This is by far the best ever. Are they expensive? Well you get what you pay for. If I wanted discount bargain dentistry maybe I'd go to a sleazy place in south Ft Worth. While I don't like some of the pricing, I have found that it is always negotiable. Remember, it's a business first folks. Like going to a car dealership, they will offer you the best make and model. About every other time I'm in a cash strapped situation. So I look at Elisabeth who is setting up the payment situation, and I ask if it's necessary. Or why does it cost so much?? Or what is it I am paying for? And she explains. And then if I can't afford it I tell them and we figure what I truly need or cost effective solutions. It's not hard folks, just have to communicate. As I have found, they will bend over backwards to make sure you getting treatment that you need at a price point that works. Or set up a payment plan. As for service, I'd give it more than five stars if I could. Even the assistants are awesome. Andy and Stacey killed it this past visit. I didn't take amazing care of my teeth growing up, so my 20 year old fillings needed some work or replacement. They were great to have assisting. Funny and congenial. Pleasant and not snooty. Cleaning is always a scary thing. When I started here I realized they do a different type of cleaning than a normal hygienist. It's not for everyone. Periodontal cleaning is intense, and it does cause me to bleed. And sure it costs a little more. But man is it worth it! I have been seeing Christy for years. She's by far thee best for cleanings. While the others I'm sure are just as good, Christy is awesome. Then there is the whole actual Dentist thing. I used to see a guy who is no longer at the practice. I thought he was good. Then I was in one day and got to work with Dr Zhanna Devyatkina. Dr Z I truly the best dentist ever. Again, I've been in seven states and had multiple people work excessively in my mouth and on my teeth. She is hands down the one with the most control, the gentlest touch, and smart whitty spirit that makes me comfortable to come back. I would recommend her to anyone. She has done five fillings and a couple crowns for me, and now I won't use anyone else. Do you pay a little more? Possibly. (Remember it also depends on your insurance. So if your insurance sucks, take that up with your employer, not the office) is everything necessary? No. But it is recommended. There is a HUGE difference when you get deep cleaning. It's worth it. Dr Z and Christy and team is awesome. Like I said, I'd give more stars if I could. Don't believe a couple bad experiences. And if you really feel like it's not amazing, tell them in person. I know for a fact they will do everything they can to fix it. I've seen it happen. And here's a pic of me with Dr Zhanna to show I'm real. And I've never taken a selfie with my dentist before!! **edit #1 I'm in the process of getting a crown replaced. I had to be rescheduled so that the specialty crown could be killed and prepped. With some pain in my mouth as the bite was a little off with the temporary, I called to see if they can get me in an earlier than my appointment time t which is three days away. I called and talked with Kyle. I explain and he puts me on hold. Unbeknownst to me he actually called Doctor Z at home to get her input. He then tells me so and he did so because she is always willing to take calls if it's patient related. Not only are they able to squeeze me in 48 hours early but I also got to see another reason why I love this office and Dr Zhanna. She really is the best dentist I have ever been with.

When I was seated and comfortable the dental assistant took my x-rays so they were ready for Dr. Amin when she came in. Up front the lady working through my insurance verified it and got me some details I needed to know. I knew I had a cavity at the top of an existing crown and then a new crown placed. I chose this practice in part because they have the capability to do a permanent crown same visit. No temporary crowns or follow-up visits to get the actual crown. I didn't have the filling done, Dr. Amin took care of it by shaving that small piece off while preparing the tooth for the new crown. Dr. Amin did all the crown work herself. I chose this practice to replace a dentist I had over 30 years, because of changing insurance. The following were reviewed - dentist personal reviews, off reviews, same day crowns placed. That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. Seeing his positive response to their care gave me such a sense of peace. I've seen that from the doctor to the entire staff, their respect, love, care and understanding for their patients are clearly genuine. First visit went fine they informed us she needed to get her wisdom teeth removed as one was cracked and would only get worse over time. They let us know the doctor is a "traveling doctor" so we wouldn't be able to meet with him until the next visit. After getting everything set up for wisdom teeth removal we came in today with no pre-op or ever meeting this doctor beforehand to talk about the procedure and possible dangers with the cracked tooth during the removal. During my wife's surgery all I could hear from the waiting room was what sounded like choking and her saying "ow" in between. Whenever one of the employees came to wheel her out she informed me they believe her "sinuses" were causing the choking? I don't understand how that would affect a tooth removal but I brushed it off since I need to take care of my now very high and sobbing wife. She's finally able to talk better and the bleeding has slowed down so she doesn't need the gauze as much, after getting the run down from herself I realized just how shitty this doctor and his assistant was being with my wife which irritates me to no end considering I was there and didn't know anything. She told me how before they even started they asked her if we still had the Tylenol 3 that they prescribed on the 1st of December which she tried explaining we never have been to this office before the 4th, they then tried gaslighting her saying she must've not picked it up or don't remember correctly even though they never had the location of the cvs we use so already they tried lying. Then whenever the assistant tried injecting the numbing IV my wife strongly said no to being injected via her hand since she's heard about nerve damage and people not being able to use their hand for weeks after. Which the assistant completely ignored saying she just needs to have her "own experience", I'm glad my wife had no issues with the IV but it's very concerning how she completely ignored her. Now for the big one. During the surgery since my wife already had a cracked tooth the second the doctor started cutting into it the tooth broke into multiple pieces, one of which went down my wife's throat which then started to make her choke. My wife told me she tried telling them multiple times but was told since they don't see it she's fine. After nearly choking twice on this tooth fragment the second they were done she reached into her mouth and grabbed the fragment herself and put it on their table which of course they acted like she didn't do anything and never said anything to me. I never saw the doctor after she was done he gave us no instruction except for a little baggy with extra gauze and an instruction sheet which was given by the front desk staff. Overall this experience has been absolutely shit and we will never be coming back. I hope that doctor treats other patients better than my wife and finds his passion again because obviously he is just in it for a paycheck currently.
