Panda Express - Orange Chicken and Fried Rice! - Chinese Near Me - Corinth, Texas

Two big issues. First, the pricing on the menu board at the drive thru is not what customers are charged. The signage shows the bowl price of $6.20. With tax, the cost should have been $6.71. This has been a routine purchase in the past. Issue #2, the my change should have been $1.88, but I was only give $1.53. In all, I paid $8.57 for a $6.71 order. The poor guy at the window was clueless at trying to understand. read more

Panda Express - Receipt - Chinese Near Me - Corinth, Texas

There really is not a reason to rate my experience at Panda. We all know it is fast food, so food quality and service aren't expected. I used to think Panda was a step above this, but not anymore as I sit here with barely luke warm noodles and food that is barely edible. Have my expectations grown, or has Panda gone downhill. I dont know, but what I do know is I will not be back read more

Came in on a Saturday about lunchtime , Service was very fast and friendly. Food tasted good and was what I expected from panda. Jennifer (manager?) Was rocking the front line . The one con I have is that the food was not hot enough (compared to other times I've been to panda). read more

Panda Express - Pandas front line - Chinese Near Me - Corinth, Texas

Honey walnut shrimp forever. I always place an order online and pick up through the drive thru and my order is prepared when I get in line. It's always hot and crispy. read more

one of the worst panda expresses around, any day i go from 11am- 1pm there's nothing cooked and ready to go and the few things that are cooked look old or overcooked it's hard to tell. I haven't had any problems with the rice but I always have to pick an alternative to what I want there or just simply walk out at least 50% of the time. read more

It's a chain, yes, but I still had hopes for this newest location super close to my house. I have a weakness for Asian food so I was looking forward to trying it. I tried it twice and most likely will not go back. I was excited to have options for vegetarian dishes and thought the corporate chain would be consistent and deliver. My first visit, no tofu options. No vegetarian options except the sides. At least there is an option for brown rice and steamed veggies in some kind of light sauce. I ended up getting black pepper chicken. There is a lot of sauce so if you like your food covered up in all that, then there you go. I even took the time to fill out the survey to get a "free" entree so I could try something else. My second visit, no tofu options. BUT there was a new dish called Imperial Chicken. Good amount of veggies and a few whole red pepper pods to give it some heat. The size of the free entree was about the size of a tiny Hello Kitty takeout box that's normally filled with candy. I ate that - and opted to eat my hubby's ghost pepper wings from Popeyes. I ended up taking my entree to work the next day and giving it away. Across the street, at Pho Asian Star, you'll get a more authentic experience. read more

This place is good. This is a Chinese food chain, that serves Chinese dishes. This is not a vegetarian place, although they have some slight options. Definitely glad they built a Panda Express here, now I don't have to go all the way to main st. Update: had given it 5 star originally, however they forgot my teriyaki sauce (asked on the side) and didn't provide cutlery while going through drive thru. read more

When are they going to allow 0 stars? Despite having at least 6 workers I could see dining room was closed 1 1/2 hours before posted closing time. Went to drive through, had to wait on rice, rice! At at Chinese food place. Asked for sauces, told to pull up and wait for food. Guy brought out orders for me and another customer. I asked about silverware, told it was in the bag. Got to hotel no sauces no silverware. Ugh! Please do better. Wish I had read the other reviews before going! read more

Went this past Saturday. Ordered 3 plates waited 10 mins for teriyaki chicken got home and 2 plates were ok, but 1 was not! Over the last few months the quality has gone down significantly. Definitely going to do the survey I was given on my receipt. read more

So I wanted to come back and update my review and raise from 1 to 4 stars. I have been back 1 day per week for the past 3 weeks and I can tell you without a doubt that there had been a turn around. The food is well prepared, the staff is friendly and attentive as well as quick and thorough. I appreciate the work. read more

Ugh. Again with the terrible service. Called ahead (10 minutes before arriving), and when I arrived, my order was still scribbled on a piece of paper near the register, not entered or prepared. I then had to re-order, as the cashier couldnt read the paper, then wait on her to produce part of the order, before telling me I have to wait more because they had to cook the parts they were out of... which also wouldnt have been a problem if they rang up the order when I placed it... Another 15 minutes after arriving, i left with my food finally... Why can't a franchise manage simple tasks anymore? read more

I frequent this Panda before practice and they have always produced a great product as well as good service. Recently I went when drive thru was apparently hoppin busy, but I still did not wait long inside the store. The manager Still gave me a great discount on my food! Thanks Panda Express for your great customer service! CC read more

Worst!!! Why do you ALWAYS have to wait 7 minutes for Super Greens?! And then they get irritated when you say you'll wait, god forbid! This is why I hardly come to this location! read more

