Folks, my wife and I are pizza snobs. Been to Italy 5 times, had pizza all over the country. Love Neapolitan pizza like Cane Rossi and Cavalli. Grimaldi's is good. We put MOD right up there with all of them. You can pick your toppings, the red sauce is really good (as is the spicy red sauce), and the thin crust is perfect. And who can beat $8.77 for an 11 inch? Me and my wife have been waiting for this place to open up so we could have something new to try. Right off the bat every employee there welcomed us, and helped walk us thru the ordering process. The pizzas are pretty good sized depending on how hungry you are. I went with their "thicker crust" option. They got us in and out in a good timely manner. No complaints at all. Food was still hot once we got home. Put the left overs in the fridge, and still tasted just a fresh for a "before bed snack". We will for sure be going back. read more

We are vegan so it's hard to find pizza with cheese we can eat, but MOD pizza offers plant based cheese and plant based Italian sausage!! Also lots of non-standard toppings like artichoke hearts and pickled cherry peppers. We ordered ahead online then picked up. Place was sparkling clean. First off, this store was already my favorite and the people that work here always make you feel like family and at home. But, today, I came in with my partner and our pizzas were accidentally swapped and made incorrectly. No big deal. We just wanted a remake. But they went ABOVE and beyond. They told us to keep the pizzas if we want to eat them. Remade us new ones. And gave us free pizza coupons. It was so overwhelming but in a good way. They also had visiting associates from CA and they were so nice. You could tell they were very experienced and was there to train new people. They wanted to make sure we were taken care of and they took it the whole way. MOD is the best chain when it comes to customizable pizza already. But after today, I can't possibly go anywhere else ever again tbh. read more

Pizza is great, love coming here. However their staff at this location is incredibly rude and dismissive. I know I'm not a person who likes to cause problems for customer service employees so I definitely won't be naming anyone, but there are a couple people on staff who appear very put out when you ask for certain things, and at one point when I came here, the employee was visibly VERY annoyed and tossed my pizza box on the counter when it was done and went to the back as soon as possible. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but it seems that a lot of the staff is very upset all the time and don't want to come to work (which I obviously understand, working sucks). I just would rather it not be taken out on me, when all I did to them was order a pizza. Maybe be more available to your staff and create a happier work environment. read more

This was my first time here, what a happy surprise! The pizzas are individual sized. I ordered the original crust, which is a thin crispy crust. I chose pepperoni, Italian sausage, ricotta and mozzarella cheese. The people working at this location were very helpful. When my pizza was ready they boxed it up for me to take home. Love coming here for the custom pizzas. The selection is vast and quality is good. Crust is nice and crispy. Only 4 stars cause the hours have been a mess. Their doors and online say 10 but a few times they were closed even when I came around 915. Pickup would be a hard NO! They don't take any care unless you actually wait in line and babysit the staff. Ordered take out for the first time...horrible as far as the toppings, no extra sauce as requested, and there were a couple onions on the Mad Dog (fyi...doesn't come with onions and I am allergic to them). I ordered on line for pick up. I arrived a couple minutes late and they had not even started on my pizza. They were very rude. Once my pizza was finally done I had to remind them that it called for Basil. Both workers just rolled their eyes and added Basil that was supposed to be on the pizza to begin with. They handed me the box without asking if I wanted any drizzle. I just left with my pizza. Very unfriendly. The pizza is great the reason for the three stars is because a lady with a tattoo on her arm that says Brandy is extremely rude and she was even upset because I was speaking Spanish to someone who doesn't speak English. Great pizza! They have a lot of options, including vegan cheese and chickpeas. I can never get cheese on pizza when I eat out so it's nice they accommodate. The gluten free crust is good as well, not too thin & has a similar texture to normal crust. The crew was very friendly & accommodating. They bring an awesome energy.
