During a procedure, the dentist inadvertently damaged my front bridge--an expensive restoration that had been carefully placed by my previous provider in Seattle. While I understand that accidents can happen, what deeply concerned me was the way the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging the damage or offering an apology, the dentist allowed me to leave the office without telling me it was damaged; I had to discover it at home. When I later addressed the issue, I was offered a minimal "repair". Unfortunately, the "repair" left the bridge with a very noticeable permanent defect. Based on this experience, I am not confident recommending this office to others.

I waited for the doctor until 9:30 am (when dr.Shillingburg came in, I looked at the time on the monitor again). A few minutes later I got an injection from deep sleep . They called to my husband at 10:01am so he could pick me up! I'm 100% sure surgery was about 30 minutes, maybe even less!! But the doctor's assistant lied so much that the surgery lasted 47 minutes! REALLY??? And she said the surgery started at 8:52am! What a shame! Omg ! Check your cameras before lying to a patient who trusted you! At 8:52am, I was still standing at the checkout, sorting out the bill you gave me and trying to add $3,000 for an additional service I didn't need, in addition to $3,313 for one tooth extraction! I asked for it to be removed because the bill was already huge! It was about 6.000$ ! CRAZY ! They are the most expensive in this area, but they turned out to be such scammers! I'm shocked!

Saw Dr Baik on April 30th. My appointment was at 2 p.m. Upon arrival at 1:45, found office locked. They finally opened the door at 2:12 pm siting they were in a meeting for being late. Only reason I came to this location was due to the fact this facility was in-network with Delta Dental. Received a preliminary plan with estimate of costs. Both my regular Dentist and Delta Dental advised me to request for this office to submit the info to Delta Dental for pre approval. It took this office a week to do this. When the office mgr, Melinda, submitted the info to Delta Dental, it was determined the summary file was NOT readable. Delta Dental sent Melinda an email stating this, but no reply. I was forced to conference the call between Delta Dental & Melinda at Dr Baik's office. Melinda is overbearing, unprofessional, and can't seem to be bothered to answer a question directly when I asked her if she sent it via PDF. She had NO CLUE HOW SHE SENT THE SUMMARY FILE, BUT realized the file she submitted was unreadable. She was suppose to fax this to Delta Dental, but they NEVER received. She NEVER bothered to respond back to Delta Dental. Delta Dental advised the fax was NOT received. I attempted to request Melinda to send me a readable copy of the summary so I could fax, along with asking her to fax it again. She kept interrupting me and would NOT listen to my request. She is a person who plays victim and kept saying over and over that she can only do her job and REFUSED to listen. Needless to say, I would NOT TRUST this office at all. The reviews on the Delta Debtal website also are NOT the best too. BEWARE
