Super cute donut shop! I woke up super early starving for donuts, so I went to work searching for a donut shop! I found this place within 2 minutes of my hotel and decided to try them. They have a large selection with some specialty donuts. The interior is super cute and because of the time, it wasn't super busy yet. The prices are average for donut shop and the donuts themselves are super fresh! I let the cashier pick out my pre-mixed dozen, and I wasn't disappointed! I don't know all that she picked out but the donut with the crumbles was delicious! The blueberry donut is so refreshing! The only donut I didn't like was the chocolate covered old fashioned; bit too crunchy for me. The glazed donuts are so light and fluffy they melt in your mouth. In addition to the donuts I ordered three sausage burritos. They're fat little things that fit the palm of my hand. I have to say these were probably my least favorite thing just because the burrito was so dry inside. Even with salsa, which I believe is a medium salsa, it was just really dry. Personally I won't order the burrito again, but I'd totally order the donuts again. If you're visiting from out of town like I was, definitely stop by and try the donuts! My daughter asked for birthday donuts for birthday. I called and ordered them from Sara donut. Even with spelling her name for them 3 times, including breaking down phonetically (example: B as in baby), they spelled it wrong. On top of that they looked like they were decorated by a kindergartener. I was told to give them 10 minutes and they would fix it by putting 2 regular donuts together to make the b. I didn't have an extra 10 minutes as I had to get back and get my daughter up and ready for school and that would have looked even more horrible. I've sampled the "cake" type donuts from here and the flavors are also quite good, however I am a fan of the traditional donuts. My go-to faves are the cinnamon twists and apple fritters. I have tried some chocolate-frosted ones and honestly was not crazy about the taste of the chocolate frosting, but there are many other options to choose from. This place has some of the best donuts I've ever had! They are soft and chewy and delicious! It's clean and has nice seating. You do have to wear a mask but the friendly staff and delicious donuts make it worth it! Also, if you get a filled donut they fill it when you order it so you can ask for a little or a lot. Highly disappointed. After a rough night, we all decided to take a family drive to get donuts. I understand it's Covid and businesses are trying to do their best. We got there about 20-30 minutes after they opened expecting a good variety and fresh flavorful donuts/ croissants. Usually you are asked if you wanted things heated in the afternoon, because they've been sitting out. My husband was not asked and the croissants were thrown into the microwave a sure sign they are leftovers and not fresh. He said they were not friendly to him this morning, (customer service is everything) and when he asked for certain donuts they simply gave the wrong ones. I waited until after eating to give a review... the one donut my daughter had was okay, the rest was terrible and crumbled apart like it had dried out.
