If zero stars were option that's what they'd get. You can't speak to person when you call, only an automated computer. The pharmacy is closed at lunch hour, when everyone has time to go to the pharmacy, so you'll wait in line for half an hour when they finally reopen. They won't call you to tell you why a prescription isn't being filled, but they'll blame it on your physician who doesn't say "pretty please with a cherry on top" in the notes when a refill is authorized. They'll try to run your insurance without asking and treat you like a second class citizen if you attempt to use a discount card. Good luck staying alive while you wait for medication. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being instead of like cattle or livestock. read more

This particular location seems to be out of stock of most things all the time. Whether it be cosmetic items, food, or toiletries, it's tough to find what you need here. I suggest CVS or going to the Walgreens near Steeple Run. read more

They're slow in the pharmacy, but they make up for it by not seeming to care. Oh, and they didn't get my prescription right either, which meant more waiting or coming back. I chose to come back. And then they call, email, and notify you through the app. What a mess. read more

Yay for this walgreens! It is right by my work, so it is very convenient for quick before work or lunch break run ins. Sometimes even I can kill my last extra 10 mins on my lunch break those times I don't have any errands to run that I wouldn't be able to do at any of the other stores near by. Some things as usual are not as low priced as other stores but a lot of times with a member card I can find a few things the same price or lower. (Cards, a soda, small things, etc.) read more

Horrible pharmacy. Dentist prescribed my daughter medicine for wisdom teeth. Went in and was told they need to close in five minutes and to come back in 35 minutes. No concern for her pain and that it was sent in a few hours prior. Get there a few minutes before told and finally walk out with her pain medication 20 minutes later with half of a prescription!!! This place is a joke I'll go to CVS down the street for now on. read more

I have to say my favorite thing about Walgreens is the customer service. I love hearing 'Have a good day and be well!' after I'm done with my transaction. Maybe that's corny but it always makes me feel good! They also have a rewards program where you can rack up some serious points with purchases and save a heck of a lot of money. This particular location is always stocked with goodies...from seasonal items (get your summer flip flops on the cheap here) to lotions, makeup, medicine, hair care stuff. One stop shop that's for sure! I typically prefer this spot over CVS. read more

My husband had an appoint at 11:30 am on 10/13/21 for second shot. The lady behind the counter sharply informed him that he did not and he wasn't on their list. He had his confirmation email. 39 and a half weeks pregnant with a splitting headache, went in to see if they could take my blood pressure or if they had a machine I could briefly use to check myself (I am a medical professional myself). The guy who works there rudely said they don't have anything. So I asked if they don't take blood pressures there, since it is a mini clinic as well, and he said well yes we do. He rudely said it'll be a while... no other customers there and here I am about to pop. He couldn't spare 2 minutes to get my blood pressure. read more

I had to pick up my medicine the other day and they said it would be ready in about 15 minutes or so. So I parked in the parking lot and waited. Drove back around and they informed me that they were only able to fill up part of the prescription (about half the of the pills). I needed the pills as I was about to go on a trip so I said I'll come back in a few minutes on whether or not I would take the half-full container of pills. Not even 2 minutes later when I came back to take the pills, they informed me that they had "placed the pills back" and I would need to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Also their phone is horrible. I hate having to talk to a machine that doesn't understand you half of the time. read more

Pharmacy is awful, they'll completely ignore or attempt to override your doctors instructions and leave you without your medicine. I get an anxiety attack just thinking about refilling my prescription from this joke of a pharmacy. Didn't used to be this way. My advice is to seek another pharmacy. read more

Rude woman at the front register should be put in the back or work nights stocking. She has zero customer service skills. I don't normally shop at Walgreens, but I had some pictures I wanted printed. Went to the photo section to pick them up, pressed the button for service. The cashier yelled at me from the front register to the photo section asking what I want. We were looking for a Western Union location and thought it would be better to come here rather than some of the other choices. Website has this location open until 9pm, we show up a little after 8pm and the manager Nicole tells us they don't wire money after 8pm. After we asked "why is the website not accurate, who would be able to further explain this to us...?" She then decided to get defensive and ask "why we were being rude? " I'm a customer and she claimed to be a manager. If it's rude to ask a question, then maybe she's in the wrong line of business. There's nothing rude about asking for an explanation. I personally have never liked Walgreens and Nicole furthers my reason NOT to go into ANY Walgreens. Sorry. Keep your crappy customer service. read more

