My usual pharmacy did not have my prescription and would need to order it. The CVS app offered a search to see if a different CVS had it in stock. It was easy to use the search and had various filtering capabilities. I found this CVS as the nearest location, so I transferred the prescription with a touch of a button. Not long after, i received a notification that my script was being filled. That was fast! A little later I received notice that it was ready, but I didn't have availability to drive out at ththat time. Next day I went out, but it was during rush hour traffic. If you go at this time, make sure to bring your patience. Easy parking in a separate lot off to the side. I walked in and was addressed immediately- great customer service! all went quickly. Everyone are nice and help as needed. The Pharmacy is great and remind me of my medicines so I remember to pick them up.

Their prices at 2 to 3 times higher than a couple years ago. That's not inflation it's price gouging. I'll just go to HEB thanks.

Says they open 8am daily online, and in front of the store. However it's really whenever they feel like it it seems as I've yet to arrive at 8 or even 8:15 and have it actually be open. read more

Hey there, Just want to inform as many folks as I can to be very careful buying gift cards from CVS or any other retailers. Particularly, with the holiday seasons coming up. I messed up and went through self check out and bought a $50 Amazon gift card, and when I got to the car to load it, half the number was missing. I went back and the manager told me she couldn't refund my purchase. $50 down the tube! And, it was my fault because I didn't buy it through the customer service checkout register. Which they had told me to do with any gift card several months ago. But, I was in a hurry and didn't see anyone up front, so I took the chance. I stormed out after being told "no refund" and I'm totally mad at myself for being an idiot. Apparently, gift card fraud is big business for the bad guys. Please, be careful. read more

I was greeted upon entry by some sales associates standing at the door. They were trying to get the terminal fix due to the storm last night they were having some technical difficulties taking debit cards credit cards etc. I was verysurprised that the shells were stuck in the drinks were stock as well. Yes I get to choose from a variety of teas woo hoo. The store was neat we cleaned well lit no clutter in the isles I'm fairly good location right off of 114 close to several shops to eat. I can see myself coming back over here to this CVS. They did have a little bit of damage on the side of the building in a tree split and feel partially cover in the parking lot. read more

There are some bad reviews for this location, but I've been treated courteously and helpfully in the pharmacy whenever going there. They're always busy but less so early in the day, as it is for Walgreens. They do close for lunch. read more

I have had several problems with the pharmacy: 1) On a couple of occasions I was in the Drive through and no one came to the window until I honked 2) On one occasion they wanted me to pay full retail price for medication that I have been taking for 10 years and has always been covered. 3) On two separate occasions they claimed that they had not received the refill prescription though. Due to my first experience, the second time, I had stood by the doctor's admin staff and confirmed for myself that they had sent instructions and to the correct place. Yet when I reached, they claimed they had not received anything. 4) Apart from this they have mixed up the strength and frequency of my prescription on more than one occasion. Does anyone from health department audit them to renew their license? I plan to change my pharmacy - not that they would care. read more

To preface this review, I need to discuss a little bit of my philosophy on life which is basically that I truly believe most people are good. I feel like the odds of you running into a nice, helpful, caring person are significantly higher than running into someone evil and that you truly CAN depend on the kindness of strangers. That being said, I am confused and a little bit frightened by the fact that I have not found a single decent human being employed at this store. It has taken 6 phone calls to this pharmacy, 5 pharmacy employees, 48 hours, and 3 calls to the corporate CVS insurance office to get one lousy prescription filled. I could understand the complete unwillingness to help if maybe I just really wanted a particular brand of soap or was mad that they quit carrying my favorite type of razors. I simply asked for the medicine that is compared to the old actifed product- I told her I wanted the generic brand. She told me they do not have Actifed so I told her I did not know what they called it at CVS but It it was called "Wal-Act and she said that is from Walmart.. in which I knew was from Walgreens but she didn't let me finish my sentence But I did expect them to help find out what it was... no help just the pharmacist yelling" We don't have Actifed!" I am very disappointed in this CVS. I have placed several prescriptions for my son and for myself. There's always a problem when getting them filled. I have always given ample time for refills. I've had to repeatedly called, left messages, and it's like pulling teeth. My sons medications are extremely important and I am at a loss trying to get things filled. I had the absolute worst customer service here today. My employer recently switched the prescription drug insurance provider to Caremark cvs and I called a rep beforehand to make sure they had my prescription information and when I got there the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist were completely oblivious to state laws on filling my prescriptions and were dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of customer service and sincerity was appalling. Hard pass! read more

Despite of ordering and checking the status with them over the phone they will make us wait in the store for 20-30 min. This is unacceptable and disappointing. This CVS has been a constant dissappointment. I currently have 7 different prescriptions here and all refills have been a constant issue. I have automatic refills set up, so they will call me about the refill, but when I go into the store to pick them up they are never ready. They even will send me a text saying the scripts are ready, but going to the store and they are not. My doctor has sent in 2 different scripts after my visits and they say they never received the order. This is an issue when they say we only received one script not the two sent by my doctor. I am now at the point where they have on more time to make good on their service, or I will change to another pharmacy. What a disappointment this place has been. read more

I called this pharmacy yesterday to ask if a new prescription had been filled. I waited for them to answer the phone for 10 min for the first call. The second time, I waited 21 min!! When I spoke with the manager about it, he didn't even apologize and just told me they were short staffed by one person yesterday. A 21 min wait time is ridiculous no matter the circumstances. I'm moving and I was going to use this pharmacy but now I absolutely will not even though the next closest CVS is a considerable distance away. I've never experienced service like this. This really disappointment for the saying to be "CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT". I went into CVS today for a snack on my short break, me and another guy was waiting patiently on the cashier that was unpacking boxes /seemed that she was in a hurry to get her work done. So as I was next in line she scanned all my items and gave me my total, I gave her an $20 bill but didn't notice she gave me $3.76 change back til I get to work, as soon as I evaluated the situation myself as I was missing partial of my money totaling $16.24. Instead of her giving me $16.24 she gave me the cash price total I paid for my items $3.76, informed my manager of the matter and went right back up there, she had a attitude like I had to be kidding her not even apologizing about the situation "Part of customer service" the manager was totally RUDE "he act as I was lying" taken me to the back to look at cameras, which didn't prove a point at all, and then finally count cash register, as he informed me if it ain't over a certain amount in the drawer "we don't owe u extra funds"! Basically if you a manager and want a professional position act with great customer service, still let the customer feel comfortable with the matter, SO YOU CAN GAIN MORE CUSTOMERS. So at the end of the day I got my money back because they was wrong and the customer was right, It just hurt to know that I was nearly accused of trying get over on $16 of mines. Who will want to LIE about that small amount of money. This was around 108PM today 05/27/2016. I really hope an higher positioned staff member can see this, because customers always need to be treated with respect, that's part of any staff job. But I will never go there again and will inform others of the matter. I already see its poor reviews with this location as well!
