Walgreens is surveying their customer service so take the time to give reviews on employees performance. If you do go inside you will always get a welcoming hello which is nice but i only shop for necessities and pick up prescriptions as the cost of their everyday it's are high! Boo!! After my…read moreson's prescription was sent over multiple times by the children's urgent care--both electronically and via fax--Walgreens repeatedly claimed that they never received it. We were diligent in following up with the prescriber, who did everything possible to make sure the prescription was sent correctly, but Walgreens continued to deny its arrival. We arrived at Walgreens thirty minutes before closing, hoping to get my son's antibiotics so he could finally get some relief from the excruciating pain he was experiencing. Instead, we ended up waiting for over twenty minutes. When 9:02 PM came around, the pharmacist told us we couldn't be helped because the store was closed. Despite seeing my son in obvious pain and knowing how critical it was for him to get his medication, the pharmacist refused to assist us. The lack of compassion and empathy displayed by the staff was shocking. My son needed antibiotics that night, yet we were turned away with no help or understanding. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Walgreens, and I will not be using this location or any other Walgreens in the future. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially when a child's well-being is at stake. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy to operate with so little concern for its patients.

Basically was called a liar when I asked why my Montelukast prescription did not get transferred and could not be found. I have a text where it tells me that medication and 3 others were ready for pickup. When I checked on the app, it showed cash or discounted prices, I thought, oh I got new insurance and the must not have it. I uploaded my new insurance card and sent a message and they responded it had been received. A few minutes after is when I received the text the medications were ready, and I called because it still showed the discounted costs. They told me they do not accept my insurance so they were giving me the discount. She told me I could call my insurance and find out what pharmacy accepts it. I did that and the new pharmacy told me they would call and get my prescriptions transferred. The new pharmacy called and said CVS only transferred 3 prescriptions and she called to ask about the fourth one. I gave her the name again (Montelukast) and she called CVS to transfer it, they told her they did not have that prescription. I told her I would call CVS and find out what happened to it. The lady that answered could not help me so she transferred me to the pharmacist. He was so rude in raising his voice and basically saying I was lying because he showed no record of it being in my profile. I told him I had received a text it was ready, the discounted price I had to pay if I wanted it from there, and he said I don't know what to tell you, we don't have it! I asked him what happened to it from this morning to now? He could not tell me. I know pharmacists change shifts, things can get lost and/or misplaced. They are human. But do NOT try and say I don't know what I am talking about when I know what I received and what I saw in the app. Here is the proof I have of my texts and the time they were sent this morning. MON stands for Montelukast...and I just wanted to know what happened to the prescription, because CVS had received it before I even left the doctor's office this morning. And now that one prescription has mysteriously vanished from CVS and any proof they "received" it. Well, this is my proof they did!

It's family owned, and the same people have served as us for the last 8 years. They know us and we know them. They have a drive-thru window, and offer many services (even pet meds). They will also assist you in finding the best part D plans for the drugs you use. If you live in Grapevine you really need to check them out. The big chains just can't provide this type of personal service.

They would not call our doctor for refills but would "without our request" fill prescriptions that had refills and include them in our bag although we specifically stated over the phone 3x I could not take a particular script because it was contraindicated with what I must take. The pharmacist promised to refund $110 rectifying what they did THEN he failed to do so. Additionally their creams clicked out over a month never have the same amount in them or the same consistency. This is the most expensive compounding pharmacy in northwest DFW with the lowest ratings from individual consumers. Go where you are treated honorably and the products are consistent.

No indication of when it will reopen, but says to visit a nearby Walgreens. Called phone number that called me initially and recording says no one can talk to me since they are on break. It was easy to use the search and had various filtering capabilities. I found this CVS as the nearest location, so I transferred the prescription with a touch of a button. Not long after, i received a notification that my script was being filled. That was fast! A little later I received notice that it was ready, but I didn't have availability to drive out at ththat time. Next day I went out, but it was during rush hour traffic. If you go at this time, make sure to bring your patience. Easy parking in a separate lot off to the side. I walked in and was addressed immediately- great customer service! all went quickly.
