Fortunately, FedEx returned it several days later, but I was unable to give dvd's to my family that was in town. I never received a call from a Manager apologizing for the inconvenience. When I did speak to a Manager a few days later he wasn't sympathetic at all. Once again, I had an order sent from Imemories, and this store did not inform me that it had arrived. We have used CVS in Bedford and Walgreens in Colleyville, and Walgreens is definitely the lesser of the two evils (shout out to my man, Alex.... We will miss you!!). It is a literal one minute drive from my house, And I am more than delighted to say that our experience with them has been nothing short of delightful. Does it feel wrong to say that going to the pharmacy is a delightful experience? Yeah, it really does. But deliverit really delivers.You can text the pharmacy staff through an app, the pharmacist literally has a mug that says "like a boss" and he was so nice! The drive-thru is decorated with need-to-know information. You can even ask for over-the-counter items. Inside is a sterile environment...right? The prices are normal, plus they give you coupons for further cost savings on other items.

I stopped by, just in case, to see if I could be seen as a walk-in. The NP was so sweet and asked a bit about what I needed. I told her, and she was able to see me without having to wait. It's odd to say you had a great visit when you're not feeling your best, but this was a great experience. The NP was open and listened to how I was feeling, and actually helped with finding new and better vitamins to help boost my iron and other supplements. At the end of my visit, I needed to stop by the pharmacy, and they had my prescription ready in less than five minutes. This was during lunchtime, which was really impressive. If I don't visit my regular CVS, this will be the next one on the list. Again, like the one on Central & Harwood, the customer service is excellent!

Filthy store!…read more Received a text that my rx was at this store located 1233 Precinct Line Road. This is because my local pharmacy was out of stock for rx. When I went inside, the staff never looked up, nor acknowledged me. I blanked my keys a bit and someone said" be there in a moment " When I gave all pertinent info she said no, there's nothing at this location for me. I was 99% certain my text had given this address. But my phone had died. I drive to my normal CVS, located at 1500 Precinct Line Road inside Target. The pharmacist showed me on their documentation that my rx was waiting at the other location. He saw me begin to tear up because I'm disabled and had driven 20 miles outside my usual activity level. I'm disgusted to know that some people are relegated to this level of treatment for their rx. I will never allow anything to go to this store! Over appearance and pharmacy team, Probably 6 workers, no one in their drive thru. I was their only person but, ignored, lied to, and turned away! I hope someone who matters reads this!
