Was unable to get my migraine prescription filled at another CVS for several months so switched here hoping they get higher fill priority. The lady at drive-thru followed up with the pharmacist and Dr to get me what I needed. Turned out there wasn't a shortage but no availability of the prescription requirements as written. Do not purchase gift cards at this location. Fraudulent gift cards exist (big racket in last few years where thieves steal gift cards, tamper with the claim code, drain the balance, and return to the store racks perfectly repackaged - it's an art apparently!). I'll never purchase a gift card at a retail store again. CVS needs to do better with this very well known retailer issue and have cameras on their gift card display. I am out HUNDREDS of dollars and CVS local nor corporate will help after spending hours to file a claim. read more

Called to ask about prescription that I have been waiting for a week. Pharmacist not helpful when asked if any other CVS stores around have the drug. She said I'm very busy so you can call other stores. Wow unbelievable she would tell me she's too busy to help. read more

Absolute garbage pharmacy. Waited in line 20 minutes - 1 person in front of me. As I waited, car pulled up in drive through. The pharmacy had not received what it needed from his doctor. Then, finally I get to front of line. They ask me to move over so they can serve person behind me. Ok, now I'm up. Guess what - they have not received prescription from my doctor - that story sounds familiar. Bulls--- then they say they don't have the medicine anyway. Clearly what happened is they got prescription, did not have the medicine, and simply threw prescription away without informing my doc. Place sucks. 100 E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092 Horrible experience. Person at the pharmacy (not the front cashier) was extremely rude. She was unwilling to ring the 3 over the counter medicines I had that I had placed down and told her I would be taking them before I requested the prescription, only ringing the prescription. I had to pay twice, one with her (tall blond and on the younger side), and one at the front. I think this was retaliation because when I arrived, the pharmacy section was still closed. There was another customer in front of me, and we started chatting that it was frustrating that they open at 10 am, and frankly we were both thinking of switching pharmacies. She overheard us because she was standing there, using her phone. There was no reason she could not ring those 3 medications along with the prescription. The cashier was great at the front, very sweet and understanding of my frustration. read more

Pharmacy staff at this particular store is not cordial at all. I had an urgent pick up request from my doctor for my asthma medication, when I went there, they told me to come back 1.5 hours later. I asked them if they could kindly fill it ASAP because it's for my asthma, all three of the ladies working there made sure to reply to me individually one after the other, saying that , we're trying our best mam , we have 15 more urgent requests ahead of you, we will text you once it's ready. Technically, yes they're doing their job. But it's the attitude that makes all the difference. They could've told me that there are 15 more requests ahead of you but you're the first one here to pick it up, so let's help you get that going for you. That's all. They could've still taken their sweet hour and a half to fill my medication but they chose to iterate how hard their job is and how they're trying their best. Now I may sound like an impatient person but when a person whose having a hard time breathing is requesting an urgent fill up, the last thing he/she wants is to be schooled about how hard the pharmacist is trying to do their job. A giant company like CVS can surely pay for customers service training for its pharmacists. It seems they're unhappy at their work place thus the cold treatment of their customers. Horrible customer service! Refused to fill my prescription even when I went back to the doctor and got a paper hard copy of the script. Then the pharmacy department laughed as I walked away. Now we go on vacation without needed meds. Thanks for nothing. I'd rather die then visit your pharmacy again. read more

The absolute worst and they are consistent. They do not answer the phone. They are rude. They make commitments on when Rx's will be ready. They almost never deliver. They say they are understaffed, but they usually have 5 people working. They are also extremely rude. I have been good there for over a year. I just switched. Switched my prescriptions here when we moved and never had an issue. Especially helpful to drop off and pick up at drive through . Wait I did have a problem transferring, both locations couldnt do it for me, so I ended up having my dr send the RX to this location . So -1 star for that. I just discovered I could order bday invites online and pick up here the same day. Ordered at 1:30p on a Sunday and they were ready within the hour. Never again. I ordered baby shower cards online to be picked up at 6:00 this evening. I provided my phone number, name and contact info. I arrived at 9:00 this evening to pick them up (five hours for a service that advertised one hour pick-up), and I knew as soon as I said why I was there that something was amiss. The employee behind the counter walked over to their printing machine and fiddled with it for a moment, stating, "yeah... our machine is broken..." her voice trailed off, and I mistakenly assumed she would have more to say. "So...?" I tried to coax her to continue, but she just shrugged her shoulders and said, I'm sorry, I don't know what to do." I can't even comprehend what I'm hearing. I asked her why they didn't bother to call me or email me or contact me at all this entire time and she just smiled awkwardly and shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know?" Seriously? "Is there anyone here who would know?" By now, my frustration is starting to show. "Yeah. I can call the manager up here if you want." I asked her to please do so, but in the end, she wasn't much more helpful. She stated that their "machine was broken" and sidestepped my question all together about why I wasn't notified. She finally agreed to call around and I'm pretty much in a bind now, at the mercy of these employees and their monumental incompetence, so I said I'll drive wherever I need to drive to, although it sure would be nice if they let me know before I waste my time again if my order will be completely ignored. Things happen, I get it, but my contact information was clearly right in front of her and all she had to do was let me know as soon as they realized their machine was broken! How hard could that be? They weren't even busy when I walked in. I'm so angry about these employees unbelievable lack of customer service or even knowledge of their own store, it's almost too ridiculous to be true. * The manager (how she earned that title, I'll never know), just called me back and advised me that the cards will be ready in about 40 minutes, which I suppose will work out because that is how long I'll have to drive to get to this other store location. I asked her for an intersection to locate the store, she didn't know it. I asked her for a street number address and she initially gave me the wrong one. After finally getting an actual address out of this person, I decided it wise to ask for their phone number. "You want their phone number?" I'm just biting my tongue at this point. "Umm... I guess I can look it up," she replies. Incredibly, this woman actually sounds put out by my question. "That would be great," I say while gritting my teeth in a forced smile. Did she not JUST get off the phone with them, I'm thinking to myself?? I'm literally still sitting in their parking lot waiting for her phone call, so it's not like any appreciable amount of time has passed since she called them herself(?). Keep in mind, this is the manager I was speaking to! Rarely in my life have I had the misfortune of dealing with a business as utterly useless as this one. CVS should be ashamed to have this store location under their brand name. The service here is so absurd, I'd be laughing right now if these people were not so relentlessly ruining my life. read more

