    Came to this Minute Clinic because it's blocks from my daughter's dance school. I awoke with an infected stye causing me serious pain and a headache. I knew I needed an antibiotic eye drop or it's certain to get worse. I came in at 9:10 am and left with my prescription from the pharmacy on site 10 minutes before 10 am. Significantly lower out of pocket cost when still meeting a deductible too. Overall, a great place for quick and relatively easy diagnosis. Super happy to be on the road to recovery and relief!

    Service here could improve quite a bit. I walked in and no one greeted me. The pharmacy and store could also improve.

    One person working and 4 people waiting in line. The person is helping with printing too. So super slow. Not efficient at all.

    I just had to change from Sam's pharmacy while they renovate and decided to use this CVS because…read moreit's near my residence. Big mistake. The prescription was called in by my doctors office. Apparently the pharmacy has no system in place to notify a customer when the prescription is ready so I had to guess. I get there to pick up the medicine, no greeting from the staff on hand, I am not even sure if it was a tech or what. Just a quick, I'll be with you in just a minute....5 minutes later, she comes to the window, still no greeting. That will be $however much. No offer to answer questions. No interaction besides the transaction. Cold. Unprofessional. Everyone is not doing their best. Businesses are suffering after pandemic for multiple reasons and it's not because people are doing their best.

    Could I please give zero stars! If I wrote all the details of how many times I have had issues at…read morethis and other CVS locations it would look like a book. Sadly my insurance company has a contract with this poorly run company. I feel like most of the issues are probably corporate but sometimes it is hard to tell. Most recently, I got an email from CVS saying they could not fill a 3 month prescription of my diabetes meds and they would text when it was received. They knew 90 days out I would be needing it filled. But I was patient. 10 days later with no updates, I stopped by the pharmacy they said they were still out. It was on back order, I asked if I could get the generic (BTW I get the name brand free and must pay for the generic), they said no CVS in our area had that either. They said they would let me know when it came in. Fast forward another week. I drop by the drive through this time to pick up something else. However, I also inquire about my diabetes medicine again. Same story everyone is out of everything, she checked a 30 mile radius. I told her I would take the generic I would take whatever even though I would be out of pocket. She then started doing more checking and wen radio silent for 5-10 min. Line of cars backed up behind me and I feel bad for the ones I am making wait for my issue. asuddenly the tech comes to the widow with the name brand bottle in her hand. They had it ALL ALONG! FFS! I am very thankfull that the tech followed up and actually checked the broken system. Most of the time when I have personal interactions with the pharmacist or pharm techs the interaction seems positive. However, the sheer number of issues I have had over the last 10 years with this and other locations is enormous. If I wasn't tied to them through my insurance I would leave. If CVS was an airline there would be a plane going down somewhere every week.
