There was a five person line and it took 30 minutes to get our food. The person scooping the food was dilly dallying. The atmosphere isn't bad but I would find a different Chipotle. read more

This location is notorious for not making togo orders correctly. Every single trip something is wrong and all the staff has are excuses - nothing changes. All the manager does is offer a refund...I don't want a refund, I want my order done right so my family can eat. The only reason I continue to go is the convenience of the drive through lane. My suggestion, find somewhere else to order from unless you order in person and watch the employees like a hawk. Even then, don't let them rush you into making multiple orders at the same time. Tonight they forgot the large guacamole and look at this greasy steak bowl they made - no there wasn't any sauce or beans, all that was in the bowl was steak, rice, sour cream, cheese and lettuce read more

Cold. Very cold. Couldn't enjoy food. Made me sad. Wasted money. I might cry. Took long. Too long. So long it got cold. Why is my food cold. I didn't ask for cold food.....? My friends food was also cold. Disappointed and I am not coming back to this location. Edit- chipotle more like coldotle read more

Wow. Worst location I've ever been to. Out of rice. Out of cheese. Wouldn't make any exceptions or charge less.

Never imagined the franchised food could taste so differently. I piked up a bowl with chicken and guacamole and it tastes like as if the kitchen staff accidentally spilled extra salts all over. Ended up throwing away after couple of bite. I would rather drive 20 min to other chipotle locations. read more

Ordered food thru app at 4;38 for pickup At 4:50 through the line. I just picked up my food 35 minutes later and the bag was ripped open not going to be coming to this one again! read more

I mobile order from this Chipotle about once a week. They're usually super friendly at the pickup window, and I love that it has a drive up option. However, I've noticed lately that all Chipotle locations in general have really been skimping on portion sizes, and this location is no different. Another issue I've had here... sometimes I order two hours ahead and select my pickup time for when I'm off work. I arrived 3 minutes earlier than my selected time, but my salad was soggy, and you could tell the bowl had been sitting for a long while before I picked it up! I was early, so how was my salad soggy, and the meat was cold? Update: Ordered again today. They messed up my order, and the guac was BROWN. Not intending on coming back now. read more

They are incredibly slow. I used the mobile app and it still took me 30 minutes to get my order in the drive thru. The salad is small and watery. The employees also don't take time to use the slotted spoon to drain. They just plop it on, making the food even soggier. Overpriced, not tasty, and slow. Just don't bother with this location. read more

It was ok. I ordered a bowl and it came out fine. It just was't very good and didn't wow me. What wowed me is how proud they are their prices. The chips and salsa was ridiculously priced and the bags are a third full. The chicken was decent until I got som grizzle- and I know that I have a grizzle problem which most ppl don't, so that's likely all me - and had to stop eating it. read more

This chipotle sucks. I am one of the biggest chipotle fans, but this chipotle has ruined my love for chipotle. Every single time I go there, they either mess my order up or don't give me half of my order. I am very upset and will no longer be dining at this establishment. read more

At this point 1 start for this place is to much! I have had issues over and over again hopefully that it would get better, we hardly have any food options in Hickory Creek/Corinth/Lake Dallas area and it's a disappointment that Chipotle is this bad! It's always been a favorite of mine but tonight was the worst. You will see in the pictures what I am talking about. Large chips? More like a bag with a few chips, I ordered a bowl with pollo asado and extra steak for an additional $5.55 for the steak that had no pollo asado and very little steak and have never seen such a bowl this empty! Wife ordered a salad bowl that came with no lettuce, I mean come on! The bowls were cold, rice was not fully cooked (hard rice) and just and and and! I will never go to this location again. I have given it so many chances with no improvement. read more

i have ordered from this location multiple times and meals i have ordered are always left out. i have tried getting refunds and they refuse to refund what was missing. i will drive half an hour to another chipotle than order from this location ever again. and to sheldon who replied, "pepper" does not help me get in contact with anyone, but thanks for the suggestion! read more

I have tried to respond on the website given but the drop down to identify the restaurant in question Doesn't Work. SERIOUSLY?!? I shouldn't have to jump through any more hoops after being disappointed with the product read more

