Drive thru was closed Sunday at 1:30 pm. The posted hours are open until 6 pm. I understand staff shortages, but, let ppl know.

Just went inside to pick up prescriptions. Both registers kept malfunctioning. Cashier received zero support. I had to give solutions.

Walgreens is surveying their customer service so take the time to give reviews on employees performance. If you do go inside you will always get a welcoming hello which is nice but i only shop for necessities and pick up prescriptions as the cost of their everyday it's are high! Boo!! After my…read moreson's prescription was sent over multiple times by the children's urgent care--both electronically and via fax--Walgreens repeatedly claimed that they never received it. We were diligent in following up with the prescriber, who did everything possible to make sure the prescription was sent correctly, but Walgreens continued to deny its arrival. We arrived at Walgreens thirty minutes before closing, hoping to get my son's antibiotics so he could finally get some relief from the excruciating pain he was experiencing. Instead, we ended up waiting for over twenty minutes. When 9:02 PM came around, the pharmacist told us we couldn't be helped because the store was closed. Despite seeing my son in obvious pain and knowing how critical it was for him to get his medication, the pharmacist refused to assist us. The lack of compassion and empathy displayed by the staff was shocking. My son needed antibiotics that night, yet we were turned away with no help or understanding. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Walgreens, and I will not be using this location or any other Walgreens in the future. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially when a child's well-being is at stake. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy to operate with so little concern for its patients.

Unfortunately, our recent experience with Justin Family Pharmacy was among the most disappointing we've encountered. Following a visit to the emergency room, our son's prescription was sent to Justin Family Pharmacy. Before proceeding, he contacted the pharmacy to confirm they were in-network with TRICARE, and the staff confirmed they were. However, when asked to provide insurance information, the technician requested details such as the RxBIN number. As a military family, we only have a military ID, which typically suffices for prescriptions and does not include an RxBIN. Rather than assisting by looking up the necessary information using our sponsor's Social Security number--a standard procedure--or contacting TRICARE directly, the technician instead advised us to call CVS or Walgreens to have the prescription transferred. When I asked for clarification, he plainly stated that he did not want our business. I was shocked by the dismissive and unprofessional manner in which we were treated. In all our years of dealing with pharmacies both in the U.S. and abroad, we have never experienced such rudeness or unwillingness to assist. This was not only frustrating but disheartening, especially given the high level of respect and care military families are accustomed to receiving in healthcare settings. I hope this feedback encourages a review of service practices at this location. No patient--military or civilian--should be treated with such disregard.
