Newish little strip shopping area I've passed a few times passing through Bedford. Crispy clean shop. Not your chain bakery.. mom and pop. These are fancy, fun pastries. Happened upon this cute donut shop on a late Sunday morning. We were out for a drive on our way to grab coffee and the name caught our attention. We had to give it a try. The shop is located in a small strip mall with limited parking. The shop itself is quaint but clean. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and delivered excellent customer service. They had all of the donut shop staples, glazed and chocolate covered donuts and donut holes. Also beef and pork sausage rolls. The items that caught my eye were the croissant donuts and the sausage bacon croissant rolls. We made sure to grab a few of those. The donuts were good. The croissant donuts were light, flakey and not too sweet. The fruit and powdered sugar was also cream filled. The sausage bacon croissant was also delicious. Will definitely be back when we're in the area. read more

Amazing donuts and the lady was one of the sweetest people ever! Definitely my new donut shop!

Went in again today to give them another chance. Spinach puff slid in quality (around 6 am); was totally limp and soggy. You could tell before it got nuked, so that was on me. I didn't want their sausage because I've had bad experiences in the past with them. Also, unsure why there is a tip option on the card reader. Gave them 20% and they don't even throw in a donut hole or anything (spent about $20 before tip). Employee was perfunctory. Didn't attempt to engage me or the customer ahead. read more

If you want a unique donut in the Bedford area I'd definitely check "Cha Cha Donuts" for this creation everything about it was just right not sweet or to little not gonna lie the price threw me off this was 3.25 for just one but aye it definitely taste better then a regular glazed donut read more

Nice staff, great service very tasty glazed donuts I had apple fritter which was good but had hardly any apple. That's my beef with all of them. Unless I make them there's never enough apples for me. read more

Their blueberry cake donut and apple fritters were great. Regular donuts were average. When I went in, the credit card machine was having issues so make sure you have cash on hand. I was grateful they closed at one opposed to the typically noon closing time for donuts stores! read more

Welcome to the neighborhood Cha Cha Donuts! My Mom @patricehunter brought your delicacies home the other day and I really appreciate when a new restaurant gets it Right at 1st 'bite' It was my first time sampling a Cronut and it was Fantastic! I even made mention to it to a long time friend out of state. It had just the right amount of crisp on the edges and the right amount of icing as well as a fluffy interior. I also had the pleasure to enjoy their cinnamon roll. It was very tasty the next day after purchasing. It was a soft finger licking good treat with my coffee. I want to thank you for treating my Mom with great Care and Respect. She was so excited to bring your product home and had a smile on her face when speaking of your establishment. My brother put me on this place and let me tell you it is awesome, great customer service and a good selection to choose from. I especially liked the croissant sausage rolls with a piece of bacon cooked into them too! Also LOVED the maple bacon donut that I had as well. Give em a shot, it's pretty new and they keep it very clean, definitely will return in the future and recommend to friends in the area. read more