There's a reason this location has horrible reviews. They deserve them. We eat at chipotle way too much (I received an email that I'm in the top 5% of chipotle lovers from our order history in the u.s. ). However, we avoid this location like the plague now. They are always running out of items. We showed up at 11:30 am on a Saturday more than once and they didn't even have veggies cut up!! If you order for pickup and they're out of ingredients, they just leave them off and don't tell you unless you happen to check your order before you leave. This is a poorly managed location. They also ALWAYS get our order wrong if we order for pickup. Do not recommend at all!! read more

Chipotle is always amazing. But these poor reviews are more than accurate. If this is your closest chipotle, drive further literally to any other one. I went on aug, 10th as an uber eats driver to pick up an order right at 10:00pm. The doors were locked, which is fine of course since that's when they close, but then I proceeded to knock and wave towards an employee and I point towards the order that I see on the pickup shelf and she proceeded to walk towards the back. I thought she was coming back but when she never did I moved over to the other window to the employee cleaning and I knock again and I see her smile while avoiding eye contact and say something to another co worker and walk away. I stood there for at least 5 minutes outside the door knocking and had to cancel the person's dinner order. So unprofessional and just disrespectful. Don't know how these people are still employed after these reviews. read more

This is a Lake Dallas staple, I get that but it's not awesome as some seem to think. It's good, I'll give it that but that's about it. The food is okay. I recently got beef fajitas and the flavor was great but there was barely enough meat to make two tacos and easily a whole onion or more on the plate. Onion overkill! I should have just got a two taco plate. The margaritas we had were definitely a cheap mix too. All that being said the prices are right!! If we would have gotten the same things at most other Mexican food places it would have been double. Also, there was only one waitress for the whole room that we could tell. Poor girl stayed in the weeds! Long story short. If your looking for a fair price for decent Tex-Amex it's worth a try. read more

I am giving this a 3 so the one can be a two.... they have literally made me crap my pants, haha this food is more wack than the moles from wack a mole. Sheeeeshhhhhhhhhhh read more

Rude and unprofessional behavior by all employees. Went in to order take out got half way through order they realized I had no mask. Then tried to tell me it was MANDATORY in Corinth TX and in state of Texas which it is not. Tried to explain I already had Covid-19 but they did not care. Most in the restaurant were eating with no mask on or had taken them off and were walking around without them. Their Yelp rating is already less than 2 stars so I guess this is another example of poor leadership from management. Rest assured the customer is not right at this location. Have already told my co-workers to stay away. Read the reviews they speak for themselves!!! read more

Worst chipotle I've ever been to. The staff sucks. Like horrific. I highly suggest you never come to this location.

I am so thankful Chipotle is here but this is one of the worse ones in the company. I think it needs new management that cares about the customers. Very stingy on meat and toppings. I also feel the service can be a little rough sometimes. Love to have it up here but it needs to work out some kinks. read more

My husband and I thought we would give this place another try. Most of the tables were dirty, the lettuce was wilted, the chicken was cold, and the guacamole was black. This place should do better. We will not be back. read more

Worst service ever. Mobile order 30 min ahead and then wait another 30 for cold food. Customer service was not good. Their food isn't great anyway, and with this level of service I will not be back. read more

This place has improved a lot I think. Although I hear about mistakes in the drive thru, I always go inside, and have them prepare it to my specs. I have come to appreciate this place ! read more

Probably won't be coming to this location again. Employees were extremely slow moving so it was natural there be a long line. It did not help that there was no air conditioning. It was hotter inside than it was outside. Finally made it to the front of the line and the portions I was given were ridiculous. I have never been given so little. I asked for double portions and it still seemed a little less than what a normal spoonful would be. To add to the disappointment, the bean and rice were noticeably undercooked. Worst experience I've had at a chipotle by far. read more

Twice, I picked up orders and the guacamole was brownish, so gross. The portions are so small too. Not pleased with food quality or portions at all. read more

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to!!! I was ordering 2 Barbacoa bowls and when he put the meat on, it was the first time I have ever questioned if that was all the meat? The kid stated yes because they put less barbacoa meat than the other meats. It was only 2 small bites of meat!!!! This was ridiculous! First time I ever just turned around and walked out! Doubt I ever return to this location! read more

Ok so we tried this place tonight. Long line several people inside eating. Ordered two bowls, one chicken and one steak. Both bowls were soooooo salty we couldn't even finish them. Unfortunately I ordered take out otherwise I would have taken them both back. Even the chips were super salty. Very disappointed because we love Chipotle. read more

This is the slowest services I have ever seen. The worst part is they're super understaffed so the customers get mad at employees and then the service gets worse hopefully one day they can fix it read more