As crazy as it may seem I have never tried Panda Express before yesterday. Chances are I will probably not try it again. Everything about this place tasted processed. The Orange Chicken had a Tangy taste that was like that of an Aluminum can. Noodles were dry and hard and I saw her just place them there. Fried Rice was just as dry. I'm all about giving second chances but from what I saw and what I actually didn't eat I can't see hgoing back to such a place that is so popular all over the country. Employees were very professional and courteous and offered tastings of different things. Maybe I should have tasted something other than the orange chicken! It's a no go for me read more

Almost all ways messing up our orders, poor customer service. They need to hire more people, or they just have terrible management at this location. Restaurants like these just makes me want to make my own carry out meal from home. My friend even got sick from eating the chicken there, so that makes me wonder about how clean they really are when handling food. read more

Tell me why I'm waiting on chow mein at a fast food Chinese place at lunchtime, and they're not even busy

Placed an order via the Panda Express app on Sunday, May 3, 2020. The order was ready on time for pick up. However, when I got the order home, I did not receive everything that was ordered and what was received did not meet the normal Panda Express standard. As you can see by the first receipt, Kung Pao chicken was ordered, but received Orange chicken. On the other receipt you can see where chopsticks were requested but not received. Also requested no soy sauce or chili sauce, however they were in the bag along with Untensils that were not wanted. read more

Absolutely horrible service, not just once but every time we go. Most recent experience was today. First I had to repeat my order several times because the person I was speaking to, was obviously not paying attention. Then they asked me to wait in the parking lot because they ran out of an item. After 15 mins, I had to physically go in to check on my order. They were getting it ready and handed the bag to me but left one of my entrees on the counter. When I told them that was part of my order they didn't believe me and made me show my receipt to them. They really need to get their act together it's been going on entirely too long. read more

This is the stingiest Panda Express I've ever been to. I thought it was just a fluke but this was our third and final time coming here. You get half the chow mein and orange chicken everywhere else. I mean it's cheap noodles; you should at least give a good portion of those. My family is still hungry after getting their Togo boxes. read more

I ordered two bowls from this location and I only got one. I tried to call back about 7 times and never received an answer, which is honestly ridiculous like why include a phone number if you're never going to answer the phone. At one point it seemed as though the phone was disconnected or turned off to avoid calls going through, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, after ordering I forgot to include spring rolls in my order and at the window asked for them to be added to my order and I was told that this wasn't possible. Awful service all around. I expect a full refund whenever they answer the phone. This was 11/19/2021 at 5:24 pm and the server was Anthony A. read more

Two visits to this Panda Express. I was excited that there was one close by, however, the first time, I place an online order. When I arrived, the order had not even been pulled off the computer. I had to wait for them to pull it and fill it. Red flag. Yesterday, I tried it again. As I place my order I was told they were out of rice! No white rice to make fried rice. Hmm. Now I know it was 7:30 pm, but I'm pretty sure that is not supposed to happen. Sounds like maybe a management issue? Not sure, but I've been to other Pandas and have never had a problem. Location is Corinth, Texas even though locator says Lewisville. read more

We keep going back in hopes of improvement, but continue the be disappointed in the location. Drive through experience - Super greens take 7 minutes to prepare, no other vegetable choices. Asked for steamed brown rice instead & advised no longer available. Update your menu board with special cooking times etc. as usual less than a true one see bing of meat for an adult. read more

I've always loved Panda Express, but this location needs to get with the program. I went through the drive through and ordered a large entree, along with some other items. After a little wait, they handed me the bag and sent me on my way. Little did i know, they did NOT put my large entree in my bag. $11 out the window. I will never go to this location again. So disappointed. I also reached out to customer service about this issue, but they didn't care to respond. read more

This location still does not have it down several months after opening. They were out of both Orange Chicken and Teriyaki chicken on our visit and it took 10 minutes for us to get orange chicken. Peiwei orange chicken really is better. PE orange chicken was so over cooked there was no chicken in the inside. We will wait a couple of more months for them to get it together before trying again. read more

Love the Honey Walnut Shrimp when fresh, about half the times I go through the drive through it isn't fresh and I'm left very dissapointed. I used to never go to panda but I only go here to support some local growth in the area and because the service is friendly. I hope the consistency of the honey Walnut Shrimp improves read more

Been to this location a few times now and have been disappointed. My bad experience was when I ordered cream cheese rangoons along with my meal and was told it would be a few minutes before they were ready. That was no problem but after I had already paid I was told they didn't actually have any rangoons (did they just not want to make them?) My most recent visit they were also out of rangoons 4 hours before closing so maybe they just don't know how to order inventory. read more

This Panda Express is a WINNER !! Super clean and consistent ! And the employees stay busy and focused..... I appreciate that.

