The place is decked out with brunch esthetic and the bartender was friendly as can be. We started with a Million Dollar Bloody Mary and a Spiked Watermelon Wake-Up, both of which were made perfectly. For food, we ordered the Chipotle Steak & Queso Hash and the Power Wrap, and both were excellent. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and was served quickly despite how busy they were. If you've been debating whether the wait is worth it, I'd say yes. Great food, great drinks, and a staff that handled a busy Sunday brunch like pros. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Yes, non-dairy creamer and sweeteners are still brought when the coffee is served. When I ordered toast with my omelette, I was not asked which flavor of jelly. However this one falls short of usual. First, it feels really really tiny, like they shoved it into too small space. That means you are practically on top of anyone sitting down and eating when making an order. Second, I had a chicken Philly which is supposed to be a signature item. My bread felt stale and the actual ingredients in it were very short on everything. It was like a half or quarter order of meat compared to similar sandwiches of this type at other restaurants. In other words, my Philly was mostly wet bread. Then, their iced tea was broken? That means no iced tea. Also, the time between when my wife got her cold sandwich and I got my Philly was nearly 15 minutes and there were no orders ahead of us. This is just a terrible Jersey Mike's location and I will not return.

He was so attentive and we didn't have to ask for anything. He was on point with everything. For drinks hubby ordered an old fashion and ordered a Pineapple mule (mocktail). You can never go wrong with the warm bread and butter. We ordered the chicken taquitos for an appetizer and they were so good. The chicken had so .ugh flavor and the green salsa at the bottom of the plate was so good. Hubby ordered the Green Chile chicken enchiladas with double rice and I ordered the Miso Salmon with mash potatoes. The salmon was cooked to perfection. I also ordered the vanilla bean cheesecake to go. It is good and very rich. I will be back for the excellent service that Martin provided and the food.

We went here last week for our anniversary on 8/10. This was my first time at this Cheesecake…read moreFactory location. It will also be my last. We arrived at 4:30 PM on a Monday. There was a 15 minute wait and there was hardly anybody inside the restaurant eating. There was only a handful of tables. So clearly at this point they were shortstaffed, which is understandable at that time of day. Next, we were seated after our wait and we ordered two drinks from the bar. It took about over 15 minutes for those drinks to show up. The server forgot. We ordered an appetizer of the avocado egg rolls. Those were great. We then ordered our meals and the employee never wrote down our order. In fact, no employee ever wrote down anything. They just commit committed it to memory, which is fine unless you forget. And that's exactly what happened in my case. They bring out our dinner and my wife's order was correct and mine was a completely different dish. So I had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my entire dish. Meanwhile, my wife has already finished her meal. I got to eat while she watched and waited. No apology. No effort to make things right. In a situation like this you would think they would offer to comp one of the entrees. Nope. I was not very happy and on top of that I figured at the minimum they would probably not charge me for the errors that they made. Nope they did not. They didn't even offer any type of concession. Now I did not ask for one because that's not something that I do, but I think in this situation they should have tried to do something. Because of this, I will never go back to this place again. The service was absolutely abysmal. There's better places to eat around here like Shoal Creek. This cheesecake factory is small and it just was not very impressive at all as far as the service goes. The food was fine once I got it. But the point is it was our anniversary and we wanted to enjoy our dinner together yet we got to eat separately. So thanks cheesecake factory for ruining our 13 year wedding anniversary with your terrible service. Definitely will not be going back here and I do not recommend this location. I'm giving this ONE star because the food was at least good. Service is awful.
