Our daughter tried the daily special, the Virginia Honey Ham and said she really liked it. My go-to is always the Hook-n-Ladder, which is as sandwichy as a warm, flavorful sandwich should be. We stop in this location about once a week for lunch. There is a location closer to our home, but it's never quite as fresh tasting as this location. I always get the turkey and ranch sub and my husband has tried just about everything they offer. The staff is always friendly even when they're busy. Mistakes happen, but when we called to have it rectified they wanted us to drive all the way back there to either get the sandwich or get a refund. Other items in the order were incorrect as well. Place is super clean and the servers greets us once we walk in. They have a lot of choices, kind of like subway but you tell them what you want and they bring it out to you. Sandwiches are good! I got the club in the sub and my partner got the BBQ one. Both were excellent. They provide like 10 different kinds of hot sauces ranging from a level of 1-10. The sandwiches are flavorful and they steam their meats which makes it oh so moist and tender. You can buy a combo with chips and a drink or just the sandwich. One of the employees loudly belched while preparing sandwiches in front of customers. To top this unprofessional and disgusting act off, he made a joke about it loud enough for my girlfriend and I to hear it. After we canceled my girlfriend's sandwich (she immediately lost her appetite) and we spoke up and said "hey that's disgusting", he replied with "I don't care what you think about me." The manager stood and watched, but didn't reprimand him. I regret not canceling my sandwich too until I gave my sandwich away to a panhandler. My first introduction to this franchise was about 6 years ago in Cary, NC. I almost always order an "Italian" no matter which sub joint I visit. I have a good memory of that sandwich, so when a Firehouse Subs opened in Alliance Gateway, I rushed to try it. I took the sandwich to-go and ate at home. The bread (white roll, un-toasted), was on the dry side. I asked for oil and vinegar, but they must have missed it. I had some Good Seasons Italian made up in the fridge, so I was able to salvage things. I will try again in the near-future to see if the dry roll was just bad luck. read more

I am extremely unhappy with this firehouse subs. I placed an order through Uber eats. Firehouse did not for fill my entire order. When the Uber driver got to my house he said the restaurant didn't give him the complete order even though it showed on the receipt all the items other so, the driver was going back up there to the restaurant. I contacted firehouse and they said the driver refuse to redeliver.