Absolouly miserable. The last three weeks we have ordered from here and each time we had an issue. Yes, we should have learned our lesson, but given the pandemic we chose to get over it. Now it is getting ridiculous as we just received our dinner again with items missing. We have reached out to managers and even district managers without any response. Called the store to speak to someone about one of our missing orders and she didn't have a clue which step to take next. The question was simple as, "was there a bag our uber eats driver didn't grab". Just ridiculous that they can't get it under control. New staff/management is definitely needed. read more

Wish I would have checked the reviews before I wasted $20 there. They gave me brown guacamole and stale chips. Didn't finish my burrito bowl because I started feeling sick. Go somewhere else....this franchise doesn't live up to the commercials at all. I will say the lady at the window was nice. read more

I've been stuck in drive thru for 1 hour! I called the store. Employee said they screwed up ALL the food and was in the process of re-cooking ALL the food! Avoid this Corinth location at all costs! I won't be back. Have had issues in the past with incorrect orders and long waits. Worst location around. I AM DONE! read more

Really short staffed, only one cook. No chipotle vinaigrette, No Guacamole (was really disappointed at this), and no Pollo Asado. On top of that, the reason for no Pollo Asado was because they didn't make it. Place needs more people, regional guy needs to spend some time here. read more

I LOVE chipotle don't get me wrong and have been to many locations across DFW. This however is by far the slowest operating location I've ever been to. Constantly backed up and when you finally get to the front to make your bowl/burrito they take soooo long to go through the line! Something's got to be done about this location it's incredibly frustrating. read more

Today makes 6 months of me being clean from chipotle. I couldn't be happier or richer. There was once upon a time when I could order double rice and beans for an extremely affordable price of $2.10. But as they say in Breaking Bad and probably also a lot of other things, "all good things must come to an end." Without warning, I started encountering employees who would charge me $5 for these two sides. I inquired and apparently my order was now considered a 3 pointer? Or a triple... point? I don't remember for sure because I blocked out the memory (it was traumatic). I tried coming back about 4 separate times in order to maybe get my order for the affordable price of $2.10, but to no avail. I spent an unnecessary $21 or so in my desperate acts for affordable beans and rice. Do you know just how many beans and rices I could purchase at Sam's Club for $5? Neither do I and yet somehow we both know it's at least 4x more than what you get at Chipotle. These guys started making me actually cook for myself because their sides of rice and beans were $5+. And that is why they didn't get one star. I'm a better partner to my loving girlfriend, I actually have friends now, and I'm a more attentive owner to my pet. I also get my car tuned up regularly because I can afford it now. Unfortunately this Chipotle condones the customer behavior of placing a $200 orders with no warning through the mobile app and then blocking the drive through for the next 25 minutes. Go into the store if you get caught by that. read more

Spend your money to earn rewards but don't you dare try to redeem them and don't expect their management to help at all.

Couldn't agree more with theses comments on this location and the desire to drive much further to the Lewisville store. I live 1.5 miles from the Corinth location and every time I opt to use this store, I regret it. Never experienced lumpy, dry white rice at a Chipotle until here last night. The guacamole serving in a burrito bowl was less than half the size of a side serving one receives in the plastic containers. Again, the Chipotlane was closing down at 8:30 when the store closes at 10, so all the online orders were coming to the main serving area, resulting in inside customers just standing there for minutes at a time without any acknowledgement while the associate worked online orders. 2 people working the serving line while 5, yes 5, were cleaning up for the evening and it was a Friday night; they were busy!! The cashier... I had to tell him my order 3 different times. The assc nearest him at the end of the prep line should know my order. The overall experience at this store continues to be a 1 star rating for service, speed, food quality and that extremely poorly run "Chipotlane". read more

Me and my boyfriend love chipotle, we go all the time but please avoid this location. We've ordered ahead multiple times (probably 7 or 8 times) and every single time our food is cold. We get there exactly on the dot when it's supposed to be ready. They are notorious for forgetting stuff in our order as well. If you want to enjoy your meal don't come here. read more

This location is the worst I have ever been to in the chipotle company. The rice is always undercooked and crunchy. The guacamole is rarely fresh and usually brown and gross. The meat portions are very inconsistent. I hate this because it's right by my house. I will not eat here anymore. Chipotle company should look into this management as it is embarrassing to the brand! read more
