DO NOT GO HERE! My mother just left and the dentist did her extraction without checking if the anesthesia was working. She held her down so she wouldn't move and kept yelling at her to do not move. She grabbed her face aggressively while pulling her tooth out without anesthesia. Once she was done she left the room. The medical assistant was there to witness and just said that's how the dentist is. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INHUMANE She has high blood pressure and her vitals were not taken before and after the procedure. They tried to upsell my partner on a "deep cleaning" that was going to cost $300 out of pocket. After checking our insurance later, they were quoting a much more in depth cleaning and root care treatment, not a deep clean for "swollen gums". So that by itself is sketchy and a testament to always check your insurance policies before agreeing to treatment. They then proceeded to give the standard clean paid for by insurance in 10 minutes. We've been to enough cleanings to know when we're getting shorted and don't feel clean. Finally, my own appointment was scheduled for Monday at 9am and they called Friday to tell me the they were opening later now arbitrarily and I had to reschedule. No reason given to not be able to honor their posted hours and scheduled appointments. Not impressed overall. read more

We stopped coming to this office after a few mishaps with our care and the general experience with the office staff. We had started coming in 2020 and were initially impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and kindness of the clinical staff. The dental hygienist was especially kind and helpful in explaining everything she was doing or recommending. That said, the end of the visit was off-putting. After the cleaning, x-rays, and exam, they ushered me into a room to discuss recommended treatments and payment. My husband was recommended veneers and other dental work to total over $11,000 after insurance. We declined most of what they recommended with the exception of the root canal. Looking back, we should have gone to an endodontist for his root canal, but Dr. Walia represented that she could complete it in the office. I drove my husband to the appointment, which ended up taking 4.5 hours after they initially told me 2. I took him home with a temporary crown, which fell off shortly after arriving home despite following the strict instructions to not introduce solids for a few hours. Upon going to a new dental practice, we were informed that the initial root canal was improperly done and needed further evaluation by an endodontist. Our last visit to this practice was in 2022 after we had an incident with billing and noticed the high turnover of staff at this location. In 2023, I received a bill from the practice despite not receiving care for almost one year. The bill was from 2021. I called the office who informed me that they had "forgotten" to submit to insurance and had attempted to file with the insurance carrier we had provided (United) in 2022. I informed them that the care I was being billed for occurred in 2021 and we had a different insurer at that time (Cigna), so United would likely deny the claim. The office staff attempted to tell me I'd need to still pay the bill or it would be sent to collections despite the care being performed 2 years prior and not going through the proper channels of filing with insurance. I had paid the coinsurance amounts due at the time of service and had receipts proving this information. They finally dropped the billing, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and frankly, felt fraudulent. We will not come back to this office due to the lack of organization and poorly done root canal. I strongly feel that we should have been referred to an endodontist for this procedure, but am concerned this was not done in order to generate more money for the practice. I would caution others from receiving care here. read more

Highly recommend. I had previously posted a bad review, which I've deleted, due to one of their inept previous employees (temp crown inserted improperly and had to be yanked out of my skull, then temp crown fell out or broke 3 times). I went back today after going to a couple other over priced dental offices. Dr. Walia was as wonderful as I remembered and the rest of the staff are incredible. Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I've been bringing my family to this dental office for two years so I can say I gave them a chance. Not only is the staff beyond rude and condescending especially one of the heavier girls in the front. The blonde with black Roots. I don't know her name but she is horrible. They will try and have you get work done you DONT need and yes I know this is true for months they've been pushing me to get crowns and I had another dentist tell me I did not need them. So why would so many people literally their whole staff tell me I need something I don't and another dentist says no you're ok? Also, They will try and ride up your bill as much as possible. Making appointments you did not ask or approve dates for? That's this dental office's specialty. When you try and cancel they'll try and charge you a $75 fee for an appointment you did not make. They aren't to be trusted you will regret it for sure. Maybe not right away but you will, guaranteed. Dentist here come and go I'm not sure for what reason but I'm sure there's one. Also, be weary of some reviews because they will tell you to give them a good review before you leave and before you have anything done. Can't tell you how many times they've asked this of me and I didn't want to unless I was sure they were good enough for a certain review. Which they aren't. Old reviews are not up to date with the staff they currently have. The great reviews on staff was from when those girls worked here they don't anymore. Whole new incompetent staff. Unfortunately this practice has resorted to harassing phone calls now.. A girl who claims to be new to the practice (she may be) has called me twice to see how I'm doing with the dental work that I had done back in August it's November! I did tell her that I was overcharged and requested my money back but, she basically called me a liar. I explained that I have the proof and she just upped her attitude. I don't recommend this place to anyone! The assistants and receptionist act like they are in high school. I never got a call back anytime I was told I would. I received unfinished dental work and was told not to come back just because they did not want to purchase the products they said they would to finish my fillings. I bought a groupon for a simple extraction with X-rays and consultation for my fiancé. It was a complex extraction of a left back molar so the groupon cost and I had to pay 167.00 dollars more on 06/10. Dr Sweeta Walia DDS was unable to do the extraction the area would not numb adequately so she sent him home on an antibiotic and no rx for pain. My fiancé was in so much pain Tylenol 1000mg and ibuprofen 400mg would not relieve the pain. I was told there was an after hours number to call I wasn't given the number and the 8100 number said the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. I called Monday and explained his pain and what happened. No pain meds got ordered and antibiotic not changed she said she wanted to see him on 06/15. We went back on 06/15. My fiancé was in terrible pain it required lots of novacaine to numb the area and he still felt some pain. The doctor attempted the extraction the tooth broke in pieces she had to dig and drill in the socket to get the pieces out. The doctor drilled into my fiancé's jawbone. After multiple X-rays she said all the tooth was out. The doctor sent him home on Tylenol #3 only gave him 18 of them and said to finish his antibiotic. His pain wasn't adequately managed and he felt part of bone protruding through his gum on the inner portion near his tongue. He went back today alone because I have to sleep I work nights. The doctor told him it was his jawbone protruding threw, no duh she drilled into his jawbone during the extraction and pieces were coming out that she broke off. He left the office she wanted to charge him more money for something she caused. Now his gum is even more inflamed, infected and osteonecrosis of the jaw has developed. I married my fiancé Monday afternoon, he now has insurance. You have no idea how much pain this man has suffered. I'm an intensive care nurse of 24 years I have proof. I don't make false accusations.
