Felt like I was just another patient. Dr. Kainth and staff didn't even take the time to try to get to know me. Also ended up having to wait 15 minutes at least in the waiting room. When I was finally seen, everything seemed so rushed and I felt like I didn't even have a chance to ask questions on anything that was recommended. This practice only seems to care about making money. Ended up getting a second option on the deep clean recommended by Dr. Kainth since my brother-in-law is a pediatric dentist and recommended I should since I am so young. Ended up finding a new dentist who didn't think I needed a deep clean and saved myself a couple hundred dollars. I am a pharmacist and know that a patient's needs should always be put first. If you want to build good patient relationships, maybe try getting to know your patients on a personal level first and don't charge patients for things that aren't necessary. I love Coolbreeze Dentistry so much. I say this as someone who innately hates going to the dentist, hates having hands and tools in my mouth, and will find absolutely any excuse not to go. If this office wasn't so amazing, I would probably go only in the event of a dire emergency. What makes them amazing? First, they are super kind, skilled, and caring people. The patient care and attention to experience is excellent. Everyone is very attentive and helpful during the appointments, and the staff is fast to connect remotely via call, text, and email. I always know they're organized and really personable and have things under control. Case in point: my appointments run on time! Crazy. I used to take a half day off work or more if I needed any work (even minor fillings) because I expected to spend so much time sitting around waiting and not knowing when anyone would get to me or how long it would take. My appointments at Coolbreeze consistently start and end on time. I even needed a series of procedures recently and was advised to plan on a two hour appointment...It took EXACTLY two hours. Amazing!! I wouldn't have been upset if there had been a 15 or 20 min overage, but other dentists and doctors I've been to sometimes leave you sitting for ages, prepped and completely at their mercy / timeline waiting to be seen. Dr Kainth and his staff are really punctual and professional. Why else do I love them? They're very patient with people who don't like dental work. They're very attuned to how you're doing as a patient, offering breaks, trying to keep you comfortable. I am frankly a bit of a crybaby when it comes to people messing with my teeth but they are empathetic. Even when I've messed up, gotten off schedule, waited too long between appointments, they are helpful and not preachy or judgey. I also really appreciate that Dr Kainth offers me options. I came to him initially for a second opinion because another practitioner told me I needed a front tooth filling, which that practitioner said would only be cosmetically viable through an entire set of veneers. Not delighted at the idea of filing down several teeth and going through an extensive procedure for a very small amount of decay, I visited Coolbreeze and asked what they thought. Dr Kainth said he thought he could give me a simple filling that I'd be happy with, and he did, and I was / am. He's also not overly filling-happy. There have been times he's said, "Yes, there's some softness in this tooth, but if it's not bothering you let's just watch it." He and his staff make suggestions but they don't over-diagnose and they've never pressured me into anything. Overall, highly HIGHLY recommend! This is a super well run and caring office. I recently got my Root canal and Crown done at Coolbreeze Dentistry. Excellent staff and very caring, compassionate and professional doctor Ms. Nitheha Aggarwal. My entire experience has been exceptional with this dentistry office. The staff went out of the way, to accommodate my first appointment on the immediate next day, to check which of my tooth is hurting. They were able to find me a root canal appointment within 3-4 days. Ms. Myra assistant was very comforting and experienced. The clinic is open until late on Thursday evening, which has worked out great for me, along with my Job. Very reasonable in rates and also they did not take an X-ray for all my teeth, unless it is needed. I highly recommend this dentistry. Prior to starting with them I had pretty good dental hygiene no cavities for decades, no pain or any other issues, just routine cleaning. I went to coolbreeze dentistry for 2-3 years, they were referred to me by a friend. I started noticing a pattern, every 6 month they will find 1-2 cavities add them to watchlist and and then next time they will have to fix those. I started floss 3 times a day, rinsing after every meal, stopped eating snack, no change, they kept finding cavities, I had no pain in those cavities. The last straw was he said you need a root canal and it need to be done today, I pushed back and he added it back to his watchlist. I went to a different dentist and when she looked at the same tooth, she said it's fine and there is no need for a root canal. I have been going to that dentist for last 4 years now and so far ZERO cavities. I am convinced that Dr. Kainth was too aggressive in finding(manufacturing) cavities and performed too many unnecessary work on my teeth, destroying my good natural teeth. I have been a patient of Cool Breeze and Dr. Kainth's ever since I moved to Dallas a few years ago. I found them through a friend's recommendation. I don't like going to the dentist like everybody else, but Dr. Kainth and staff make it relatively painless. They are thorough, take the time to explain what's happening, and they use modern dental equipment. Dr. Kainth strikes me as honest and straightforward--I never feel like I'm being upsold services like at other dentists I have been to. One of those places where the staff is unprofessional and disrespectful to the patients. The doctor seems to be good but looks like he chose the wrong staff to practice. A reminder to the staff : 1. You work for the doctor and not own the place so keep that attitude home. 2. The tone in which you address the clients matters as you are in a healthcare industry not construction. 