Oh boy, this was not good today. Usually, I have no problems coming to this gas station. It's perfectly located even though the prices are higher than some other places. It's OK because it's right off the main drag and sometimes you just have to get gas but today I went to get gas on my lunch hour and the pump had a no credit card sign. This was not fun. I really don't like going into the store if I don't have to because I'm not getting a full tank of gas on guesstimating how much gas I need. There was at least one of the pump that was out of service and having an Audi I have to park on the right side of gas pump cause my tank is on my passenger side so this was not fun today. read more

Wish I could give Malik and this gas station a negative star... Malik, the way you treated me as a customer was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. I've dealt with plenty of rude employees before, but your attitude and the way you spoke to me went far beyond what anyone should have to tolerate as a paying customer. You weren't simply having a bad day -- you were unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. There was absolutely no reason to treat a customer the way you did. I came into the store expecting a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, and instead I was met with an attitude that was completely out of line. If you don't want to interact with customers, that's one thing. But when your job requires you to deal with the public, basic respect and professionalism aren't optional. Management needs to seriously address the way you conduct yourself behind that register!!!!!!!! Customers should not have to walk into a business and feel like they're being personally attacked or talked down to by the cashier. Malik, you didn't just provide bad customer service -- you made the entire experience unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful. Because of your behavior, I will absolutely think twice before ever returning to this location, this place needs to reconsider who we he hire because this image does not look good for them. These people are scammers. I stop by here frequently because it's very very close to my office, but I hate it. They had a Vitamin Water promotion, 2 for $4 or something like that. I only needed one for my daughter since I don't like Vitamin Water, so I was fine paying $2.69 or whatever for one. Well, the guy scanned it twice, when I noticed, instead of voiding one he said "you can grab another one". He was counting on me not noticing. They also NEVER let you use your rewards. this place is absolute trash. Especially during the lunch hour. Cars are parked illegally. You cannot get to the gas pump. Do not buy a car wash with your gas because they will not honor it if the code doesn't work. They allow people to park in ways that are dangerous for other people coming into the store and it is a huge liability. The manager was very rude. Raj. Get rid of this guy, he's the worst manager ever or owner. Man was really upset I put my phone number in for rewards even tho I didn't use them, after that he scanned my 1 bag of chips, and was really offended he had to pull his glasses out to count out quarters and a few dimes for a bag of chips, not like it was $10 worth of dimes for gas. He then proceeded to mumble under his breath some words towards me as I just kept silent. I couldn't understand him at all but he said 2.85, so I just assumed I was off €15, at this point I didn't wanna be there anymore, or deal with the angry guy, so I went to grab my wallet at that point to pay with my card since he was making a big deal outta me using pocket change for a bag of chips. Once I came back inside to pay he was telling me to get out the store, I'm not sure what I did to offend him, besides maybe he didn't like counting, or doesn't like US currency? Anyways he rejected me paying with my card, so at that point I just pulled out the ¢15 put it down on the counter and left as he said whatever he said in his language. I came into the store, parked at a station and prepaid for a tank of gas. Walk outside to notice the note on the pumps that say no premium nor Mid-grade and go back inside to cancel the transaction (less than one minute) and a different guy comes up (first guy was great and fast all the time) and tells me without the receipt I can only get cash back. THE RECIPIENT WAS SITTING IN THE PRINTER STILL AND I SAID THAT. He proceeded with the cash and I'm really not happy. At the end of the day it's just gas and miscommunication but right now not pleased. read more

Stopped in for tobacco and alcohol. I chose a 4-pk of champagne for $8.49. When we checked out it rang up $9.99. I told Chhitiy "cashier" the price was $8.49 and he ignored me. I went to the shelf and showed him the price. He just left it as $9.99. My husband asked if I wanted it, which I did however for the price it was advertised. The cashier didn't care one bit. As we were leaving the other cashier came over to read the sign and saw the advertised price. Not one of them cared enough to make this sale or make me happy. How many other products are sold at the wrong price there and are NOT caught? Or how many unhappy customers leave without getting what they want? Just because we live in Las Colinas does not make it ok either way! read more

