Unfortunately, I've had to deal with basal cell carcinoma, acne, and rosacea my whole life (I am in my 60s now). That means that I have seen many dermatologists. By far Dr. Fuller, at Epiphany, is the most thorough, competent, and nicest dermatologists I have ever been to. With his assistance, my skin conditions are finally under control. He was even able to detect a basal cell carcinoma cell growth even before I noticed. In addition, it is rare to find a great doctor that has a caring, competent staff. But Epiphany has both! The office staff is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to help you figure out insurance options. Moving to Texas was easy, finding good doctors and other professionals hasn't been so easy...until now. We tried two different dermatologists. One only cared about the money and doing the easiest thing, the other doctor we could never get ahold of. So we finally asked our primary care physician (also excellent), who he would recommend. I am so happy he referred us to Dr Fuller! First of all, his staff was so pleasant and welcoming! And the registration process was quick and easy. But the cherry on top was Dr Fuller himself. He was so nice and down to earth. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my questions and concerns. His polite and calming bedside manner was such a relief compared to other doctors who are more concerned with the bottom line, rather than their own patients care and concern. Bottom line, Dr Fuller and his staff are INCREDIBLE!!! It's hard to find a doctor now days who is a coddler, but more important, is excellent at what he does and cares about his patients! Too expensive not worth the money always in a hurry and they don't do a follow up on you even if they know that certain medication can cause side effects when taken long term. I had to suffer for their incompetence. read more

Dr. Fuller and the staff at the Roanoke location were extremely kind and helpful. Unlike most doctors nowadays he spent the time with me to explain and ask and answer questions. As I was checking out, he was still thinking and came out to give me some samples of an additional treatment for me to try and again took the time to explain it to me. So far I'm having great results, and even without insurance the price was very reasonable and they take the time to help you use an app that saves a LOT of money on prescriptions and helps you find the lowest cost options near you. I am finding it very difficult to even give this practice 1 star. I have been a patient of this practice for over 2 years. Dr Fuller is the Best Dermatologist a patient could hope to find. The problem is his support staff. Need to make an appointment? Call the number leave a message in the appointment voice mail and someone will get back to you. My question is when? I've been been doing this for 5 months. When are they planning on calling me back. Leave a message for the medical assistant and they will call you back. Again when. I have been waiting 5 months for that phone call so has been Abbviee Assist. They are the provider of my medication that I am suppose to receive every 90 days. I have now missed 2 and soon it will be my third injection for the year. Corporates response has been and still remains to be we have been aware of the phone issues. You and other have brought it to our attention many times and all we can tell you is we are working on it. I asked to please tell me what you have been doing to fix the problem. The response was well if you don't like how we do things you can always go to a different doctor in a who works for a different practice. When I asked to speak with her boss she denied my request. You are not a member of our board and I don't answer to you. Well young lady you're right. you don't answer to me. That doesn't mean that I or any of the other current patients have to keep tolerating the lack of care and respect that we have earned by paying your practice for services. Your profound lack professionalism and poor customer service will be the death of your practice. Consider this this first nail in the proverbial coffin. First and last time I use Keller location ! I took my daughter last Thursday she was in a lot of pain due to cystic acne . Doctor gave her a prescription said pharmacy would be calling me . Pharmacy never called . I called Dermatologist Office was not able to get a live person to assist me . Kept getting operator service that transferred me to Keller location and voice mail . No one returned my call . I was also transferred to nurse at Keller location . It did no good since nurse never returned my call . Called Thursday , Friday today is Monday and still no one has yet to return my call . This is not acceptable .Please run don't walk from this place . I will not be coming here no more and will make sure to save others from horrible experience we went through . Again went to doctor on Thursday today is Monday and still waiting for doctor to return call and still waiting on medication !!! read more

My experience with the first physician was unimpressive; rushed; and lack luster, but I couldn't ignore that the staff/nurses were very helpful and kind. Rather than be hasty - I decided to try another physician. My next appointment was with Dr. Fuller. Excellent decision! He is very personable, actually listens to me (I.e: I feel heard), is willing to discuss (tolerate my various questions) the pros and cons of each suggested treatment, and even went so far as to print out some further research on the treatment I was most comfortable trying out. Still waiting to see if it'll work, but I am confident that either way; I will be well taken care of going forward. read more

I went here to get an overall skin check. Fuller spent maybe 5-10 minutes on it. My previous derm spent 20-30 minutes being super thorough. VERY rushed appointment. Next I had a cosmetic procedure done and he is TERRIBLE. Once again, super rushed. I've since had it done by someone else and the difference is night and day. Fuller was all about the money. 260$ charge for about 10 minutes worth of treatment that was done completely incorrect!!! read more

I'am greatly dismayed to learn that my nail discoloration is due to the side effect of taking minocycline that was prescribed to me. Yes it helped with my acne but it also brought about a new problem that may or may not go away. If the prescribing physician knew that this could happen would be great if she's seen me on a monthly basis instead of waiting for longer time to see me again. It has cause me to feel conscious about my fingers. Thinking to myself that some of my finger nails and toe nails looks dead because of the color! I came here to feel good about myself. Now I was worried and I went to my PCP and we couldn't figure out what was wrong so this time I let her refer me to another Dermatologist in Southlake. I'm glad I went and I'll be going there from now on. I don't ever want to go in a place where I feel awkward every time I go in their clinic or the Physician is always in a hurry to leave never stayed for no more than 10 mins. I've waited more in the front and waiting room than the actual time I spent with the Physician. This has affected my mental health and you may think it's dramatic but hey some of us struggle more than the other and feeling good is also looking good from the outside and that's not how I see myself when I look in the mirror. read more

This practice is a prime example of what is wrong with the medical system in the U.S. Their primary focus is BUSINESS and not the patient. They charge you much more than other dermatologists and have terrible customer service if you request or inquire about how much a procedure is. I've been going to skin doctors for 30 yrs. or so and have never been nickel & dimed...excuse me, more like $100 for this and $200 for that and think nothing about charging you! PLEASE check your billing and be persistent and be prepared to OPEN your wallet so they can & will take what they want! BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

I just want to say that I have seen a few dermatologists in my life. And by leaps and bounds, Dr. Fuller was the best. He was very knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, made suggestions and talked me like a person. The office staff and the 2 nurses that I encountered were SO friendly and made me feel very comfortable. (And the office is gorgeous) The whole experience couldn't have gone any better.
