Both food quality and staff at this location are superb! I was met by friendly smiling staff. Food tasted better than my regular Chipotles. Spoons, forks & Tabasco were stocked. I'll definitely be back. Great job team! Thank you! read more

This whole location needs to be reevaluated! We've never had a good experience at this location. Whether it's employees or the food. This time, the food wasn't ready for pick up even though it said it was, and there were six orders ahead of us that weren't completed either. As we waited, tried to use the restroom and the toilet was nasty and clogged. Received our food - half put together order with small portions. There was also hair in our sour cream. read more

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive through mobile pick up window. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:20 and I arrived at 5:15 and was told to pull forward as it wasn't 5:20. I got back in line at 5:20 and waited another 15 minutes behind multiple cars that just sat, waiting there. My boyfriend was driving, so I got out and went inside the store to get my order. They really shouldn't have a mobile pick up drive through and make some people pull forward when their order isn't ready and then not have others pull forward. The food is now cold because it was just sitting there for a while. The person at the drive through was also quite rude, and didn't say anything to us when he opened the window, just stared at us until we told him we had an order and what the name was. Definitely should consider working on yalls customer service! read more

Oh my days...I think it only could've been worse if I found a bug in my food. I never write reviews but this Chipotle needs to do better. We have to be filling the spoon more than halfway, and refreshing the food pans. My burrito was cold, and sad. And so were the people putting it together. The single star is for the single-stall bathroom because I was able to let a rip in peace (I have ulcerative colitis), and the guy at the register doing party tricks. read more

Christina was absolutely AMAZING! Best service I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. She went above and beyond in service and friendliness. This will definitely be my new go to Chipotle location because of her. 10/10! She even double bagged my meal because I added so much extra salsa lol she didn't want my order to leak through. She's the best! :) read more

I have to say it was the worst experience ever. When we got there it was busy not no one was eating there. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY. My wife placed her order and wanted the new Chicken Pastor. When we looked down there was no more. The whole point was to get that. But when the manage ( Indian gentlemen ) said theirs no more cause they didn't have any cooked yet. She would have to pick a different meat. Very disappointing to be honest. Not once did he say we can cook some and maybe call you when its ready. Just straight up said nope pick something else. When I got to the register to pay. I asked the same gentlemen ( Indian guy that was in charge ) Is it possible for his crew to clean some tables. There is literally no where to sit, because all the tables are dirty. His response was if Americans knew how to eat and clean up after themselves they would not be dirty. I said excuse me. He then said in India we don't have this issue. I was very bothered by this comment. I cleaned the table myself and ate my food. They restroom also would not flush. I don't know what kind of business he's running here but I can tell you I will NEVER be back here again. Carson was the host at the register order # 335 on 3/23/2026 at 6:08pm If you see the cameras you can see where I am cleaning the table. And shortly after that a person was cleaning the other ones too. read more

Honestly, I'm not one to ever really review places- even if I enjoy them. But while I was ordering my food, the girl serving me was absolutely refusing to give me reasonable portion sizes of anything that I asked for on my bowl- she had no issue doubling down on rice. But everything else felt like such a strain, I had to ask for more of everything and finally just gave up when it got to salsa's and cheese. Nobody wants just rice in their bowl, we can make that at home for a fraction of the price. If I pay for a meal outside of home, I expect an actual meal like .. lol read more

I was charged $43 dollars for two simple bowls and a pinch of extra meat!!!!! F.....g outrageous!!! I will not ever be coming here again. Thank for your bullshit service shitpotle!!!!! Oh by the way keep your store clean, there was almost no tables to sit at because they were all dirty. read more

This place has messed up from one worker and yes, I was there tonight. I have never seen a worker touch my food when I ask for double pico (mild). I ask for double pico and because the bowl is somewhat almost full, he touches my food and tries to pat it down (Yes, PAT IT DOWN WITH HIS OWN HANDS) to make more room. Yes he has gloves but still! He's gon feel my wrath when I am there again. Also, no bro.. you ain't getting away by saying "yes maam yes maam" constantly. FOCUS! My goodness! When the bowl is getting full, are you going to pat the bowl down with the mild salsa (pico) serving spoon or with your gloved hands? Why doesn't he just mix up my bowl with his gloved hands while he is at it? I'll bring the Tabasco ! lmao! I know they touch the lettuce and tortilla but they shouldn't touch anything else. This is if they change their gloves regularly! Btw, most if not all other workers work correctly but not this dude. I'd fire him. Just know that he touches the food! lol! Chipotle is great and the manager here seems cool but this guy will contaminate the food and that is dangerous. What if he had to work the cash register and went back to making the food? What if he didn't change gloves? What if he touched my food after putting double pico when he touched cash or whatever else that is not sanitary? Someone had to say it. Sorry bro but like cmon dude.. this is common sense. This happened once before but I didn't say anything but tonight was the last straw. Still giving a four star review because this location is awesome (aside from that guy). read more

Have better food!!! Guac looked day old- thought it was made fresh daily?? I asked if there was another batch and the one from the walk-in looked worse than the counter one. Looks dingy and ugh. I was there about 1140. The rice is a giant hard clump. There was no chicken to be found in the restaurant so I had to get steak. That was fatty and hard to chew and gross. Very disappointing. The only good thing was the server person. He was young and polite and did a good job- just bad food to work with. read more

Will never go back to this location. Staff is clowning around with food. Ordered on the app. Our burritos were half wrapped in foil. Just thrown loose in the bag. And filled with 90% lettuce. None of us even asked for lettuce. I even left a good tip. Wow. Terrible. Management needs to know their staff is playing games with the food. read more

Had a great experience here. Chipotle is one of the few healthy things that my kids will eat. They made me leave a five star review haha.

