I used to get gas here all the time because the location was super-convenient. It's been empty for months now, and they just now finished the 7 Eleven here. So not only can you get gas here, but you can buy all that crummy 7-Eleven food and drinks you are addicted to so much! Actually, I really like their cappuchino machine thing. I don't know what you call it - it's like foamy coffee. But it's addictive. - Anyhow, this place is brand new and it's nice to get a gas station with modern equipment that I can actually read instead of having to squint in the sun to read that tiny dial saying "zip code?" or what-have-you. - Thumbs up!

It's OK because it's right off the main drag and sometimes you just have to get gas but today I went to get gas on my lunch hour and the pump had a no credit card sign. This was not fun. I really don't like going into the store if I don't have to because I'm not getting a full tank of gas on guesstimating how much gas I need. There was at least one of the pump that was out of service and having an Audi I have to park on the right side of gas pump cause my tank is on my passenger side so this was not fun today.

I've dealt with plenty of rude employees before, but your attitude and the way you spoke to me went far beyond what anyone should have to tolerate as a paying customer. You weren't simply having a bad day -- you were unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. There was absolutely no reason to treat a customer the way you did. I came into the store expecting a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, and instead I was met with an attitude that was completely out of line. If you don't want to interact with customers, that's one thing. But when your job requires you to deal with the public, basic respect and professionalism aren't optional. Management needs to seriously address the way you conduct yourself behind that register!!!!!!!! Customers should not have to walk into a business and feel like they're being personally attacked or talked down to by the cashier. Malik, you didn't just provide bad customer service -- you made the entire experience unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful. Because of your behavior, I will absolutely think twice before ever returning to this location, this place needs to reconsider who we he hire because this image does not look good for them. Do better. Treat people with the same basic respect you expect for yourself.

I called because I had an order in limbo AGAIN. This literally happens every month. The gentleman who picked up went over my prescriptions by name and all without verifying who I was. When I asked a question that required him to go into the system he finally verified me. I'm guessing that's because the system won't let them in without answers to the verification questions. The thing is, I didn't need to know anything about my prescriptions other than where they were. He didn't listen to what I initially asked which led to the HIPPA issues. When he finally listened we were able to find the delivery order was just like I said it was but nobody in the pharmacy had processed it. Again this happens every single month. I only go to Walgreens because my benefit plan switched from Kroger to Walgreens. It has been an absolute disaster. The people I've encountered in the pharmacy have been rude in some cases, liars in some cases and inept in all cases. They need to clean house and start over. I'm going to switch to a different location that's out of my way to see if it's this location or a systemic issue within Walgreens. And the App is absolute trash. Worst app in their industry by far.

I'm giving this review at a "Quik Trip" for one reason and really one reason alone. Don't get it…read morewrong, this is one of my number one service stations to stop at and anytime. Their restrooms are basically always open and their service is very fast and friendly. This review gets a 5-star review because I went in and saw these pistachios on discount sale for $4.50. Still this is not the reason I'm giving this review. Because I basically lost my mind and walked out with my debit card still in the machine. The manager ran outside and return my card. They got my loyalty and a good review for that kind of service!!
