As always Walgreens delivers great service! Love the drive through and today was my lucky day, no one in line and right after their lunch break. Walgreens is surveying their customer service so take the time to give reviews on employees performance. If you do go inside you will always get a welcoming hello which is nice but i only shop for necessities and pick up prescriptions as the cost of their everyday it's are high! Boo!! My recent experience at Walgreens Pharmacy was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After my son's prescription was sent over multiple times by the children's urgent care--both electronically and via fax--Walgreens repeatedly claimed that they never received it. We were diligent in following up with the prescriber, who did everything possible to make sure the prescription was sent correctly, but Walgreens continued to deny its arrival. We arrived at Walgreens thirty minutes before closing, hoping to get my son's antibiotics so he could finally get some relief from the excruciating pain he was experiencing. Instead, we ended up waiting for over twenty minutes. When 9:02 PM came around, the pharmacist told us we couldn't be helped because the store was closed. Despite seeing my son in obvious pain and knowing how critical it was for him to get his medication, the pharmacist refused to assist us. The lack of compassion and empathy displayed by the staff was shocking. My son needed antibiotics that night, yet we were turned away with no help or understanding. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Walgreens, and I will not be using this location or any other Walgreens in the future. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially when a child's well-being is at stake. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy to operate with so little concern for its patients. read more

Called to transfer prescription lady who answered was very short, didn't want to answer the questions, mumbling and huffing. Refused to transfer my rx "because she couldn't find it" ... no supervisors or managers in office to speak for days at a time so not sure who is running or overseeing things here. I'll stick to driving out of the way to receive better service. read more

Today was amazing! So I knew this location didn't open until 7:30, but decided to head over after dropping my hubby at work and wait. Not a problem. One of the staff saw us an let us come inside 4 minutes early! So sweet. I was just grabbing laundry detergent, photos and a popit for my kiddo. I love coming to Walgreens for photo prints! They make it super easy to get my pictures developed quickly and conveniently.

Nothing bad, nothing special. Went in for passport photos. I guess the new norm is that over-casual and "at least I responded to you" has replaced professionalism and customer service. After 15 mins and almost $40 for 2 sets of photos, I didn't even get an acknowledgment as a customer; just handed me the envelope and straight to the next customer. You couldn't ask for better service anywhere. Cary, Tom, and the entire staff in the pharmacy are professional and quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have about my prescriptions. Like the other reviews below, Pharmacist is very rude here talks to you like you know nothing about insurance. They mess up your prescriptions by not running insurance the right way. Even if you decide to not use insurance they tell you you can't use good rx when you have coupon literally right on app. Will be switching pharmacies. read more

I had my photo taken for my passport and when I got to the passport office they said it was the wrong dimensions and they could not accept it so I had to pay to have my photo taken again. I drove straight to Walgreens and told them what the passport place said. Because the photo was taken over 30 days ago, they said I was not in the system and I did not have the receipt. The back of my photo had all of the information including transaction, date, store number, etc. The assistant general manager said all she could do was offer me a store credit or I could call one800 Walgreens. Not once did she say I apologize for the inconvenience or I wish I could do more. She just kept repeating that she could give me a store credit or I could call one800 Walgreens. I forgot to mention that when I first came to the counter the girl that works the photo booth said she could tell it was wrong immediately. I called Walgreens corporate and filed a report. I won't shop at this Walgreens again as long as I know that assistant manager is there. Very.poor customer service. read more

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy to go to. I've been going for years and continuously give them the benefit of the doubt but I have had it. Got my wisdom teeth out today and we had my doctor call them 3 times, still no meds and they keep saying to just call my doctor back. It's been over 7 hours without pain meds, this is extremely ridiculous. The pharmacists back there are lazy and blow off any sort of responsibility what so ever. This poor communication with the doctors prescribing the medicine is not new to me - this has happened more times than I can count in the past. Isn't getting people their prescribed medicine YOUR JOB? Somebody get some new management or something this staff is HORRIBLE. read more

