This place is abysmal. I think I've tried to order for myself twice and never again. The first time they were out of the item I wanted. The second time tonight, at 8:30pm on a Saturday night, apparently Arby's had a "suspected gas leak", that none do the other 4 restaurants next to them had and they were unable to serve any food. The sign showed fried food but I was corrected by the worker at the drive thru it was all food. I don't trust this location at all. I've also visited as a food delivery contractor and the employees never have a sense of urgency and I constantly have to contact customers to let them know half their orders can't be made because the restaurant doesn't have any of the menu items. Also, the first thing you notice when you walk into the location is how insanely loud the buzzer/chime is, I'm assuming to notify inattentive employees they do actually have to feign work as half the time they're just chilling in booths when I walk up. They told us there didn't have enough meat for 2 regular beef beef sandwiches! What? Never have I ever been told that at any Arby's. So we just left. I go almost every week. Another time we were there they served us burnt buns. Than another time we asked for Arby's sauce and they said " its in the bag" so we believed them. But there was no sauce in the bag. Actually, to my surprise, their fish sandwich on a hawaiian bun was very good. The fillet was hanging over the bun, the fully loaded toppings were fresh, and the flavor of the fish was good. I'll get another one before the sandwich is no longer available. read more

For the second time I have been turned away at the drive thru. They advertise to be open until 10 and the other restaurants around this store are open, but for some reason lights off at 7:50, no more customers. I pulled up seeing the lights shut off I still got in the drive thru line I was the 4th from the speaker. Waiting my turn. At 8:05 a man walks out and says "we are closed!" Nobody was at the cash register when we got to this Arby's. The first person we talked to seemed clueless. When we asked if she would take our order, she got scared; "I am new here, I don't know how to take an order." She said and disappeared. Nobody showed up behind the counter for 5 minutes. Employees in the back if the store were milling around aimlessly. Finally a young lady arrived and took the order. Impolite and slow, she took the order. The meal we got was cold. I have been impressed with walgar the top management of Arby's has done to transform the menu and the food quality but this store does not represent any of the values. I gave a one star review a couple of days ago because I spent 20 dollars on 4 slider's and an order of jalapeño poppers and there was no arbys sauce or ranch for the poppers but I sent a message to corporate and got a refund and re-ordered, talked to the manager and got all the sauces and the jalapeño sliders were delicious and not dry I am unemployed but if I could afford it I would order that 3 times a week I would like the option for cheddar on sliders but it was great read more

Dentonites- I think we all know the problem with our current Arby's. If you have been missing the beef and cheddar because if he gross our stores are, rejoice! This Corinth Arby's is just a short drive from Denton and is quite wonderful. It was rather clean, and the food was just fine. The people working were also rather pleasant. Just a few things kept it from five stars. For one, I saw their general manager (indicated by name tag) pick a fry out of the warmer with bare hands and eat it. I wanted to order a Sandwich from the drive-through and the manager was taking orders and told me to notice that a bunch of things were out of stock. I did see were several items were out of stock however The beef and cheddar sandwich was not labeled as being out of stock so I ordered that and the manager Told me that they were out of fries and she said " I told you to read the menu". This was very condescending and very unprofessional. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager and that she was the one taking my order. I told her she was rude and that I didn't know what kind of bad day she had but that I had been caring for my dying mother and she hung up on me! I tried to call back and she didn't answer the phone. Not sure what it is about this Arby's but it always tastes like everything is microwaved. The bread is always hard and the meat is very dry. I have been here at least a dozen times, because I live close, and it's always been a disappointment compared to other Arby's. I asked the girl at the front why they always microwaved their food, she said " that's all Arby's". The worst arby's I have been to. I usually don't do reviews but this was bad. It took each car at the drive thru 5 minutes and I timed it. My order was wrong so bad. The girl gave me the my order and I have to remind her that I had a drink.She asked me what doing and as I said in the intercom, diet coke. I told her again, diet coke, she turn around and gave me sweet tea. How do you get that so wrong. Got home and I ordered a wrap and I got a sandwich. I tasted the curly fries in my car at the window and they were room temperature. Got home and the sandwich, which I didn't order, was room temperature. My wife went to this location in Corinth, tx 2 weeks ago and had terrible service and food. I have never had trouble with a Arby's in any other location.
