My car battery died just after pumping gas on a very hot summer afternoon. The employees let me stay inside in the AC for an hour to wait for the guy to come jump my car. Disclosure: I have visited 7-11 off Riverside 3+ times. 7-11 is a convenient store known for gas and Slurpees. This is a very new store in Las Colinas. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food/Facility, Return) Atmosphere - Located in Las Colinas, this 7-11 is brand new. It's super clean inside and the gas pumps are never packed. The only problem is you can only access it via going south on Riverside or west on Royal because both streets are divided. It's also the only has station within a 3 mile radius so the prices of gas are a bit higher. 1 Star. Service - Super friendly staff here. I feel like this is a family owned business and they actually CARE about their customers' experiences. We've taken our kids here for Slurpees and they've always are accommodating. 1 Star. Food/Facility - It's clean, has a nice exterior that matches the Las Colinas look, the most of all it passes my Slurpee test. What exactly is the Slurpee test? You can tell how well a 7-11 is cared for by looking at their Slurpee machines. Is it a mess? Sticky on the floor? Out of cups/lids? If the answer is yes, chances are the rest of that 7-11 is just as bad. Not here though. Plenty of cups, lids, flavors, straws, etc. Huge selection of grab and go food items too. A tad expensive but you're paying for convenience at this store (pun intended'). 1 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes, but only for a Slurpee. Gas is pricey and there's a RaceTrac 2.5 miles down the road. But there's no other 7-11 I'd rather go to for my Wild Cherry Slurpee (insert brain freeze here). 1/2 Star. My Yelp Rating Scale (Sum of all parts): 1 Star - Atmosphere - Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I'll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star - Service - You can have a great meal with bad service. But that's also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It's important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars - Facility - I'll award up to two stars for the facility, since this is the main reason we go out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it's really all about the facility. 1 Star - Will I come back? - If I know for a fact I'll return, I'll give this a star. This 7-Eleven is always packed. It is super convenient to my work and home, so it is very easy to run in and out as needed. Great place for when you have the munchies. Of course, I love the frozen drinks on these steamy days! The lines can be long and they really need to find a way to add another register. At least once you do get to the front of the line, the employees are friendly and helpful. read more

Great place to grab the iconic Slurpee! Stopped by to grab a few snacks and candies. Liked the fact they carry healthy Indian snacks such Jabson's Roasted Chana (roasted chickpeas). Did some rambling around the store. It's pretty tidy and everything was well stocked. The also have all sorts of ice creams, big gulp sodas and iced coffees to offer. There's a wall of prepared foods to go if you want a quick bite. Sandwiches, salads, yoghurts and fruit cups. It's all good here! read more

Employees are terrible. The lady here was mopping the floor while customers were shopping. Multiple employees asked her to stop but she kept going. I cant even begin to tell you how frustrated I am right now with the way I was treated at 7-Eleven. There is expired goods horrible service, and little to none restocking. Me and my friend were treated very poorly while making a slight mistake of not paying everything at the same time, though my friend didn't have money, I decided to pay for him after I found all the goods that I needed, and it turns out I bought yogurt that was expired leading me to having food poisoning Today. This has not been the only time I have experienced such a thing in the store. When we gathered up everything we needed to pay for it was time to check out, and the guy was still mad that we didn't pay for everything at the same time my friend paid for what he could afford with the money he had. Today, again- this station was completely out of gas. Gas light pricing still on- but NO gas and only a small sticker on the pumps. VERY frustrating! I literally come here for coffee every morning! The coffee station is always full of creamers, sugar and any other condiments you need for a delicious cup of Joe. My favorite flavors of coffee are the Hazelnut and Columbia. A cup of coffee will run you around $1.50! If coffee is not your thing they have options that include Slurpees, Fountain drinks and a freezer full of anything your heart desires! The only negative remarks are that the bathrooms are disgusting. I wouldn't expect them to be sparkling clean but act like you care a little bit! read more

Regardless, they always have what I need. It's a "get in and get out" type of place. It's a quick stop for some fuel, a bathroom break, a short rest, and some convenient essentials. Conveniently located near the McArthur Marketplace, the Irving Convention Center, and the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, this 7-Eleven can easily serve as the mid-point for people visiting Las Colinas. My favorite 7-Eleven. I stop here early in the morning for kolaches and coffee. I'm somewhat of a coffee snob, and must say 7-Eleven has great coffee - much higher quality than other convenience stores. This store always has it fresh and hot. They make my kolaches fresh for me in under 4 minutes, while I'm getting my coffee. Very nice franchisee and his son run the place, and they have super friendly employees who always make me feel welcome. Store is very clean, well lit and overall provides a great experience. I use to go to the 7/11 on Webb Chapel and Royal lane. When you pull up to the gas pump, this panhandler come to your car and ask to pump you gas or wash your windows. I feel so unsafe because he become hostile. They are allow these people off the streets to harras their customers. Plus they sleep behind the dumpster. Be careful. read more