I want to give them a 4 star but just can't. The pharmacy was nice and friendly however they called me Friday and said they would have my script in on Monday instead of Friday because they were waiting on a shipment. That was fine because I wasn't completely out yet. I ran out Monday night and went Wednesday already suffering some negative side affects from missing a day of meds only to be told that they were supposed to have been restocked that morning but they didn't get any. She called around and found some at another location, advised it would be ready today after 2PM. I asked if they could give me one or two just to get me by because the side effects were getting bad. They gave me one at no charge. This location has been known to be very slow at checkout, they try to open other registers if they line gets too long, however the extra register has typically been opened by someone inexperienced. read more

The absolute WORST!!! I have NOTHING positive to say about the pharmacy staff. They are rude, dismissive, and inattentive. They have "lost" my refills MULTIPLE times. They have given me attitude and made me feel like a burden to them because of how inept they are. I will NEVER use another Walgreens EVER again. I just transferred all my scripts to CVS. read more

I waited for over 45 minutes today for COVID vaccine. Several people that arrived after us were seen and got their vaccine, and we continued to wait. We were never called so after 45 minutes we left. Employees were not friendly and acted like we were a burden. Will never go to this Walgreen's again. They need to get it together. read more

WORST pharmacy ever! I have literally had to wait for every single prescription I have ever tried to fill here at least three times the quoted wait time. I have had prescriptions called in, electronically sent and handed them written prescriptions and they have problems with all three methods even if you send the prescriptions to them hours in advance and call them to make sure they have received the prescriptions. Follow my advice and get your prescriptions filled at Tom Thumb so at least you can grocery shop while you wait. read more

Biggest joke for a pharmacy center , photo department or to purchase ANYTHING. They've not only messed up my medicine by over charging me after providing them with my Driver's license , by getting another person's medicine. That's the pharmacy department. They are blind. They looked at my driver's license and gave me another person's medicine. Great job. Then on the photo department overcharged me and the fat chick with glasses that normally is just there to stock rings me up by over $10 and when I corrected her she bolted at me as it and barked - like an alley dog saying ," the register is always right." I asked her how much 10 plus 2 is and she said," what ever the register says is right!" Poor sap apparently was not only useless but a first grade drop out, lacking proper education , I meant any schooling or etiquette , poor country girl stood before me like a waste of a scum. I called the manager and not only did he refund me the error that fat chick made in gross sums, but he gave me my $53 items for free. I made out like a bandit at the hands of s tool. Have used this Walgreens for years to fill my prescriptions and often stop to by cosmetics and cards. The young lady who works in the cosmetic department is awesome. She lets you have time to look but when she senses you're having trouble she comes to the rescue. On 3 different occasions she has helped me match lipstick, blush and helped me find another hard to locate product. She is so sweet and attentive and provides excellent customer service. She appears to enjoy being around makeup!! I only wish I had gotten her name before posting this!! read more

this old guy was at the register one year who said he worked there part-time, ripped me off big time! he sold me tickets for the fair, but refused to give me the two tickets that i just paid for. the tickets were in his hand. i asked him to give me the tickets. the old fart refused to hand me the tickets which were in his hand. i could see them. it was late one night. he had the gall to tell me that my cash register receipt was my ticket! i was mad. i should have called the police ! the problem is that it was late at night and i was tired. i came back another day and complained to a manager. the manager refused to give me my money back. the fair made me buy new tickets! what kind of scam is this.. read more

I absolutely hate this Walgreens!!! Almost every time I've dropped off a prescription I am told it will be ready at a certain time. I even wait a few minutes past the time to make sure it'll be ready for pick up. When I do get there I am then told they don't have my prescription because it is out of stock!! So not only did I spend half the day waiting on a prescription that they don't have but now I have to either drive to a different pharmacy or wait until This location gets it in. So many issues with their pharmacy. Wrong strength of meds delivered from what prescription requested. Lucky I caught it before I took them. Submitting prescriptions that were expired. Rude pharmacy manager. None of the staff knows how to say "thank you". This is 3 miles from my house and I drive 10 miles to a CVS because they are soooo much better.