They say that the 3rd time is the charm...well they weren't talking about this Panda Express location. Every single time they have gotten our orders wrong. I even talked to the girl at the window about my order and they still couldn't get it. Won't be coming back ! read more

What is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait 30 minutes when you get there. This is the slowest panda express I have ever been to in my life. The only thing it has going for it is that it's new and clean. read more

Ordered food in drive thru and paid at 7:34pm finally at 7:50pm I went in to check since they had me park in the parking lot. Waiting another 5 minutes inside the restaurant to be acknowledged. Told them I had been waiting then I only waited another 4 minutes to get my food. Lady who took my order Charlyn apologized and offered me free rolls for my wait. When manager came along ( Asian guy in black shirt) Paul / Peter he let me know I couldn't get egg rolls those weren't apart of the free item I was allowed to get. At this point I'm over this experience. Waited 30 minutes to get my food. I understand they were busy but at least let a person know before they wait 30 minutes. Horrible experience and horrible customer service from the managers stand point. read more

Horrible management! They have messed up the only 2 online orders I have ever placed! First one i placed, my son went to pick up and he was told he would have to go inside because they won't make online orders until they're there-it was paid for! So he had to wait and yet they couldn't get order right and we were shorted part of our order. Called them and they told us we would get it again for free. Second time I tried placing an online order, they screwed it up yet again and we had to call back in. This time the manager Damien took it upon himself to tell me the whole order would be replaced. So, tonight we come to get our replacement meal and the same Mgr Damien takes it upon himself to raise his voice and start arguing with us in front of other customers about their screw up, stating "it's on camera" ok good! We didn't ask for a replacement of the whole ticket, just what we had paid for and not gotten-yet he made it out like we had nothing better to do than go around and trying to screw Panda out of a $4 entree. Ridiculous. Best part, after reviewing the whole footage, THEY DID SCREW UP AND SHORT OUR MEAL!! Who's the idiot now??? We will be filing a complaint with the corporate offices. This kind of piss poor customer service and treatment when it clearly was not our mess up will not be tolerated. We will not be spending another dime with this facility ever again. BEWARE OF POOR SERVICE!!!! read more

Wonderful food and people were very friendly fresh food clean astablishment. Nice bathrooms. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I'll call this a one and done place. The cook walked over and took the fried rice container back to fill it and did not dump out the old rice and added the fresh rice to the old and mixed it together. The food looked as if it was left over from lunch and it is 6:00. They were not prepared for the dinner crowd and started cooking after they were backed up with orders. Many of the selections were very low. Servers were waiting for fresh food. Typically Panda is a great place to eat. This one needs some attention. read more

If the site would allow me to give ZERO stars that is really all the business deserves. I've been going there since they opened, I've given them so many chances. As good as the food tastes the service is PATHETIC. The only way I've ever gotten my special requests granted if I stand over them by going in side. I ask the chicken to be cubed not stripped. How hard is it, I guess it is virtually impossible be cause they won't do it unless babysat to do so. Management, what's that? Go in you can't tell who the manager is. Call the district manager and they say they will talk to their team. Either they don't or they don't list to the DM either. I am beyond fed up. Oh today we redeemed the free entree, entree to me means a meal. These yahoos consider it the protein not the rice or side with it. SMDH, give me negative stars for this rotten business. Asked for extra sauces didn't get that either. Look then they reply and say the are glad they could fill my special request. THEY DIDN'T. typical response and nothing will change. Maybe I'll try them again 2021? MAYBE! GEEZ read more

My wife and I came in one evening around 8:45, an hour or so before closing. The store had inventory problems and we found the whole experience to be lack luster. I wrote a much longer review, but the owner reached out to me and addressed my problems and I want to update my review to reflect this. read more

Bad enough for me to write a review. I've been there a few times and unimpressed but this last time was pretty unbelievable. I ordered a dish that would take '5-6' minutes to prepare so I decided to call after 17 minutes of waiting outside in the lot. They had no clue I was even there. Then they were fairly indignant about it and never once apologized. They just said, ma'am we have other customers too. So after waiting 32 minutes total wait, I get home to find the wrong order. Even so, the food was just 'meh' Tasted like old greasy Chinese food. read more

This is my second visit to this location and definitely last. The first time I ordered broccoli beef and was told they had run out of the beef and waited 10 minutes for the next batch to be done and I did without any complaint. But what really upset me was when I get my food brought to my car and get home just to see there literally one half piece of beef in there and on top of that it's not even filled in the Panda bowl I ordered. My second trip was today and I ordered the exact same thing just to see that again the bowl is nowhere near full and barely any chow mein (there's only two entrees in the panda bowl). I have been to plenty of locations throughout Texas and this is the only one that I have yet to have any problems like this at. read more
