Ok I had to give a 5 star to the two amazing gentleman at Jersey Mike's Subs. Why you may ask we had worked some long hours today and needed some food but the time was 8:50pm the store closes at 9pm. We were greeted with a smile and hello the two gentleman Jarden and his co worker were ready to make our subs with all the fixings. Love this location! The staff is always friendly, and the food is always fresh! Never had any problems with the food, and I LOVE the Italian as a salad. The reason I'm writing this review, though, isn't because of the great subs and salads. It's how I'm treated as the last customer of the night. I try hard to never show up somewhere minutes before closing... Especially not a place that serves food. Because of the amount of serious cleaning this place must have to do just to keep the food safe, I'm sure it takes a lot of time. Nobody ever wants to be the reason someone stays late or has to re-clean! Instead of attitude or frustration, the staff here always tells me "no problem" and nobody gets ugly over the fact it's closing time. They gladly make our food- nothing is ever "out of stock", even when it's literally 5 minutes to closing. I love that about them. We've been other places where you can tell you've upset them by showing up close to closing time. This Jersey Mike's will forever be our 'go-to' location, this staff deserves a giant THANK YOU! read more

I would give no stars if I could. We placed an online order for 2 sandwiches, when we got to the store it took over 30min to even give us our food. None of the workers knew how to work together and they couldn't even do the bare minimum of their job, Couldn't even call out names for orders. Yesterday evening my family and I went over to jersey mikes in hopes of a delicious dinner, but instead we were hit with the worst food poisoning we've ever had! My friends would always tell me that they never came to this location because they've had their own share of bad experiences as well, but I had never wanted to believe it because i've always been loyal to this location and had grown to love it along with the employees here, but after this experience i don't think i'll ever crave jersey mikes in my life. Now im not sure what it was that made us sick, we did notice that the ham/turkey on our sandwiches was looking a bit gray, but nothing too crazy to make me return the whole sandwich. Both of our sandwiches only had the bacon in common, and I believe it's what caused us all to spend the whole night in the bathroom. I've never had something like this happen, and I never expected it to be from my favorite restaurant either, I just hope nobody else has to experience this the way we did. read more

It makes me sad to give 3/5 stars, because we really love Jersey Mikes subs, but not when the bread can't really be called bread anymore because it's so soggy that it just dissolves into mush. Yeah, gross, I know!!! We placed an order on Thursday for pick up. We arrived, BEFORE, the order was even made. My husband waited for the gal to make the order, who was SOOO slow. She made the pick up order, then set the bag behind her. People came and went, he said, did you have that order ready for pick up? Oh, oh yeah, so off we go. Literally, doesn't even take 5 minutes to get home. So it's not like it the subs sat Mike's way, which is the only way, for a long time, literally minutes folks, and yep, unwrapped, plated and .... you guessed it, mushy bread!!! it was not even edible at that point. Can't believe I haven't done a review on Jersey Mikes as many times as I've been here. Every time we walk in they greet us pleasantly and very friendly. It's very clean and some of the best sandwiches around. Today we had the chipotle cheese steak and my bride had the club supreme. My cheese steak was excellent! Fresh Ingredients and they cook it on the grille right in front of you. They got slammed as we were waiting in line and had at least ten people backed up. Today I ordered online like I usually do, when I went in we found out I had ordered at a different location. Not sure how it happened but it did. I was waiting for the manager to tell me to drive to the other location pick up my food, or for me to call them cancel my order and re-order with them- pay twice wait for a refund. But instead, The manager William, called the other location himself, ask them to refund me, made my order as I was standing there. It sounds simple but the customer service went above and beyond and I really appreciate that! So I've been eating at this location for a week straight and I must say their subs makes me speechless. I consider myself a sub connoisseur too. Jersey Mike's definitely blows their competitors away and I've tried all of them. I order the #6 the roast beef and provolone and I must say their roast beef has a slight pink to it and the best tasting roast beef from a sandwich shop I have ever tasted. You should always get it mike's way because it has the perfect blend of seasoning. Another reason why I come back to Jersey Mike is the root beer. Jersey Mikes is one of our favorites but after visiting this location for this first time, I will never go here again. The man taking my order was extremely rude. My son is allergic to dairy which I told him while ordering. He did not acknowledge my order or the dairy allergy and proceeded to start making our sandwiches. I did notice him wiping down the slicer in between sandwiches but with a 3 year old bouncing around I wasn't paying a lot of attention. There was a small kid sandwich with cheese on it next to our sandwiches and I simply asked him if that was our sandwich. He turned to one of his co-workers and started making rude comments about me and making fun that I asked him if that was my kids sandwich. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am a major Jersey mikes fanatic. I eat at one of their locations at least once a week. It's my first time at this location and the staff was very friendly. However, the kid who made my sandwich had "I hate my job" written all over his face. From counter to table, this is how I found my sandwich. Sad and sloppy. Mixed reviews for this location. First of all, we came last year and they were temp shut down for remodeling and so they gave me a free sub to come back after remodel. Had no idea that it expired shortly after but I drove 20 min over there to use it - to be told that they wouldn't accept it in a condescending flat tone. I was ordering other food as well so it wouldn't have hurt them to go ahead and honor it. 2nd of all, it is so aggravating as an in person customer to have phone orders answered and prepared while you are standing there and are waiting to order. Since this Covid-19 ordeal has been in effect, I have not eaten out much. On this particular day, I had a challenging day at work (nurse) & decided to drop in for a quick sandwich. I used to love this location but today was awful. The manager rushed to cut bread so he could sit with his girlfriend. The workers were awful. They were slow and just didn't care. The girl stopped labeling my sandwiches because she couldn't spell or something. The other girl was so cold and unfriendly I literally can't eat. Never coming back . 9/23/19 Okay, I'm done. I can't do this. This blonde girl is so rude! She rings up my order wrong. She is constantly touching her face and hair while touching the food.
