!! Two days in a row this young man & the staff were consistent! My sandwich was great & their customer service was again... AWESOME! Thanks for making me smile, and for working & taking care of us during these times! read more

Awesome fresh cut meat for your sandwich! Love this place! This location has a wonderful, friendly staff! This is a sub place is better than subway and it's pre-processed meat! read more

I used to love this location but today was awful. The manager rushed to cut bread so he could sit with his girlfriend. The workers were awful. They were slow and just didn't care. The girl stopped labeling my sandwiches because she couldn't spell or something. The other girl was so cold and unfriendly I literally can't eat. Never coming back . 9/23/19 Okay, I'm done. I can't do this. This blonde girl is so rude! She rings up my order wrong. She is constantly touching her face and hair while touching the food. She doesn't give a damn about anyone and oh Lord forbid she doesn't touch her mouth again! The man cutting meat hasn't cleaned the meat slicer in days. It was gross, and he kept dropping while slices of meat and putting it on my sandwich. Clean the grinder! How hard is that?! The only nice people working were the woman with the auburn hair (very clean) and the man cleaning the chairs. Maybe he should be making sandwiches instead of this dude with a cold who refuses to change his gloves. I am so mad right now. That was horrible! read more