3. Try to show some respect when someone shows up late. 4. No matter how good the doctor is if the staff is unethical and un-professional then no one would want to even consider visiting such a place. 5. I had my semi-annual cleaning. Unfortunately I had 2 cavities! I guess I have to cut back on my sweets. Anyway, I got my teethed cleaned by Tawni, who was great, and then had to to get my cavities filled the next week by Dr. Kainth. He numbed me up good! Dr. Kainth charged me $200 because he said there is not a code he is able to bill insurance since he did not finish the crown. I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance and found out he billed my insurance for D2940 / sedative filling. The claim was paid at 100% FISHY. Save yourself some time and find another dentist, especially if you need any treatment. The staff are great and flexible with individuals with difficult schedules but I would not recommend Dr. Kainth to family nor friends. Find an office that offers more patient comforts. Cool Breeze Dentistry maximizes profits by reducing spending on customer amenities. Dentistry is extremely competitive and their are plenty of dentists better equipped to treat their patients. FURTHERMORE Dr. Kainth stated he could perform a crown. 1st appointment: Dr. Kainth starts drilling to only find out he can not complete the crown because he discovered the tooth will need a root canal. WHICH HE IS UNABLE TO PERFORM HIMSELF. Dr. Kainth proceeded to tell me I needed to schedule THREE more appointments to complete my treatment. 2nd appointment: Another Dr. would perform the root canal. 3rd appointment. Dr. Kainth would finish preparing the tooth for a crown 4th appointment: Dr. Kainth would place the crown because he does not make his crowns "in-house." NEEDLESS TO SAY i WENT BACK TO MY ORIGINAL DENTIST ( who is further away ) AND SHE COMPLETED ALL OF THE TREATMENT IN ONE DAY. INCLUDING THE PLACEMENT OF THE CROWN. read more

This is such a wonderful dentist office. I personally don't like going to the dentist, but this office really makes the trip easy. I have been going here for over a year now and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. I have to go every 3 months because I hadn't had a cleaning in so long, so I have been a few times. I had a problem with my insurance company paying for a procedure and they wrote an appeal letter to my insurance company and they paid my claim in full. Seriously, best dentist office ever. The front desk is always very helpful and kind. Tawni is the one who cleans my teeth and she makes it easy to want to come back. My teeth have never been this healthy and clean. Dr Kainth makes you feel very comfortable and they always explain in detail what all the steps for a procedure will be. Worst deep cleaning experience ever. Don't go to this place for deep cleaning, it is dangerous. I was conducted deep cleaning by someone who has bad allergy that day. She kept coughing and snifing during the entire process. The half month clean was done extreamly fast and I notice there was a tarter spot on one of the front teeth hasn't been removed. Then she scratched my front tooth couple times trying to get the spot off. I ended up notice there is a scratch mark left on the teeth. This is not the bad experience I was talking about compared to what's going on afterwards. Right after I went home I noticed that the gum surrounded by my up front teeth started to have sharp pain almost every day. Sometimes it came when I was drinking hot soup. Sometimes it happened for no reason. It lasted for couple minutes then disappeared. Besides that I have a lower front teeth became extreamly loose. The pain lasted for a month, finally couple days ago, the pain moves to my front teeth, yes, I got pulpitis, which is inflamation in the pulp. My front tooth became extreamly sensitive to hot, but not reacting to cold at all. And also hurt very much when it is touched. I went back to the office and was told I have to do a root canal. The lady does xray even told me I had no choice, either root canal or extract my teeth out. Doctor insist that my pulptitis has nothing to do with their process, it is coinsidence. He blamed it on my cavitiy filling which has been done two years ago. Within past two years I didn't feel any uncomfortable with the filling and this tooth and all the sudden it is dying right after the deep cleaning, and I was told it was all because of the filling. How can I believe this? Please don't risk your teeth healthness by doing deep cleaning in this place. The outcome is irreversible and more than you can imagine. In my experience, dentists always try to sell me on treatments that aren't necessary and Dr. Kainth doesn't do that at all. I LOVE COOLBREEZE DENISTRY. I have been attending Coolbreeze since 2011 and since my very first visit I have always been warmly greeted by name. I have never had to use any teeth whitening devices because the Tawni, the hygienist, keeps my teeth shiny and white and let's me when I have been naughty and need to do a better job flossing and brushing. Dr Kainth is patient, knowledgeable, and explains each procedure while he is doing it and even calls me the next day to check on me. Since I'm pregnant they made sure they were extra careful when it came to xray and following my doctors orders. I left mint dentistry in irving where I was waiting 2 and 3 hours with an appointment just to be seen to being seen right away or within little to minimum wait time.
