The people working the taco counter were very nice. Tacos looked good but did not try. Will come back to taste. I came for car wash! Do not pay anymore for a higher level car wash. Whether you pay $25 or $75, the car wash and detail will be the same. Had to talk to the guys to ask for more detail inside snd out. Spent $86 for deep clean for wife's car for our anniversary. And they were done inside and out with the "deep clean" and carpet mat cleaning in less than 15 minutes. There were obvious things missed on the interior that were listed on service board and a mgr finally showed up to survey and after a few minutes they worked on interior again. I should not have to supervise a group of men in order for the staff to perform the obvious. Come on mgmt, work on this. read more

Car wash is great and they do a really good job. The attitude of some of the workers inside Shell/Dos Tacos is ridiculous. Guy complained about me asking for change when I bought a drink, to tip the car wash staff. Said "next time you don't have to buy anything they will make change for you", evidently he gets too many requests. Not my problem. You want to turn away business over giving change? Learn customer service. read more

I have stopped at this station numerous times on my way home and have been pleased with their station. I want to warn patrons to lock your car while fueling. Washmasters is higher priced than most full service car washes but they are one of the few places that use an air gun and clean your crevasses as part of their basic wash. The only complaint is they are always trying to sell you something - dent repair, windshield repair, gift cards, etc. Would get a hire rating if they could curb the sales pitches. read more

I have gone here several times to get a car wash and every time they show a crack on my windscreen ' due to bad Dallas roads' and recommend me to fix. Talked to the owner and he didn't seem to even care. In fact was all trying to be rude and sleazy. Will not recommend going here at all. read more

Beware of sleazy business practice at the washmasters car wash. Asked the attendant for the basic wash and nothing else. He quoted me $15 and then quickly offered some other offer for $20. I politely reminded him I only wanted the basic wash and then charged me $15. As he was placing the receipt onto my windshield he told me that after the wash just drive off as the service would be complete. I was a bit skeptical. So as we pulled up to the wash bay I noticed he charged me for an ultimate wash and it included a 7day guarantee of some sort. So after the automatic wash was completed I pulled up at the drying bay and contacted the manager on duty. When I told him what happened he was apologetic and made me whole. However even as he did I got the sense this place does this often with hopes people just drive off. The wash itself was probably worth it but I didn't need that thorough of a wash in the first place. It is a toss up if I ever go back but if I do I will be careful not get fooled again. read more

I see the price on the sign from the road, that says $2.69, which is at least ten cents higher than other places, but hey, I needed gas and it's Shell, I like Shell gas, so I pull in. What I didn't see from the road was, in smaller letters, it says "with car wash" - so I start the process by putting my debit card in the slot, then realize that the price is actually $2.79, so I go ahead and fill up my car. You know, I don't care about a car wash, just be straight forward and put the price of the gas up there and charge what ever you charge for the car wash. I'ts not my usual go to place to stop, but under my circumstances this morning I stopped here, but I likely won't again...only maybe...if I'm desperate. read more

Ripoff. They charge 10 more cents per gallon if you choose to not buy a car wash making them 20 cents more than most places. They also put it in fine print on the signs so you can't read it until you've gotten off the highway. Then, it's a very long time to get to an on ramp to get back on 635. Avoid! read more

Rip off on price of gas if you do not buy your car wash first, the price of gas is 10 cents more a gallon than posted. Would consider that false advertising. The people at the car wash are great. The people that own the station/C store rip people off. So I will wash my car here but go elsewhere for gas. Car wash members have to pay the greater price also. read more

This gas station / convenient store / car wash is a A++ for me. I used to live near by and had a membership here for car washes. They do a great job. I also use this location a lot due to its location as well as they offer Fuel Man which is the gas card my company provides me with. They are very clean inside as well. Great place for a quick stop. Had a meh experience with the tacos, even though they are usually awesome. The spicy pork had really hard pieces and our order of steak tacos didn't have the cilantro/onions we ordered nor sauce. So I called up there and a lady named Leyla promised to make things right and said the next time we come in they will remake it for us. So that makes me happy because usually the tacos are to die for! And I'll definitely check the order for the cil/onion/sauce from now on. read more

Getting gas there is not a problem, but I'll never use Wash Masters again! A couple of months ago they got me because they said the $10 wash was the basic, even though I knew better I took it because I was in a hurry and my car was filthy. Today I stopped there to get gas, and paid for the basic wash (6.99) at the pump. Pulled up to the attendant at the car wash, and was refused service because I wouldn't pay extra. He said I can't go through the car wash because I had mud on my car (there was no mud!) and it would cost me extra if I did. Sleazy business practice as someone already said. I told him I wanted what I paid and he refused. Got my money back but I will not use them ever again! read more