I was literally parked 30 seconds about to enter the store and this really ugly cashier (some chick with glasses like a 2 out 10) came out and started cussing at me to use the gas station or leave. The service from her was so disgusting. Will not return. Better train your disgusting employees to be respectful. read more

It's shocking to see considering infections and deaths are still relatively high in Dallas County. How is a company like seven-eleven allowing management to violate the law. Odd to say, but this is literally my favorite 7-Eleven to visit. It's always clean and typically stocked with fast service, but the best part? Not only does it have an updated drink station with all the fancy coffee options, but it has this fantastic green machine (not sure of the name) where it makes smoothies, shakes, frappes, iced coffee, etc for TWO DOLLARS! The main reason I'm leaving this feedback is because I went to this gas station yesterday to get a car wash. First off, the machine wasn't even reading credit cards so I had to park my car in line and go inside to pay. The register clerk was rude and didn't even care that the machine wasn't working, he just pointed to which wash I wanted to buy. I paid $8 for the basic wash. Once inside the car wash, the machine just sprayed water and that's it, no soap or anything. It didn't even dry my car properly. I got home and my car looked even dirtier than before because of all the water spots. There's car washes that charge way less than this and clean your car properly. read more

Not sure how the other poster said they "take pride in this location". They take pride in ripping off the consumer. Their air machine doesn't work. After freely taking my money I went inside to complain and get my money back. They were aware it wasn't functioning but did not put a sign indicating such on the machine. They then indicated they cannot refund my money. I asked to speak the tie manager but he hung out in the back office and didn't come out so I left. This complaint is based not on the small amount of money lost but rather principle. I have already complained to 7-11 corporate about this facility fleecing money from customers. read more

It's conveniently located and it has most of the necessary convenient items. The beer selection is mediocre. The gas and the merchandise is expensive. It has a car wash that I've never gotten to work. I usually avoid this place but if I happen to be driving by it, I'll stop for gas. One plus, like most 7-Eleven's, it has an XactAir which is awesome. I like to set the pressure a little higher than recommended. It's dead simple to use, simply connect the hose, set the pressure, and wait for it to beep. It's expensive when you consider that QT is free, but if you don't want to have to mess with a gauge then this is the way to go. I usually find this location's XactAir to be in service. read more

There are good 7-Elevens and there are Very Good 7-Elevens, and this is a very good one! Always clean, the fuel pumps, including the diesel ones are always operational and the staff is always friendly! To top it off, they got a great car wash. read more

The customer service is horrible, I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and was stared at as though I had ask how to build a spaceship. Also got a mozzarella stick wrapped in salami and it had mold on it. read more

Went in to get a big red & it tasted like carbonated Hawaiian Punch. I told the guy working & he told me I could get a cup of ice & a bottle from the same price as the fountain drink (.79 cents) I had candy & gum as well and only enough money for what I was going to get. I went to pay and the lady at the register said I had to pay for the cup & the bottle of big red I had already poured in the cup. So I got charged for the cup + $2.25 for the big red- almost $3 for a soda that normally cost me .86 with tax. I told her I didn't have enough money to pay for that, as I had only brought enough to pay for what I was getting. When I said never mind, I didn't want any of it, she said I had to pay for the big red because I already opened it. So I put my candy that I really wanted back and bought the damn big red. Horrible customer service. If one of your employees tells me I can get it for the same price as the fountain drink, you should honor that. I'll be making my daily stop at QT from now on. read more

For someone who has used just about every gas station bathroom in existence (frequently traveling), this one is beyond exceptional. By far, the cleanest and tidiest station I have been into. Service is also splendid and attentive- the staff must know they're appreciated for their hard work! Always come to this 7 eleven and have NEVER had any complaints. More gas stations should model these ethics & take a few notes, I am one happy customer!!! read more

This is the cleanest fastest gas station ever, they have a great selection of fruits, sandwiches, and junk food. While it is always super busy, you do not wait to long in line. The employees are nice and friendly as well. Come here and leave fast! They also have a drive through car wash and tire air pump. Overall this is a great place to get gas. One stop shop! read more
