I've loved trying all the different pizzas here. I'm a big fan of how they cut the slices and I think they have great ingredients

I ordered anchovies with my meal and didn't receive them. I talked to the manager and asked for them to be delivered. He told me his dad Amar was the owner and as he was his son there was nothing he could do. read more

Pizza was barely warm meaning the cheese was solid and no napkins, plates or silverware. When we called we were told to contact uber eats since they should have asked, so customer service is low at best. read more

Ordered pizza online with one of their specials - buy 1 medium pizza at full price and get 1 for 8.99. Asked for gluten free crust. Tipped 20% ahead of time on a carry out order. Got a call saying that gluten free crust costs more, I told them I'd be happy to pay the difference. They told me the difference would be $5. My husband picked up the pizza and they charged him an additional $12 and told him that for future reference, you can't get gluten free pizza using the deal. They should have told me this on the phone if they were going to charge an additional $12, rather than $5 like they'd said. I guess these days it doesn't matter how you treat your customers. If Palio's can't make this right then they lost a customer that orders from them once per week! Edit: just looked up online how much our exact pizzas would cost without the deal and they did indeed overcharge us! read more

The Chicken Pesto sandwich is the best sandwich around! The calzones come in 3 sizes, I ordered a Meduim and it was HUGE and delicious, came with 2 different sauces. So good. Ordered over the phone and it was promptly ready. I've dined in too and they have fast service and the waitstaff answers all my questions. Great ambiance, always clean and cool in there. read more

This pizza was good and pretty quick. It wasn't too busy either. I would go back but to me pizza is pretty much good anywhere.

I had the Hawaiian something pizza. It was, hands down the best pizza I have ever had in my life. Even though they were crowded and had a steady steam of people picking up pizzas, our pizza came out quickly. This is my go to pizza place now when I'm in Coppell. read more

Extremely impressed by the old fashioned customer service and quality of food they are serving. Also the option to get whole wheat crust on any pizza we choose was what we were looking for. If you're diabetic and told to eat whole wheat crust there aren't many choices in town. I didn't catch his name but he was extremely helpful and teaching the young kids how to be good at customer service. The salads were extremely fresh and crisp, the Caesar dressing was the best ever and the pizzas were awesome. We got 3 different pizzas since it was our first time eating there. 1 was Palio's vegetable. It was cooked perfectly and had the right amount of everything on it. 2nd one was a wheat crust with onions, mushrooms and hamburger. My husband ate the wheat pizza and loved it. And he's the picky one. my son had a BBQ pizza and also loved it. We like thin crust pizza and loved the crust on all of the pizzas. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu. As good as the pizza was (clearly cooked with love) I'm sure we'll enjoy all the other dishes! Thanks for a great meal at a fair price! read more

We went to our favorite Italian place. The staff and food never disappoints! Love, love their food, service and atmosphere!

Excellent pizza. Fast and friendly delivery. Ordered a thin crust pepperoni and jalapeño and the wife and I loved it.

Awesome pizza. Got an XL Gracies special (Alfredo, chicken, spinach, mushroom) and was not disappointed. I normally prefer a thicker crust but I might have changed my mind since eating here. Excited to try their lunch special next time! read more

Friendly service. Good pizza. Not the best pizza I've ever had but it was pretty good. I shared a medium pizza with two other people. That might not be enough to feed all three hungry people. I didn't eat much because I felt sick from the sugar snow cone I had prior. We had a Mediterranean pizza, came with artichoke, mushrooms, tomato, onion, and spinach. If you are a vegetarian, I highly recommend this. They are dog friendly and vegetarian friendly, also. I like it here! read more

Picked up pizza from here to last night which is usually good but the experience from last night wasn't so great. We ordered a Caesar salad and unfortunately we also found a peanut in the dressing which my wife ate and is highly allergic to. Not ok for cross contamination to happen. Thankfully we know how to react to this and avoided a hospital trip. Called and spoke with a manager who simply asked what the problem was. We ordered a Caesar salad knowing there is NO peanuts in it due to severe nut allergies but seems it's our fault for ordering here. read more

Greek salad on the side, refreshing with sindried tomatos, standard fare here, but surprising. Chicken ranch & bacon sandwich; a little sloppy but delicious. Didn't expect chips, but included and a drink! All below $10?? Gotta get used to this sweetened tea down here. But, did half and half and that worked just fine... read more

Try Grace's Alfredo Pizza, it's so good. The service is always good. Great neighborhood spot!

This is my go to place for good and reasonably priced pizza. I love the thinness of their crust, the freshness and flavor of their pizza. This was my first time at this location. They were going through a renovation, so inside it was extremely noisy. And I felt that the staff could use a little work on their friendliness. But all in all the food was so so good. Their lunch special is really a deal. It's Monday through Friday and it lasts until 3pm. The deal includes a three topping personal size pizza, salad and a drink for 8.99, you can't beat that !!! They also have gluten free options and a variety of specialty pizzas. And did I mention it's BYOB? That's right bring your favorite beer or wine! Enjoy inside or outside patio seating with a group of friends !!! Love this place ! read more

My wife and I often order delivery from here-- it's average delivery Italian food, fast, and it's cheap. Absolutely what we want. The reason why I give this place 1 star, will never order from again, and will tell everyone else I know to stop going to this place are the people who work there. Tonight my wife and I ordered delivery as we normally do. We ordered two chicken parmigiana and a house salad. The girl taking my order tells me they upped the delivery charge, a bummer but understandable so I order another house salad, give them my credit card info and I'm done with it. When my food comes I notice there's only one chicken parm and unfortunately I don't notice until the delivery driver drives away. No huge deal-- I call then up and tell then they forgot part of my order. What happens next is why me or my friends will never eat at a Palio's again. I call up and the same girl answers. I tell her one of my chicken parms were missing. I guess she remembered me because she was immediately convinced she was right and I was wrong, I could even hear her telling her manager frustrated "I repeated the order." I honestly don't know which of us were wrong and I don't care, that's not how you do customer service. Never said sorry or had any remorse whatsoever, she just complained to her manager that she was right. Whatever, I then ask her if I just order another chicken parm if I still have to meet the order minimum (because, you know, I wanted dinner). I hear her talking to her manager, again insisting she was right, and she comes right back and tells me very indignantly I'd have to meet the minimum again. No sorrow, just a big screw you tone. I would have been happy to pay a delivery charge or whatever, I have no problem assuming I made the mistake but you have to still treat your customers right. Their utter contempt for their repeat customers who order from there about once a week means I'll never order from them again. read more
