I love Jersey Mike's and their sandwiches are a staple in our home, the taste never disappoints. My only frustration is how rushed the ordering process feels. Many times, the sandwich starts being made before I can fully explain what I want, which has led to mistakes and remakes. They had about 5 people working a really close assembly line sort of collaboration... they worked very well together, each had a role, it moved very quickly, and I was out very quickly. Great sandwiches, when they do make it correctly. If I go in this location and watch them make my order, everything is fine. When I order to go or delivery, they mess up the order EVERY TIME. I've had it with Jersey Mikes and owner Dalton of the FlowerMound FM location. I have been going to this location since day one for 5 years or more and have witnessed constant price increases and employee turnover and I am done now. They charged me $17.00 for one mini sandwich and one regular sandwich with no drink or chips and the employee had the nerve to cut the meat so thin you could see right through it. This is around the 12th time this greedy owner has increased his prices and Dalton hires really rude employees that don't care at all about customer service just about the bottom line. Had one of there employees tell me they get bonuses at the end of the week on how much money they save the owner so they turn the slicer down to zero barely getting any meat at all. I understand business I have my own but greed will kill your business for certain. If you just have to increase your prices then sell the quantity and give the customer what they pay for don't raise your prices and cut back on product that is just deceptive and greedy. The owner Dalton is rude himself and promotes rudeness so that's how his employees treat the customers. I remember the same thing happened to Quiznos where they got greedy and cutback and now they are gone out of business. I can go to a sit down restaurant and get a fine meal and drink for what they want for two small cold sandwiches. There is just no value there whatsoever and the meat is no where as good as Boars Head meats for less money. I hope those Greedy Bastards go out of business and I will tell anyone who ever ask not to eat there because they rip you off. Good Riddance!! read more

Used to love this place, but after the way I was treated today, I will never return. One of the employees was clearly having an off day and not only took it out on his coworkers but me as well. Their Pepsi machine was out of Pepsi, so I let them know. The girl employee said she would get someone to refill it. A few minutes later they said it was fixed. I tried it again and it was still clear. I asked the girl employee if I could just grab a bottle out of the air merchandiser b/c it still wasn't working and I was in a rush. After grabbing it, the male employee said I would have to pay extra for it. First of all, I paid for a 32oz and the bottle was only 20oz, but I was willing to cut the loss to get out of there. Second, it's not my fault they couldn't get the coke machine to work. I set the bottle down in shock and left. Side note, I asked the male employee for his name/or ID b/c being a local business owner I'd much rather shoot an email than blast something on here... but the employee refused to give me his first name or a way to identify him. Working in the service industry is rough, I 100% get it cause I do it every day.... but you have to learn to reframe and still treat each person with respect and care. Just ok. Placed a phone order for pick-up, 6 sandwiches. We ordered 2 Philly Cheesesteaks. Neither had grilled onions & very little cheese. We also ordered 1 Club, it had no mayo or bacon. The Italian and ham sandwiches were fine, but really...,3 out of 6 were not as described. It was our first time here and also our last. I've only been to any Jersey Mike's two or three times. I must admit I only went to this one because Potbelly was closed at the time. But I'm very glad I did. The staff (two young gentlemen, wish I had gotten their names) we very attentive, and friendly. They provided help ordering since I'm not as familiar with the menu. I also received a military discount. One of the young men saw my son was interested in the meat slicer machine (which by the way was spotlessly clean), and he showed my son how it worked. The subs are good, and the excellent customer experience will definitely cause me to return again. read more

Considering I'm paying you for my sub, I think I'll take it how I ask. This is a very good sandwich shop. (Sub, grinder, ... the list is long on what they are called.) The portions are very good. The service is above average, The staff is very positive and welcoming. The menu allows you to make a salad out of all their subs. I love they have cherry peppers available for your sub. I haven't found any other sub shop that offers that. I go here often. read more

Food is usually fresh and Service is fast. They have changed the soft drink selection and no longer offer Dr Pepper. They stay constantly busy. A few of the employees try to rush you thru the line and get your order wrong. They are generally quick to apologize and make it right. This just happens too frequently at this location. read more

Went there on Super Bowl Sunday for sandwiches. We're not as good as they usually are. Chicken cheesesteak was greasy and the roll was so wet, you couldn't even hold it.
