Dr. Dwyer and her staff are the definition of courteous and friendly. They make you feel so relaxed and at ease for any of you that might be a little nervous about going to the dentist. During my visits, I'm chatting away (as well as I can with my mouth held open) and before I know it...I'm done! I've had a wide variety of dental work done here (regular cleanings, cavity fillings, got whitening trays, etc.) and I don't have a complaint about one. I really like Dr. Dwyer's waiting room. There's a nice bookshelf filled with books that you can take if you bring in a replacement for it! I love that concept! That way, you can constantly get a new book every time you visit, and your selection will be different as well! Root Canal: Anxious no more after 10+ years! I didn't feel a thing…read more I have had severe anxiety going to the dentist since I was a child due to a traumatic experience. Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come!

They were friendly, professional and had great "bedside" manners. They weren't rushing me through like many other offices I've been a patient with, but was patient and more than willing to explain everything. I also had lost a filling prior to my arrival and was able to experience Dr. Obi's work and patience. He was very gentle and made sure I understood everything. I will be back as a patient. They bill incorrectly and don't return your phone calls. You can never speak to anyone in the office but are sent to a call center and get no help. However, the issues have gotten to a point where, at the very least, I need to inform potential patients to avoid this office AT ALL COSTS. As a fellow healthcare professional, I was astonished to see how badly this office was ran. Our initial visit went pretty smoothly, and at the end of the visit we were told that they would bill our insurance and if there was anything else due they would let us know. It then took the office SIX months to bill our insurance, doing it incorrectly many times, and even lying to wife telling her that we have a credit on our account and we dont owe anything else. It got to the point that the regional manager got involved, and told us the best case scenario was if we SUBMITTED THE CLAIM TO INSURANCE OURSELVES because her office was too incompetent to do it themselves. After we had submitted our claims ourselves, the insurance covered what they do, but we noticed out bill was still substantially higher than it has been in the past. Come to find out they are billing for things not covered by insurance, likely to squeeze as much cash out of each patient as they possibly can. We realized that we received the services, so we decided to pay the bill at that point so we could never have to deal with the office again. Felt like the end, right? Wrong. We have since been sent to collections AFTER we have paid our bill in full. We are being sent letters dated after the day we paid our bill, harassed with phone calls that our accounts aren't paid and we need to pay the collection agency. I have gone into the office 3-4 times since then and all I get told is "our manager is out", "you just missed our manager", then they act like they are giving me a contact to a manager, but when I call its just a different extension to the clinic phone. I am still in the middle of resolving this mess, so if you are reading this and a potential patient I beg you, FIND ANOTHER OFFICE THIS ONE IS NOT WORTH IT. There are so many different clinics around the area that will treat you better than this one. Summary: WORST OFFICE STAFF, PAID BILL AND STILL SENT TO COLLECTIONS, and DO -NOT- GO TO THIS OFFICE
