So easy, use the Walgreens app and choose the photo icon, select your photos fe your phone, crop and select size, add to cart and submit. They are usually ready within the hour and just a few dollars (5 4x6) and you are good to go. I love printing out photos to send to my grand daughters who we enjoy being penpals. So fun!!

After my…read moreson's prescription was sent over multiple times by the children's urgent care--both electronically and via fax--Walgreens repeatedly claimed that they never received it. We were diligent in following up with the prescriber, who did everything possible to make sure the prescription was sent correctly, but Walgreens continued to deny its arrival. We arrived at Walgreens thirty minutes before closing, hoping to get my son's antibiotics so he could finally get some relief from the excruciating pain he was experiencing. Instead, we ended up waiting for over twenty minutes. When 9:02 PM came around, the pharmacist told us we couldn't be helped because the store was closed. Despite seeing my son in obvious pain and knowing how critical it was for him to get his medication, the pharmacist refused to assist us. The lack of compassion and empathy displayed by the staff was shocking. My son needed antibiotics that night, yet we were turned away with no help or understanding. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Walgreens, and I will not be using this location or any other Walgreens in the future. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially when a child's well-being is at stake. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy to operate with so little concern for its patients.

From my very first…read moreappointment all the way through surgery and recovery, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. To give some context I've only ever had C sections before this, so going into a completely elective surgery was honestly terrifying for me. But every single time I walked into their office, I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Vennemeyer is incredibly professional, supportive, and reassuring, and his staff are some of the warmest, most comforting people I've ever met. Even though I live out of state and had to travel for my procedure, the entire process was seamless. Their team was so accommodating with my schedule, and they truly went above and beyond leading up to surgery. They made sure I completed all of my pre-op testing on time and even reached out to other doctors on my behalf to ensure my results came in before my procedure. That level of care meant everything to me. Dr. Vennemeyer also provided extensive pre-op education over a hundred pages of information plus videos which answered every question I had (and even ones I didn't think to ask). It made me feel so prepared and confident going into surgery. The day of surgery was honestly such a calm and positive experience. I told my husband it felt more like I was walking into a spa than a surgical center. The entire team was so kind, gentle, and attentive. I thought I would be terrified walking into the operating room, but instead, I felt completely taken care of. I remember them making sure I was comfortable and cozy in the bed... and then I woke up. I'm only a few days post-op, but I already feel amazing thanks to Dr. Vennemeyer's multi-modal pain management approach. My recovery has been so much smoother than I expected. If you're considering a procedure and feeling nervous like I was, I truly cannot recommend Dr. Vennemeyer and his team enough. They made what felt like a scary experience into something calm, smooth, and incredibly positive.

I underwent a full mommy makeover in November with this office and I truly wish I had looked deeper…read moreinto post-operative complication management before choosing this surgeon. While the office is now attempting to frame my outcome as a normal healing process and unavoidable complication, my actual experience over the last several months tells a very different story. Following surgery, I experienced significant wound healing complications that required a wound vac, debridement surgery costing me over $1,000 out of pocket, antibiotics, Santyl, mupirocin, ongoing wound dressings/supplies, drainage issues, and prolonged healing complications beginning as early as December. At the same time, I repeatedly communicated concerns regarding increasing hardness, high-riding implants, asymmetry, discomfort, abnormal appearance, and progressive tightness. I sent numerous photos and messages over the course of months expressing that things did not feel or look right. Most of these concerns were repeatedly attributed to "drop and fluff," swelling, settling, massage, or needing more time to heal. Now that revision surgery is being recommended by other surgeons, it is extremely frustrating to look back at months of documented concerns that were continually minimized as normal healing. It is also frustrating to now receive lengthy explanations defending the management of my care rather than acknowledgment that perhaps more aggressive evaluation or intervention should have occurred earlier. The office has stated they offered in-person evaluations, but much of my follow-up care was intentionally managed virtually through photos and messaging, which I relied on heavily because I trusted their guidance. At no point was I made to feel the severity of my concerns warranted urgent intervention until things had progressed significantly. What has been most disappointing is not just the complications themselves, because complications can happen with any surgery, but the feeling of repeatedly advocating for myself while being reassured everything was normal despite worsening symptoms and mounting additional expenses. Between the wound vac, debridement, medications, wound care, time off work, emotional stress, and now revision surgery costs, this experience has been physically, emotionally, and financially exhausting. Patients considering a major cosmetic procedure here should strongly consider not only before-and-after photos, but also how postoperative complications and patient concerns are handled when things do not go as planned.

Before my appointment, I…read morespecifically called to confirm that my insurance was accepted and that the cleaning would be covered. I was told yes. At the appointment, the cleaning felt rushed and unusual. It lasted about 20 minutes and no standard cleaning tools were used, which was concerning. After that, the dentist told me I had 10 cavities and immediately asked if I wanted to fill all of them. This was shocking and did not seem realistic, especially since I've had no pain and no major dental issues previously. To make matters worse, I later received a bill because my insurance supposedly did not cover some of the technology they used, despite the fact that I explicitly asked for a covered cleaning ahead of time. Had I been told otherwise, I would have made a different decision. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend asking very detailed questions and getting everything in writing before proceeding with treatment here.

I am so happy with my results and will be back for more services.

I tried Glo tanning for a month after canceling my membership at Palm Beach Tan and after assessing…read morethe pros and cons of each I decided to go back to PBT. I originally switched because this location was closer to me than PBT. Upon walking in, the store felt upscale and welcoming. The customer service was good, just slow, but that's to be expected when a new place opens. Either way, the only aspects of Glo tanning I didn't care for was that the staff have to walk you back to the room every time. This is part of the reason why it is slow. This also gets awkward when you are trying to do multiple things, like spa services and tanning, and so you are standing in the lobby waiting in line while you are in a robe (they provide this for you so you don't have to keep changing back into your clothes). Also when it comes to the spray tan, specifically the Versapro, they charge you for add-ons and it adds up. I didn't realize this when I signed up because at PBT all versa-pro add-ons are covered under your membership. At Glo tanning, the double leg is $5, the double dark is $5, the moisture pass is $5 (I believe), and then the rapid is $10. Most importantly, unlike PBT, you can NOT get the clear tan unless you get the rapid. I do not like to get the bronze tan (it makes me feel like I've been rolling in mud lol) and I didn't want to pay for the $10 rapid every week on top of the $70 membership fee, so this was a dealbreaker for me. Sadly, they don't have an informational sheet for the prices of the add-ons, so this is all just told to you verbally and can be hard to keep track of if you're new like I was. For those who lived on the east cost, like myself, you may also be familiar with Sunday's Sun Spa Shop and I will say in their membership you also had to pay for add-ons like the double leg and moisture pass but they did something called "blue bucks" so it only ended up being a few dollars additional charge on top of the membership fee, which I feel is more reasonable than what Glo is charging. Overall, Glo tanning is by far the most expensive tanning membership I've seen, but if you really value their unique spa services it might be worth it for you, but I don't think it's worth it for the spray tanning. You can get the same thing with PBT (just no rapid or double dark I believe) and their membership is around the same price as Glo.