The pharmacy service is beyond horrible. The lines are always long and ridiculously slow and the odds of them getting your information or prescription right are dicey at best. The automated notification system is wrong more often than its right, and don't even think of trying to get an actual person from the pharmacy on the phone. Last time I tried I was on hold for 41 minutes and didn't even get a passing apology. The week before that, the automated phone system dropped my call every time I tried to transfer to the pharmacy. I talked to a non-pharmacy employee about the problem and she said everyone there is aware the pharmacy is a black hole of customer frustration. Why they haven't fixed it is beyond me. I gave the store the benefit of the doubt (everyone can have a bad day), but after dealing with the same issues on multiple days (and hearing similar complaints from other customers stuck in the same lines) I'm transferring my prescriptions and business elsewhere. read more

I submitted the following complaint to Walgreens and only received a form letter back. This place is horrible: On 1/25/15, my son's doctor called in a prescription to the Walgreens on Glade Road in Colleyville. This prescription was for my 4 month old son, who had never had a prescription filled there before. My husband attempted to pick up the prescription on 1/25/15, but was told that the doctor had not called it in. We thought there was a delay with the doctor and planned on getting the prescription the next day. On 1/26/15 I called the Walgreens on Glade Road in Colleyville in the morning. I wanted to verify that the prescription had been called in. I was told that it had not. I then called the doctor's office and was told that they had sent it in electronically the day before. They said that they would call the pharmacy again to find out what had happened. They spoke to Stephen and were told that someone must have deleted the prescription. The doctor got on the phone and spoke with someone to get the prescription filled. They told the doctor that they would work on it right away and they had messed up. I called the Walgreens again in the afternoon and spoke with Matt. He told me once again that there was no prescription for my son. But he had my son's information - name and birthdate. I was concerned about 2 things. Why they still didn't have the prescription that the doctor had contacted them about twice and how they had my son's personal information when they didn't have a prescription. Matt had no interest in helping me resolve either matter. I was getting upset that I was unable to get the prescription that my 4 month old son needed. Matt didn't care at all. I called the doctor's office back. They called the pharmacy again and spoke with the pharmacist, Abraham. He said that they were not able to fill the prescription because it had to be compounded. He told the doctor that they would send it to another Walgreen's pharmacy and would call me immediately. 30 minutes later Anang finally called. He was unprepared to talk to me and didn't even know what or who he was calling about. When he finally pulled the information together he told me that they couldn't fill the prescription and another pharmacy would do it the following day - 2 days after the doctor had called it in! He was completely unapologetic. I asked him repeatedly what had gone wrong here - why they kept losing the prescription, why no one told me they couldn't fill it, and why they waited so long to send it to be filled. He refused to answer a single one of my questions and kept repeating that it needed to be compounded. I asked to speak to a manager. He transferred me to a line that rang for over 5 minutes and no one ever answered. I am disgusted by this whole process. Not one of your employees showed the least bit of concern or empathy. My son is 4 month old! And your staff was happy to not do anything to help him and just let him suffer. Your pharmacy staff is in the business of helping people who need it. Yet they showed that they don't care about helping anyone. They will behave unprofessionally and not do anything to fix a problem. My doctor called around and found another pharmacy that was able to fill the prescription immediately. These people stayed late to allow my husband to get there after work. We will not be doing any more business with your disgusting employees. We will give all our business to those wonderful people who are in health care business because they care about others. You should be completely ashamed that you hire people who have no problem allowing a 4 month old to suffer. Every single person in that pharmacy should be fired. read more

Worst Pharmacy Ever! Horrible customer service. Have a problem everytime we come here! From wrong number address fixing it 7 times and it's still wrong they ask us for it and change it literally every time we come. Same goes for insurance card on file it gets deleted from system everytime so guess what 10min is us putting everything in the system only to come back and do it all again. Our last script we picked up we were shorted a day 1/2 worth of meds and they turned it around and said and I quote that is not possible you must have been giving it wrong! Then went on to tell me they would have to contact my doctor for more!! Really!! I cused them out up and down needless to say that is our last time at this Walgreens enough is enough!! Not to mention all the pharmacists are rude rude rude!! Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone and other people in line I've talked to have had the same issues and said they would be switching also!! Just not worth it!! read more
