We could have called the insurance company immediately to inquire and decide whether to do this special CD X-ray after understanding it clearly. As an experienced and professional dental clinic, they should be transparent about the charges and inform us to contact insurance company in advance about the charges instead of inducing us to send the bills afterwards. This is so bad and took advantage of patient making ugly money. Because there is no rating lower than one star, I can only choose one star that they don't deserve.

Nobody ever called, so I headed up to visit my wife. I got here at 8 pm. Nobody in the lobby. The doors are locked. The phone goes straight to a recording. Even pressing the urgent but not an emergency option sends you to voicemail (that says they check it twice a day). Knocking did nothing. It took me 45 minutes to get here only to be locked out with no way of contacting anyone inside, waiting around for over half an hour outside, and then another 45 minutes heading back home. So in the end, after her surgery, I wasn't even able to check on my wife and see how she is doing. Absolutely ridiculous.
