Also told me that me that my brothers insurance was accepted and after 8 months and 5 separate visits, received a surprise bill and told they do not accept his insurance. Told me some bs about how it took awhile to fax over insurance information from provider. Never received one call from the non existent office manager. Dr. Young is great but will not be retuning after multiple problems with his front desk staff who only know how to swipe cards and setup appointment. Extremely disappointed after I have had extensive work done at this office.

He not only refused to take responsibility, he ignored the existence of his mistake altogether - even though it was confirmed by two other very reputable dentists. We had started coming in 2020 and were initially impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and kindness of the clinical staff. The dental hygienist was especially kind and helpful in explaining everything she was doing or recommending. That said, the end of the visit was off-putting. After the cleaning, x-rays, and exam, they ushered me into a room to discuss recommended treatments and payment. My husband was recommended veneers and other dental work to total over $11,000 after insurance. We declined most of what they recommended with the exception of the root canal. Looking back, we should have gone to an endodontist for his root canal, but Dr. Walia represented that she could complete it in the office. I drove my husband to the appointment, which ended up taking 4.5 hours after they initially told me 2. I took him home with a temporary crown, which fell off shortly after arriving home despite following the strict instructions to not introduce solids for a few hours. Upon going to a new dental practice, we were informed that the initial root canal was improperly done and needed further evaluation by an endodontist. Our last visit to this practice was in 2022 after we had an incident with billing and noticed the high turnover of staff at this location. In 2023, I received a bill from the practice despite not receiving care for almost one year. The bill was from 2021. I called the office who informed me that they had "forgotten" to submit to insurance and had attempted to file with the insurance carrier we had provided (United) in 2022. I informed them that the care I was being billed for occurred in 2021 and we had a different insurer at that time (Cigna), so United would likely deny the claim. The office staff attempted to tell me I'd need to still pay the bill or it would be sent to collections despite the care being performed 2 years prior and not going through the proper channels of filing with insurance. I had paid the coinsurance amounts due at the time of service and had receipts proving this information. They finally dropped the billing, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and frankly, felt fraudulent. We will not come back to this office due to the lack of organization and poorly done root canal. I strongly feel that we should have been referred to an endodontist for this procedure, but am concerned this was not done in order to generate more money for the practice. I would caution others from receiving care here.

Office Experience…read more Came for my dental appointment and was confirmed multiple times to be on time - I was. After arriving I was told I needed to update my medical records ahead of this appointment. Never was told to bring in my medication list or not be seen. I pay out of pocket there is no reason for insurance to be notified. My medication list is long. It is required of new patients and I have been there several times between July 2025 and today, 06/15/2026. Cannot have appointment without update given before seeing anyone. If needed and so important, why was I not made aware before showing up for appointment? Front desk was very adamant. Every lame reason was given already in my file. No need for badgering me to drive a point. It is very embarrassing to have this discussion in an open space.

The staff is friendly and fun, dentist is personable and they RUN ON TIME!!! Such great service.read more
