We started with strawberries and the Tres Leches French Toast -- perfectly cooked, soft, and just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. The lemon ricotta pancakes were super fluffy, and the lemon curd on top added a fresh, slightly tart twist that made them stand out. The steak chimichurri hash was packed with flavor -- bold, savory, and balanced with a subtle sweetness that tied everything together really well. And the barbacoa bowl? Easily a 10/10. Be prepared to wait if you come on a Sunday. It's best to join their wait list in advance. Our server Patrick was extremely nice and offered some good recommendations.The ambiances is nice and chic. The food was was good. I ordered the trifecta which consist of a Belgian waffle that was super light and fluffy, potatos (instead of eggs)and chicken apple sausage. Hubby got the traditional breakfast that consist of scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey sausage, potatos and wheat toast. We also got a side of buttered grits. Put in a pick up order for First Watch for brunch today. The staff were friendly, helpful, the environment while I waited was lively and busy. It took me about 25 minutes to get home and the food was still hot when I arrived. We recommend the breakfast sandwich, the avocado was very good on that and the potatoes are delicious; The turkey gravy and biscuits is also delicious! Lastly, eat a waffle. Don't even think about it, just do it. SO good! You'll be happy you did. We will be eating here regularly! read more

I had the best breakfast takeout of my life from here! The pecan carrot pancake was incredible and sugar - free syrup is such a convenient option. There was plenty of fresh crunchy carrots in the pancake and it was not too sweet. The eggs weren't over seasoned and you could tell the chicken sausage patty was high quality meat and very lean. read more

We came in on a Wednesday morning and the front hosts staff was very confused. They were super friendly and nice, but very confused with table numbers. Quickly as we were waiting and the hosts were trying to figure it out, more people came in and there was a group around the door. Eventually we got sat and our server, Rachel, was very nice. She was a very good server! The food is so expensive. It's pretty healthy but there's no sides included. We ended up paying around 50 dollars just for a party of two. That being said we got the purple haze and morning something, but the purple haze was so good! Coffee was nice and warm. Super expensive, staff needs more training, but overall very friendly. read more

I ordered Eggs Benedict and they were served perfect. That is difficult to make with eggs just right and hollindaise sauce. The servers are terrific and check on you often looking from afar instead of asking questions while you are chewing. The restaurant is upscale and nice and clean. I highly recommend this restaurant. I wasted my time getting my order resubmitted and they didn't even get the specifications needed on the order. The food was burnt and was missing a few items. I got the trifecta breakfast with a banana granola pancake! WOW that pancake was so good. I also just got their black coffee and water (great coffee with a refillable thermos!) and a meditation sunrise juice to-go! The juice was super refreshing, very Austin, Texas vibes. The sausage patties with the trifecta look a little different than a traditional sausage patty, but they are literally the best sausage patties I've ever had!!!