Worst CVS EVER. (100 E. Southlake, TX) I had several items with coupons and Marissa was in a big hurry to get off work. Several of my coupons she said didn't apply and rushed through my entire checkout. I had gone here before but usually shop at Ira E. Woods, Grapevine, TX. Because I was close, I decided to try it again. I had sworn before I would never go to this store because of the staff not being helpful and friendly. I will NEVER go this CVS again! Because I live in Southlake it's further to drive to the Ira E Woods location, but I learned a valuable lesson. DON'T SHOP at Southlake CVS! The staff at Ira E. Woods, is fabulous and I NEVER have a problem. Kudos to CVS Grapevine, and my recommendation for the Southlake store is fire everyone there, including the Manager !!! read more

Such a disappointment! Not friendly when you walk in, in fact was not sure there was anyone on duty at all. No one at the register and this was 5/pm. Would not honor coupons that were less than 5 days expired- yes less than. Why make it difficult for the consumer? The store Manager showed no sense of care- with her hands on her hips and monotoned response/excuse that it was corporate's problem and doing. Had an $83 bill and had the clerk return the majority because of the price and not honoring coupons that CVS issued. Sale ended being $30. A loss for CVS and a gain for Walgreens. read more

Worst prescription service! I have one medication in the auto-refill program. When I was almost out of medication, I got daily texts FOR SIX DAYS saying my medication had been ordered. On the evening of Day 7 I got a text that my order was ready for pickup. At 9AM the following morning I showed up only to be told they would need to order my medication. No explanation, no apology, just "it should be here by tomorrow." At this point I'm out of my medication. Worst customer service ever. read more

Just moved to southlake and tried this pharmacy for my children and myself, 4 times and 4 problems, not to mention I have watched them stare at a computer and completely ignore customers and the phone. I have tried to call 2 times and sat on hold for over 11 mins the first time and 13 mins the second. I hung up both times. Terrible service at the pharmacy, but not like that is something new for CVS. Came here to pick up a normal prescription and had to give a new insurance card, was told my "prescription info" was not on the card even though it was clearly stated on the front by the Rx...The girl talked to me like I was unbelievably dumb so I had to drive all the way home, call my insurance for them to tell me that it was the proper card. From there I had to drive all the way back to re pick back up my prescription from another snobby prescription girl. So annoying and disrespectful on their part. Very poor customer service from this pharmacy. Attempted for over a week to get an appointment for a booster that works with my schedule. Had an appointment arranged at another location but they didn't have the booster I needed. Tried immediately to get appointnent with this location and after several attempts online, attempted to contact the store via phone. After waiting for a time on the phone, someone answered call only to tell me that I needed to schedule on line and immediately hung up on me without listening to the problems I was having trying to book online. I then called and spoke with the manager on duty who was to leave a phone message with the pharmacy manager who never called back. Today I attempted a walk in only to be told they used the last two doses for the day, and that I would have to book online. Attempted to explain that I had already tried online and explained proper problems and no return contact from the pharmacy manager. They offered to book me or they weeks from now m even though I had been attempting for over a week. The customer service is horrible at this location and I recommend you stay away from this place. read more

This location lacks quality service and stock. The employees were rude and simply unhelpful. They lacked knowledge of the location of the items I needed and mislead me down several aisles. I have been here three times in a row without being able to find the makeup it displays online as in stock. It was overall quite the disappointing shopping experience. read more

Never staffed properly, and the cashiers have no issue chatting with someone for 5 plus minutes while you and several other people have to just wait and wait and wait to get checked out.
