It's a little too strong for my tastes, but luckily P&B also can craft traditional coffee drinks iced or hot. I'm an Iced Latte guy and P&B makes an excellent one. 1 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. While a lot more crowded with less comfortable seating than your favorite Seattle based coffee chain, P&B is unique, in a beautiful area, is great for your Instagram feed, and is independent. Over the years, I've always stayed true to my caramel tomnccino (blended caramel/coffee drink topped with whipped cream) as it is sweet but still strong. I've noticed that this location tends to be less consistent in the make of the drinks, but overall I've always enjoyed it. I had a Pistachio Latte that may be the best I've ever tasted. It tastes like fresh roasted pistachio have been melted into a creamy, robust latte!