Always out of ingredients, consistently messes up orders. When asked to make more veggies because they were out, they answered, "we're not making more today," and it was 4pm. We will not come here again. read more

I usually enjoy coming to this Chipotle, but the time management and communication need serious improvement--especially when it comes to having protein ready. I waited about 10 minutes to be told the chicken was almost done, only to wait another 10 minutes while it was used up for online orders. I ended up leaving without my food. What made it worse was that the chef knew I had been waiting and still prioritized the online orders. I understand those orders matter, but completely ignoring in-store customers feels disrespectful and poorly managed. Hope they find a better balance going forward. read more

If could give less than 1 star I would. Do not go in this place after 8pm! I have done so several times at my dismay only to find that there is hardly any food options left, and no one is making any more, even though they close at 10PM. Who owns this place? Do they care that they have 2 hours worth of turns left off their revenue stream each night? If you don't want to serve past 8pm, then close at 8pm. They were out of onions and peppers, all steak, maybe 2 servings left of chicken and I forget what else. But its the same every time past 8. They are always out of something. Don't waste your evening hours here. read more

Terrible service. I ordered a meal through doordash. My order was wrong when delivered and it had items that my girl is allergic to. I tried calling the store first but they made it very complicated to get a hold of someone because of their answering machine and I never did get a hold of someone. So I said no biggie, I'll drive down the street to get it fixed. I was told I had to go through doordash to have my meal replaced even though they were the ones that made my meal wrong in the first place, and two, I drove down to have something fixed quick an easy, so I just ended up buying another plate. All of this beats the purpose of ordering through DoorDash. read more

Went there tonight order on the website went to get my food the chips were horrible they tasted old. I walked in to tell them I wanted new ones they had chips in tray opened with no lid looked half empty. Ask how old are these chips they said today. I was excited to have Chipotle open a location close to my home. I'm saddened that I still have to drive to the Denton or Lewisville location instead of this one because this one can't get orders correct. The staff is nice, but they can't seem to understand basic requests. I am one of the many people who cannot eat cilantro. I order rice without cilantro. Most locations simply give me a scoop of rice that hasn't been mixed with cilantro yet. If I place a to-go order by phone or online at this location and indicate plain white rice, this location doesn't give me rice at all. It's really not that complicated, but they've made the same mistake multiple times. read more

waited in drive thru with no line and took 4 minutes. had 3 people look at us and walk away multiple times. they all looked miserable and no manners. the guy got so close to the window and filled up empty cups with silver wear and still couldn't hand us a bag right behind him. don't recommend. when we received our food there's was no customer service. read more

This has to be the worst chipotle I've been too. I love the new drive through mobile option but every time I've used it here, there seems to be something wrong. I have complained inside the store and they didn't do much to the solve the problem but tell me sorry. I refuse to go to this chipotle anymore. Picture of the guac I ordered. This color and TASTE were sooo off. Not surprised about all the negative comments. Seems like everyone is having the same issues. Bad food and bad customer service I have left feedback before but that doesn't seem to amaze the staff or management. read more

First and last time in here. I came in and there was one person ahead of me and one person already eating. I counted seven (7) employees behind the counter and they only had one person making orders. I wish I could rate it less than a star but I can't! They have the worst customer service ever! Skinny teenager working the drive thru on Sunday 10/1 at 5:40pm has the nastiest attitude I told him the order is wrong and he straight up said " well that's too bad thats what my screen is showing me yanked the bag from me and then slammed my food around and said you want it or what?! WHAT!!!? He needs to be fired. read more

Yet again another awful customer service transaction. The lady wouldn't tell me her name, but she has a face tattoo. She very very rudely told me to turn back around the pick up lane and then again very rudely handed me my bag and forgot to add my chips. When I came back around to pick up the chips that I paid for she again rolled her eyes and scoffed, and started laughing at me, I wish I could say this was the first time, but it seems to be a repetitive thing at this chipotle location. I hope in the future hiring staff do a closer interview on customer service habits so other people like me do not have a negative experience. read more

This is the worse location, they are always out of something, queso is cold, barely put anything in the bowl, and when you ask for more rice you get a bunch of attitude. When you order on-line they will just cancel it because they don't have what you ask for. Today they said they were out of things including chips because they make it fresh. By the time we paid they had chips, got an order and they are stale. Avoid at all costs. read more

Food took forever to get here keep in mind it's down the street and the only reason I ordered was bc I didn't I couldn't , I had to order twice bc my FIRST driver canceled on me when it was a quick8-10 min drive , then I reorder and pay express , waste of time and money bc I had to wait an extra 35 min on food so now I've waited an hour for my food and then it comes to me with brown guac like cmon atp just give me my money back and I'll go eat somewhere else it's honestly ridiculous how hard a quick trip was made I would not recommend/ would not order off either of them again read more

Like others have stated this Chipotle is the worst I've ever been to. Multiple times I have ordered through the app, picked up my order, and then gotten home only to find out they have forgotten something from my order. I am currently writing this review after ordering through the mobile app 30 minutes in advance and am waiting in the pick up line. As of this moment, I have been waiting in the pick up line for 20 min! So, now, from the time I placed the order till I get my food will probably mark an hour. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location, the first time I chalked it up to them being busy, but this is ridiculous. What is the purpose of placing an order in advance if I have to wait LONGER than if I were to go in the store. I think I have finally learned my lesson and I will not be returning to THIS location. read more
