Not from Grapevine just here on a quick trip and googled a bakery and Maria's had great reviews, so we decided to stop in around 2pm. They didn't have what I was looking for so I went with some other pastries, they were fresh, soft and delicious! My family was very happy. The staff is also friendly! Highly recommend

Definitely visit! The bread is sooo delicious and the drinks too! We got two horchata shakes and a mango shake and wow. The horchata is a crazy good!

Run, don't walk, to Maria's Bakery, in Grapevine, Texas, off of William D Tate. My family and I are concha aficionados. Most pastries, and donuts have an aftertaste. It's usually oily, and you taste it, 5 seconds after you swallow your bite. These pastries have no aftertaste. They also have excellent bread and cookies. We have been to all of the panaderías in DFW. Maria's is the best. I will be getting all my cakes there, in the future. The proof is in the flavor. These are homemade, from scratch. Thank you.

Finally! We are thrilled this has opened in our area. We found out that the owner makes their own pan dulce. We came for the first time today, was slow.Which was good for us because no need to wait in line. Limited selection when we came, 0730. That was due to the people that almost bought out the bread at 0600. The pan dulce was soft and yummy, a taste of home. Will be visiting again soon.

There were plenty of yummy treats to choose from. The prices are affordable and they had a sample pie available. I ordered a slice of the apple crumble pie and a peanut butter cookie. The apple crumble pie was tangy and delicious. The peanut butter cookie was dense and flavorful. I look forward to returning when I'm in the area. They also have the option to write a note of encouragement or inspiration to someone suffering from mental illness. I thought that was a sweet gesture and liked participating in that. Judy Pie will also be around for 10 years soon which is cool.

I normally don't like chocolate, but this pie was really amazing. Luckily when we went, it was about 30 mins before closing so we didn't need to wait... the store still had majority of pies for sale. The lady working behind the counter, who i assume is Judy, was really friendly. One interesting thing to note is that this place is ranked top 10 of all pie shops in america.... by USA Today. Judypie menu also includes gluten-free, keto, and vegan offerings.

In…read morejust a few years, Cookie Society has grown the OG Frisco location (opened during COVID) to multiple stores in DFW. Luckily for the folks in Southlake, you now have your own place to go. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - The location in Southlake is the smallest location that I've been to. While there's no merch, there is still the intoxicating smell of freshly baked cookies along with several cookies behind the glass case. It's simple, but that's ok with me. 1 Star. Service - The staff is super nice. I came (back) for Yelp Week (thanks again, Kendall) because it was an excuse for me to get more cookies. The staff offered to share their story, but I politely asked for the flavors of the month. They even packaged up the cookies in the beautiful Tiffany Blue boxes for me. 1 Star. Food - Full Disclosure, Cookie Society cookies are my favorite in all of DFW, so this review may be biased. Each cookie is perfectly baked where they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. If you choose one a flavor is something inside, it's soft and gooey. Cookie Society will rotate flavors each month, but they keep several staples on hand all the time (chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, etc.). It's a great excuse to return. Horchata Snickerdoodle was one of the rotating flavors as of this writing. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I drove all the way to Frisco when Cookie Society opened. When the Addison location opened, I jumped for join b/c it was close to home. Now there's a Southlake location for my family. Can't wait go come back. 1 Star.

What a cool place! I…read morewas at Stacey's Furniture in Grapevine and noticed Pinch of Salt Pastries & Coffee at the corner of the same building. Not being one to miss out on a good Pastries and Coffee place I wandered in to check them out. What a great atmosphere! The place is chic and probably the best looking bakery type place I have been to. I was impressed that I was acknowledged right away even though they were helping someone else. They said to make myself at home and they would be right with me. It gave me time to notice as I looked around that many of their items are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and organic, or at the very least, some combination of those things! I honestly thought to myself "how good can it be?". Well, I was surprised! I ordered the Snickerdoodle Cookie and it was amazingly fantastic! I will be back to try more of their goodies, for example there there is a Coconut Cream Cupcake I have my eyes on!

Every visit there are multiple things I try and the cupcakes (a personal favorite) are flavor updated frequently and gorgeous enough for gifts. It's the real deal. Two areas to think about is on the weekends it's hard to eat in (it's small) I will eat in my car does not bother me! I wish they offered a coconut option for the coffee drinks, almond milk warm is just...meh and sometimes off putting.
