I have been coming to Trail Creek Pharmacy for over two years now and wouldn't ever go back to a nationally owned pharmacy if you paid me to. The service I receive every single time (keep in mind once/twice a week for TWO years) is unrivaled by the big pharmacy chains. Susan, Olivia and Victoria are all so knowledgeable and friendly. They interact and treat their customers like they're family. I always leave their store feeling appreciated and loved I am also a private pay patient with no health insurance. Susan has always been so accommodating and considerate of this, and I know she's been saving me TONS of money! Also, one time my dad was sick. Susan ordered the correct medication for him (especially for him the product he needed wasn't carried in the store on a regular basis) for me to pick up the next day. Now, tell me a big chain pharmacy would take care of you this way. At Trail Creek Pharmacy you're a person. Not a number. Small local businesses are what keep our economy strong folks! The small town feel of Trail Creek Pharmacy is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the big chain stores. Every employee that I've dealt with has been super nice and attentive to my needs. The overall atmosphere of the store calming and pleasant . I have to deal with a couple of other stores for various reasons , but the customer service at Trail Creek is the second to none . Not being open on weekends is a little inconvenient, but their reason for this being so their employees can spend time with family and worship is the best reason ever. BEST, FRIENDLIEST and FASTEST pharmacy I have ever used!!!! I drive from Oak Cliff to Bedford to see my Dr and Trail Creek is across the street. Its a double blessing. Walgreens is two blocks from me but I will not use them. They take forever to fill ur RX and very expensive. But Trail Creek Pharmacy has excellent pricing on the RX I get on a monthly basis. I also appreciate the fact that they are closed on Sundays for Family And Faith and for the 2015 calendar they gave me. i have it hanging on my wall n I use it to write my dr appts on it. The service at Trail Creek is outstanding. As a locally-owned pharmacy they can offer a level of service far above most chain pharmacies. It's nice to be greeted by name and recieve such good personal service. I've been going to Trail Creek for a number of years now. I made the mistake once of switching to a different pharmacy simply because they were closer to home, but came back to Trail Creek after month because I received much better service at Trail Creek - they are worth the drive! read more

Tried this pharmacy today and was very impressed with the staff. They treated me with respect and made me feel very welcome. I had my 8mth old son with me and he got hungry as baby's do. Why I was feeding him they brought everything to me so I wouldn't have to get up. They are much cheaper then any other pharmacy and a lot faster. Susan and Beatrice are always so helpful and sweet! They know me by name and treat my visits like seeing an old friend! This place is the total opposite of a CVS or Walgreen's. No long crowded lines or a nameless grumpy staff. These people are here to help you, get to know you and take the stress out of visiting the pharmacy. Trail Creek pharmacy is the only pharmacy I use and the only one I refer anyone to! I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes for my scripts to be filled no matter how many I being in. They have almost any medicine you could need and the few they don't have on hand are ordered for you that day and ready the next day!! Wow! Taking customer service to a whole new level! Extremely friendly, know who I am, true compassion for customers! The 2 best things, other than their customer several, are: 1 - you will not wait or be told to come back in 2 hours, the longest I've waited is 5 minutes (and that long isn't even the norm): and 2 - they actually process dual insurance, which NONE of the big chains do, which is a huge cost savings for me. After using CVS for years, I decided to try this pharmacy out after a doctor recommendation. Everyone here is friendly, you can really tell how much emphasis they put on customer service. The prices are much better than other pharmacies, and the wait time is so speedy. I can't believe I didn't start coming here sooner. I will use Trail Creek from here on out. This local pharmacy makes you feel like you're at home, they fill my prescriptions and I'm out the door in 5 minutes well maybe 10 but under 10 minutes most of the time! Really love the customer service and turn around times when picking up prescriptions!! I have tried other larger "Chain" pharmacies out of convenience but found out that its actually more convenient to drive a bit farther to get the attention, and turn-around I get from Trail Creek Euless. These folks are SO nice--I've never been to a pharmacy where everyone is nice all the time. And fast--I've never waited more than 10 minutes any time I've gone there. They'll mail you your medications if you'd like. And one time they gave me a flower--so sweet! read more
